You can post this one to Reputation section it is more appropriate to post it there. If you will report something like this, it is for best to archive it first then post your report. Here is the archive of it. http://archive.is/dMNP2Will do, next time, thanks! Gonna wait for the mods to move it so as not to double post for this one

This leads to a basic question: why accept bitcointalk accounts as collateral in loan deals? If someone didnt get paied in loan, then what to do with the account if having no chance to sell or use it as it will be red tagged if tracked? In my opinion, using bitcointalk accounts in any kind of traffic (sell/buy/loan...change hand) should not be acceptable and could be defined as a clear rule. What i also find paradoxal and also ironic is rule you mentioned that should be edited to:
As far as I'm aware accounts are not accepted in collateral for loan deals. The only thing I see being accepted is the "reputation" associated with the account. Users believe the account owner because of the reputation associated and doubt the owner with run away with the money when he can, for example, make $150 a week through signature campaigns(if it's a high ranking one). Of course, this depends on the money and doing your due diligence that the account in question wasn't hacked recently.

I think merit requirements for signatures are a step in the right direction. It forces users to actually create posts which are valid. This would have to be maintained w/ strict rules regarding merit, and strict rules against merit abuse.
Having been on this forum for more than 5 years, I will admit I have seen a drastic decrease in post quality. Thinking back, bounties weren't really a huge thing, and I think with their increase, and signature campaigns, it was only going to get worse without a further mod presence.
While I think that signature campaigns are affecting this, I don't believe they should be prohibited. But I do believe a "minimum merit" rule should go into effect. IE, signature campaigns can only add members who have a minimum amount of merit per rank (as some campaigns have effectively put into place).
The only other thing I can say is to not let the spam make you avoid that category. Stay in the category, post high quality posts within the category, and report all posts you can.
These are great suggestions I definitely agree with. Minimum merit would make the job a lot harder for alt farmers while forcing the rest of the spammers to probably quit, or get their shit straight(small chance). The only thing I would disagree with is continuing to post in the category, it's pretty pointless to any sane individual. Posting just to get dumpster with spam is not worth the time. People who post quality stuff expect quality discussion in return since they spend a lot of time writing those posts, so when they get broken English non-sense replies I can only imagine the frustration. As cowardly as it seems, I think users should migrate to areas where the shitposting is on a smaller scale and report bad posts there since the results are more likely to be seen. Along with this, I'd like to suggest a limit for new accounts on how much can they post at the beginning in terms of frequency and the minimum characters per message allowed. I feel it would boost the quality of posts globally across the board. Once you are a certain rank, you are allowed to post more often and fewer characters if you want to(although we see that users of a higher rank usually write longer posts which are higher quality).

In order to advertise in this specific section, payment must be in BTC. Otherwise, there is the Altcoin section. I would be interested if it's in BTC. Cheers!

I wanna buy some CPChain (CPC) but I'm looking at https://www.livecoinwatch.com/price/CPChain-CPC And I notice the huge difference in ETH, BTC and fiat pair. Why is this? ETH has a +70% change in the last 30 days. While BTC and usd only have about a +4% change. Here is the image: http://imgur.com/a/gQGLzw4Now, another "problem"... I bought some ETH at $260. (Thought I bought the bottom😂) so now that's a lot less worth... The ETH value of CPC keeps going up, while USD keeps going down. Do I buy now before eth value goes up again or what ? I'm confused. I have no idea what to do! I suggest you actually read up on crypto trading and how the market moves before doing anything else. Like you've said already, you have no clue what you are doing or what you should do, so losing money is just a matter of time in your situation. Please don't be insulted or anything, we all started somewhere. Google is your friend, you've got a long way to go, good luck!

