Those are permissions like other basic to advanced apps, nothing to do with the app's functionality. I'm using it from the launch of app, I have not faced any issues with this app. Infact I'm collecting points everyday

And somebody is collecting your personal information OR you are collecting somebody's information. As you can see this is the Marketplace Service section, so if you're not selling anything I'm not sure why you are even posting. Be careful of what you install on your phones, just because it's in the Google Play store doesn't mean it's not malicious!
