i don't know but i think ICO is likely not a thing on these days especially there's an IEO from exchanges that give a sure listing on their own exchanges for every project who held an IEO on them.
if you're going to invest IEO just making sure it's come from biggest and reputable exchanges like Binance and Huobi. It's really give a huge profit in short of time. But as for now, you need to hold their exchange token in order to participate.

if you're talking the campaigns which using 'percentage' instead of fixed rate, sure the number of participants will gives an affect of how much bounty participants will receive.
Type of payments also included on the factor since most of campaign that using BTC always give a fixed rate payments while the other is based on stakes which bounty participants earned during campaigns

Depends, i'm enjoying the shorter campaigns once especially if the payment type is the coin/token which belongs to their project. Otherwise, if the payment is an established coin such as BTC/ETH and we received it weekly like a signature campaings on sub-board services i prefer a long-term campaigns

menurut opini ane sependapat dengan @kawetsriyanto, hukuman buat yang ketahuan copy-paste atau plagiat lebih cocok kalo dikasih temporary ban terlebih dahulu sebelum pada akhirnya diharuskan terkena perma ban. Dengan temporary ban yang mendapat hikmah pelajarannya bukan hanya user yang masih aktif atau masih berstatus sehat di forum tetapi juga orang yang terkena ban tersebut sehingga ketika mereka sudah lewat masa hukumnya dan balik lagi mereka bisa mempelajari hal yang sudah pernah dialami sebelumnya. Tetapi kalo langsung perma ban biasanya user yang terkena hukuman ini cenderung akan melakukan tindakan 'exit' meskipun sudah melakukan pengajuan 'ban appeal' di board meta karena hanya sedikit sekali yang berhasil sehingga yang mendapat hikmah pelajarannya yah mereka yang masih bertahan di forum.
