Ok, Ill bite. Here is what you posted in august of last year: Middle/Late October Chips are out of the fab and sent to the slice, bump and packaging facility https://forums.butterflylabs.com/announcements/4414-monarch-information.htmlWhen did this happen ? Two days ago, January 13th: Chips have arrived at the packaging facility! https://twitter.com/BFL_Josh/status/422780954461999104How exactly is that "less than a month" late? Thats almost 3 months late, just like I wrote, "2-3 months". So far. From that same link: We did not reach our goal of November delivery. You didnt reach it in December either. And I bet you a pretty penny you will not reach it in January either. But you dare say with a straight face you are less than a month late? Except you conveniently left out the part where it says it's an "estimate." So again, please cite example where a promise was made... You chose the right picture, you are definitely a liar. Spoken like a true rat. I know you said that you are just being an asshole because it will generate sales but this fuck you attitude to your customers is going to backfire. a business model where you lure noobs that dont know your history of false advertisment to buy your gear can not sustain.

Lots and lots of USB errors:
I have two 8 board stacks of bitbury boards. One stack has 2 broken usb connectors so I run 6 USB cables to it and have the other two connected via CANBUS.
I had this stack connected to a PC running Linux and it worked pretty well (average about 370-380 GH/s for the whole stack). That Linux PC recently died though and now I have it connected to a raspberry pi using a power 7-port hub.
The raspberry pi is running rasbian and the latest cgminer build for bitburner and I got lots of errors like: [2014-01-13 16:49:12] BTB 4 usb transfer read error(-1): LIBUSB_ERROR_IO
Performance is also signficantly worse, at about 325GH/s (about a 50GH/s drop).
I have another stack of 8 bitburner boards connected with 5 USB cables (the rest via CANBUS). It has always performed worse than the other at about 340 GH/s. It's been connected to a raspberry pi too.
The worst part is that a couple times a day, they wiill just crash with a USB error and I'll have to power cycle the boards and restart cgminer. This never happeend with the Linux PC. Only with the raspberry pis.
Has anyone had any success getting the bitburners to work reliably with raspberry pis or do I just need to invest in some more linux PCs?
You are using sudo -i?

Høres ut som en bra deal vist man liker å bli ranet.
He, he Ja, egentlig merkelig, og så overføring face to face. Hvordan foregår det? du gir han penger så sender han bitcoins til walleten din med en laptop eller smartphone.

4.2BTC seems rather low. What brought you to that number?
How much would they cost now? Ive seen them go between 9-12 BTC in the last couple of weeks. Minimum $13,500 on eBay. That's a general sketch from my perspective. Thats a lot of you ask me, and 7,000 dollar miner going for 13,000 and above and losing money trying to repay that for 3 months. Well if you ask anyone, not you, they would say it's not a lot. Buying a mining rig is a risk from 2 sides. If you think you'll get one without taking a risk, you're in the wrong business. Lol, You think your tough, but I dont care, just found one. you did not find one for 4.2btc that i can guarantee.

I hear the rumor is 1W/GH and 40GH per chip. (similar to Black Arrows numbers) This looks like it's gonna be 8x 40GH = 320GH/320W If this is true and you have Hex16B on order 28nm only looks to be around 40% more efficient. 1w/1g will be the case up to 20gh I think Power usage* of 0.35 W/GH in low power, 0.6 W/GH in nominal and 1 W/GH in Turbo mode. turbo mode is 40ghash per chip.

Best damn miners I will ever own. They have been running non stop since I got them with a 58% overclock, out of the box without one hiccup. If Avalon did not screw all of us over by 4 months or more. Blame them.
I agree, my bitburner xx and bitburner fury has worked like a charm with minimal downtime.
