IMO having a both cold and hot wallet is a basic standard on exchanges.
BTW avoid to use the quotes especially on a long post since people will having an extra time to scroll, just replaced it with 'snipped' or '~~' or anything like that.

it's possible, but there are some several things we need to consider.
These trades is more like OTC where people buy or sell any currency (in this case is cryptocurrency), but since it's like OTC, the transactions is not fully public, where everyone can see the amounts ordered, so people might not notice and the price will be likely on stable . However this is the matter, what if your buyer buy such a large amount but the volume on all exchanges wheres your token/coin were listed on still have a relatively small volume per day? if he wanted to sell, he can dumped the price easily and thus will affect your project on almost every aspect.

Ane salah satu pengguna yang naroh semua aset disana(binance) yah meskipun jumlah aset ane ngak banyak-banyak amat.
Efeknya lumayan berasa buat ane, ngak bisa pindah pindah aset apalagi ke exchange yang baru list IEO (bisanya coin yang baru list volatile-nya tinggi), yang paling efek sih ane ngak bisa nyairin aset ane ke uang rupiah sementara sampe dibuka lagi deposit dan withdraw-nya

it got me irked whenever i tried an exchange who had fake volumes.
On my first thought, alright maybe i can sell my coins here since the transaction history is active with a decent amount for each transaction.
Alas, i keep cancelling and put another sell order because my order haven't executed while the transaction history shown the order with lower sell price was executed. 

by looking on current price movement, looks like its not affecting the price significantly.
CEO of Binance act properly so the panic attack is still on under control and not causing a big chaos.

yeah i trust them, already using binance over a year and it's the best exchange i have ever used.
Based on their announcement it should take up to ONE WEEK.

It's interesting that brand new member have significant gap with other ranks, since you only need to post once till you reach newbie rank.
I bet most of them are account who need to pay some amount of btc to continue posting on forums or account who simply forget the password or even username they type while register  

kalo ada hal yang bersangkut paut ama ligthning network pasti ada yang bilang fee kecil.
Kecilnya itu kira-kira berapa yah dalam bentuk usd/dollar? sama fee stellar lebih kecil yang mana ? ane jujur belum pernah transaksi pake lightning network.
Kalo bisa mungkin sekalian share salah satu hash transaksi yang menggunakan lightning network biar makin afdol.

With $10 the best thing to do is use it on altcoin trading since it has a volatily that you need to give you a potential to  growth your capital.
But the matter is volatily will harm you as well and it getting worse if you are still new or dont have any idea about how the trading works.

I just remembered back on mid 2017 when the ICO and their bounty campaigns being 'hype' thing, local board is full of spammers and bad posters. Hence, make most of signature campaign block local boards on their rules.
Time has gone, after merit system introduced and legit ICO campaign become more less than before and thats happening as well to most of members including those who active on local boards. Recently, i looking back to my local boards (bahasa indonesia) and what i can say is i can count how many people who being active there.
I don't know any idea or act to atleast to improve local boards but one thing for sure is we lack of re-generation, we know a safest place where newbie can start to making a post is on a local board, but there's only a few topics they can discuss, ask, share and whatnot.

Just want to share my experience. I have ever give 1 merit to newbie who had some decent post (not good or even super quality post) he suddenly pm'ed that he really thank to me to give him merit, he was desperated of where he can earn merit and even more he wanted some advice from me how good or bad the quality of his post ( i even only can make some decent post not a good one). For now what i can do might be only focused to give merit to some new rank member who atleast had a decent post or a proper one. By this, i hope it gives them an encouragement and confident to learn and learn more so later there will be a time where they become a good poster