In my opinion, cryptocurrencies would do nothing for Venezuela. The problem with inflation lies not in the currency, but in the government behind it. Large government spending on welfare and other programs created a large demand for money, without actually having the necessary supply. Next step they took was printing money to cover their debts and expenditures and that's how inflation is born. The problem with inflation is, that once you realise you have a problem, it's already too late. Couple that with corruption, weak monetary and fiscal policies and you've got yourself a crisis.
Along with all of the above, Venezuela's economy is in a bad state, relying on oil as much as possible, so issuing a cryptocurrency backed by oil is a horrible idea. That's the last thing they need.
Venezuela is going to need a long time of recession in order to combat this inflation, coupled with restrictive monetary and fiscal policies. It's a hard path to take, but one that is inevitable in such a situation.
Venezuela's economy has a long way to recover and there is no easy way to do it. If you think issuing a cryptocurrency can save a nation, then you've got a lot of reading to do.

I’ve met a couple forum members. It’s always been a great experience. There are lots of troublemakers here who love to stir up trouble any way they can from behind a keyboard, but we all have a unique shared common interest that I think presented in the right atmosphere would likely turn many forum enemies into friends. I know I’d love to share a beer with anyone who loved Bitcoin as much as I do.
Ahh, this I agree with. Anonymity induces cruelty, as well as more primal feelings and behavior. Social boundaries are blurred or non-existent in an online community without clear rules and self-control is non-existent. There've been loads of studies conducted on this, here's an excerpt from Stanford uni: On one side, there have been numerous studies done proving that with anonymity, human nature tends to be cruel and self-centered. One such study placed female college students in a space in which their identities were shielded and they were allowed to administer [fake] electrical surges to patients coming in. The study showed that over time, the electrical surges grew in duration especially towards patients who the female college students didn’t like. Just like these female college students became crueler in their shrouded identity, so do many online gamers. Under the assumption that there can be no consequence, many gamers choose to be much more cruel with their online personas then they would ever be face to face with others. - Stanford articleGirlish vanity aside, it does allow us to look into the minds of people and what they become when there are no consequences for their actions, well, at least they don't endure them. Add destructive behavior to the mix and you've got yourself the typical scammer/cyber criminal. That's why online communities need strict rules, as well as people who actively enforce those rules, as people without social norms and control start acting "bad".

Stop commenting on your sales thread with your alt accounts. They are newbie accounts with some of them having literally 0 posts prior to this one. I don't know if this service is legit or not but deception is frowned upon and fake reviews are definitely what I call deception.
DEAL WITH CAUTION! SELLER IS MAKING FAKE REVIEWS USING ALT ACCOUNTS ON HIS SALES THREAD!

Will you provide escrow service.
If you mean whether I am willing to use escrow for this deal then sure, but the escrow fees would be on you, since I already have sales threads where I completed various services without any problems.

I have a lot of Steam Balance left from my gamer days, having sold all of my inventory, and as you know, Steam doesn't provide a way to convert that balance into real money/crypto. Because of that, I decided to start this service, I'll buy any Steam game for you at a 10% discount and send it to your Steam account as a gift. Just message me here or on Telegram: @najludji to order.

Please be aware of this app, tho it is said that you can earn through this app, but as you can see the app was just released yesterday with the app permission of Photos/Media/Files- read the contents of your USB storage
- modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
Storage- read the contents of your USB storage
- modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
So there's a high possibility that this app can get a copy or steal any contents of your file manager on your android, especially that most of the users here uses smartphones. Why this app has these permissions if it only requires to make an account there and require an internet connection? First of all, this is not an app released yesterday, it's a 6 months old app (new version released yesterday). Those are permissions like other basic to advanced apps, nothing to do with the app's functionality. I'm using it from the launch of app, I have not faced any issues with this app. Infact I'm collecting points everyday And somebody is collecting your personal information OR you are collecting somebody's information. As you can see this is the Marketplace Service section, so if you're not selling anything I'm not sure why you are even posting. Be careful of what you install on your phones, just because it's in the Google Play store doesn't mean it's not malicious!

Hello community. I am planning to launch a good project. I need a team which is capable to take the project to great heights ahead. I have almost whitepaper ready, with each other possible paperisation process. The team would be listed on the official site too. Payment would be in tokens and distrubuted amongst the team members according to the allocated percentage. Need some experienced peoples who can work for the betterment of the project with a good promotion part too.
This does not belong in this section since you don't pay in BTC.
