Trying to setup multi-algo .bat file. The faq says "Actual port numbers are listed on main homepage." I only see auto-switching ports per-algo (17xxx) and ports for each coin (20xxx) there. I tried the 17xxx ports and urls on the faq page but get "stratum authentication failed...terminating workio thread" error for all algos in ccminer. Where are the correct urls and ports?
Replace 17 with 12 if you are doing the hub worker thing: https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=hubworkers

Friends, why is my multipoolminer mining ZCoin only for Lyra2re? Why not vertcoin or monacoin? I'm bleeding profits ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) I did benchmarks. Same story on two PCs: one with 1080Ti, one with two 1060 6GBs. Zcoin uses Lyra2z not Lyra2RE2.

Well, I just rechecked profitability on my rig, and the actual 24h profitability is in fact 30% higher than Nicehash's calculator said my rig should be capable of- using stock clocks and card setups even. The whole time the pool has reported hashrates lower than the miner does, on Lyra2re2 its around 25MH according to the pool when ccminer says 28 MH/s.
With that in mind, the rig's numbers are probably correct, and the pool gauges are just sloppy due to the amount of averaging going on behind the scenes. Profit switching does not do the gauges any favors, since they take so long to reach a steady state again after the miner changes algos.
People just need to be patient is all. Profitability varies over time, you can't just take a snapshot. Have to let it run several hours or even several days to get a good picture of how profitable it will be.
Are you sure it's the site's fault ? Using another miner (CcminerPalgin Lyra2RE2) it looks even worse - 70MH/s in CCminer and only ~25MH/s on the site. If the pool doesn't see/accept those additional 45MH/s then mining here is not profitable for me at all. :\ Pools do not know what your hash rate is; they simply average it out from your submitted shares over a period of time to provide an estimate. Also, Lyra2RE2 is an algorithm not a coin so there are two pools and you won't be able to get an accurate hash rate reading if switching between them. The graphs page has the longest average and is the most likely to be accurate if you mine for a few hours: https://vertcoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=graphshttps://monacoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=graphs

so it would be best not to auto exchange the coins mined? there is a fee evertime you exchange it? my program shows I should get 0.007x/D, but I only get 0.005x/D.....is it because of Auto Exchange? could you guys help me with my issue please https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2561519.0Remeber that pools do not pay you. All they do is distribute what we find amongst each other. There is variance in both what is found and also the exchange rate when it finally gets sent to the exchange.

Hi, I don't do payouts from btc to usd because of the high fees, until I have accumulated enough btc. Pretty much what you were saying.
The problem here is that MPM shows 0.0052 BTC/day and I get around half of it. What do you do to get the same profitability? Do I have to auto exchange to another coin and then after a while exchange to bitcoin? It doesn't sound efficient: what if in the meantime the coin goes down in value and I get half of the value in bitcoin?
Thanks
This is where your daily breakdown of bitcoins are shown; not affected by withdraw fees: https://bitcoin.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=dashboardThank You for the link. Ok for example I see 0.00039 btc for yesterday. Is the difference because of the auto exchange fees? The pools simply distribute what was found amongst the pool of miners. To get the most accurate payout estimate, only mine a few algorithms.

Just convert the batch file example to bash.

Just a quick question....I've start mining Zcoin and hashrate on site's dashboard is 7.5-8MH/s, but my miner says 14.5MH/s? Does someone steal my hashrate? I do not want to insult anyone with this quest, but after what happen with NiceHash I'm very suspicious to everything now..................
No, there is a problem with the miner. Have a look a few pages back.

If auto-exchange is set, with a valid wallet, do I need to have wallets entered for all the alt-coins?
No, everything is in MiningPoolHub's wallet until you withdraw.

Is neoscrypt supposed to work with AMD using MultiPoolMiner?
Nsgminer is not profitable but there is a new version which I will check and include in the next release.

When it disappears from On Exchange, is there typically a delay before it gets added to the selected Credited column? (e.g. BTC)
I believe so; coins can appear to disappear. Yeah for the past hour or so I'm seeing the same amounts of verticoin and zencash randomly appearing and disappearing from the exchange column without any change to credited. Is this just a connection issue to the exchanges? I'm sorry for all the noobie questions but I just want to have a good understanding of MPH, as out of all the pools I have tried so far, it seems the most reliable, it's the only one that seems to be stable and not crashing every few hours. I wouldn't worry too much. This pool is rock solid; sure the front end could do with some improvement but it close to never fails and has shown that it can scale up without issues.

2 questions...
1. Credited for auto exchange -> these are amounts waiting to be sent to an exchange? What does it mean when it's in brackets? ()
2. On Exchange -> These are amounts that have been sent to an exchange but pending sufficient confirmations until the result is added to the auto exchance currency "Credited" column?
Credited is your balance. Brackets mean they are waiting for the actual coin networks themselves to confirm the credit. On exchange means it has been sent to an exchange (Bittrex, Yobit or Poloniex) and is waiting to be sold and returned (as your selected coin i.e. BTC). So it moves from in the brackets, to out of the brackets, to the exchange, to finally arrive as the new coin (i.e. BTC).

Thanks ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) MiningPoolHubCoins - what is this one for? Also, do you ever sleep? haha ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Not enough. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) It uses the individual coin ports instead of the algorithm ports. The algorithm ports should always be the most profitable but it's in there as an option.

Is there any way to keep multipoolminer OFF zpool? It is still mining there from time to time. Only mining pool hub is in the bat and none of the algorithms in the bat file are not supported by mining pool hub..
Also, ExcavatorNvidia3 and Excavator3.. what is the diff between 2 and 3 versions of these?
Delete it from the folder called 'pools'. Excavator dropped AMD support so they are now the same.
|
|
|
Yes, but excavator3 is the best one for other alorythms (And works fine for them) :/
Anyways, i tried it and the other ones worked fine. Until ExcavatorNvidia3.. take that out as well? What is the diff between 2 and 3?
Where can I find Excavator? Does it work with any pool or is it nicehash hardcoded? MiningPoolHub is blocked by default but MultiPoolMiner bypasses the block: https://github.com/aaronsace/MultiPoolMiner/releases
|
|
|
Will that effect other algos? Excavator is the tops for some (None ETH) right now.
Any of the files in the folder called 'miners' can be edited/removed.
|
|
|
Can anyone help me add Ethash to MultiPoolMiner? Whenever it starts to benchmark with excavator it just makes the rig SUPER slow and then hard locks it. :/
Maybe too many threads... Remove Excavator3.ps1 and just use Excavator2.ps1 (you could make your own Excavator1).
|
|
|
Delete it from the folder called 'miners' and/or add an alternative. Trouble is that it doesn't fail gracefully and just spews out a hash rate reading. People need to get on to the developer so that it fails properly or fix the issue.
