81  Economy / Speculation / Re: All Time High:: 2020 or 2021 ? on: May 15, 2020, 12:07:53 PM
I have no idea and it is really hard to tell. I read a lot of guesses and predictions that this ath will happen by next year. But no one really knows what will happen. But right now, it seems impossible because bitcoin is still having a hard time to pass $10k.
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market does not respect anyone on: May 15, 2020, 11:17:47 AM
I don't think that respect is included in the market, as far as I know, the market was being moved by the whales. If you are a small-time trader or average one, if you lose your money, no one cares about it. There is no such thing as respect. All people in the market only have one desire, which is to make a profit.
83  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The One Biggest Lesson you've learnt from Bitcoins Investment on: May 15, 2020, 06:06:13 AM
One biggest lesson I've learnt from bitcoin investment was, I should not make things rush. I always need to be patient and wait for the right time. There is no such thing as easy money, all will come in the right process and the right timing.
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockburn, A big Failure on: May 15, 2020, 04:37:34 AM
atleast this time bounty hunters are not to be blamed for the dump. It was all because of lack of planning and mismanagement and some what rude attitude of campaign mangers. All indicators which were presented in the scam accusation thread are very compelling.
It is not because they lack of planning or they have mismanagement, what I see here is they actually leave the project and enjoy their lives with the money they got. They cut all the possible ways to contact the team even in their channels. If you ask anything about the project they will just kick you out, it is clear that they are trying to avoid everyone that supports the project and literally leave it as it is now.
85  Economy / Economics / Re: returning to normal on: May 15, 2020, 03:54:03 AM
there's a new narrative emerging that life will never return to normal after the coronavirus pandemic:

what do you think---are entire industries about to disappear because of the pandemic? will some aspects of the economy and general life irreversibly change after this?

Its kind of true. A few months ago I thought all will be back to normal next year. However, after months of news and research about this virus, I accepted the fact that things will never be the same after this. Patients are still reinfected after being cured from the virus. They may find the vaccine in the future but the virus will always be with us. Efforts needed to make it disappear. We won't be calm inside a crowded place anymore. We will always think that we are prone to the virus even having the vaccine.  Some will still be infected by it, specially to those place that aren't reach by the health care system of the country. Economy will still slowly cripple to be back to normal. Debts of my country will be paid by the generations to come.

And just today, even the WHO says that maybe COVID will never go away. I wish they will be wrong.

Coronavirus may never go away, World Health Organization warns
I've already read this news and it really makes me sad, I could not help to think that the world that we are walking on will never be the same anymore. Imagine going out wearing a fully geared protection limiting you from other activities. This adds to the fact that there will be new norms in the society, this virus might just be an upgraded pneumonia that will be a common sick, it's frightening at all. Talking about the economy, it will surely decline, maybe not now as we are still on higher grounds above this virus but once it gets into more severe then it will go down.
This only shows how this pandemic affects the whole world. We may never be the same as we are before, but at least we are learning because of this experience. What we need to do right now is to fight this pandemic and continue to move forward. Even if our economy will fall, as long as we stay safe and in good health, I think that would be the most important for now. Once this was done, then that is when we can think of solutions to the problem with the economy.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your help guys! on: May 14, 2020, 10:38:44 AM
As you can see, all members said that this is a scam.
You can also see that the website has a lack of information about the project, it is very suspicious enough to not put your trust in it. If your sister invested in that project, she will lose her money for sure.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now 1 satoshi! Will the day be maybe 2000? on: May 14, 2020, 09:16:39 AM
why are you upset me?  Undecided
We are not upset, were smiling,  Grin  Grin see?
And please stop spreading this scam, people here hates scam. You will only have a negative feedback from users here. And no one would be interested in your promotion of fake token.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel this pressure on physical gambling? on: May 14, 2020, 04:24:08 AM
~snip
I haven't experienced it yet in online gambling. Maybe that's the reason why I prefer and contented with gambling online than interacting with people on physical casinos.
But that is one of the best experiences in physical gambling that you will never experience in online gambling. You will really feel the difference.

The feeling is natural especially when you are losing, and your competitor has their friends close to laugh at you when you quit.
I think that's more difficult to handle when there's people who would laugh when you decided to quit whether you are winning or losing.
Is this real? I am playing in a gambling casino for years but haven't ever experienced this before, maybe he only thinks that the other side are laughing.

89  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [OPEN]Project Covid-19 Signature Campaign (Pilipinas Local Version) on: May 14, 2020, 02:48:16 AM
Salute to you, bro, also to the other members that built this project. It's good to see their progress and their transparency, they really document everything to show to the public that they are spending the donations in the right way.

I may not be able to participate in this signature campaign, I'll wear the personal text to show my support.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does Bitcoin Have Value? on: May 13, 2020, 02:02:59 PM
Bitcoin has value because bitcoin can also do what money can do. It can use as a form of payment where people find it useful in terms of buying or selling. Its value can be determined depends on how many people are willing to accept it as payment, the more people adopt it, the more its value will increase.
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of lying project team on: May 13, 2020, 10:07:01 AM
Most investors base the project's legitimacy depending on where it is listed. One of the reasons why a lot of investors are getting scammed. Getting listed on top exchange doesn't mean that a project is safe.

If a team cannot even do what they have promised to their community or keeps on making excuses this is already a flag that you should not yrust such team who lacks professionalism or dedication to the project.
There is a reason why other investors depends on where it is listed, we all know that the fee for listing is different depends on the exchange, the bigger the exchange, the higher the fee.
They maybe think that if the project is capable to spend a huge amount then maybe the project is really pursuing their plans. But yes, this is one of the reason why they are becoming the victim of scam, they only look on this side where can easily be fake.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which is your favorite gambling game? on: May 13, 2020, 06:40:58 AM
My favorite gambling is bingo and texas poker.
Bingo is really popular in our area, we often play bingo before this lockdown. And texas poker, aside from it test every players skill, this game is not base on luck. You can win even having a card that is not worth winning if you can bluff your opponents.

94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recommended Airdrop Amount on: May 13, 2020, 04:33:40 AM
You should consider the possible number of airdrop participants. And considering the total amount of token supply, maybe around 5% of it will go to the airdrop. But it can still be changed depends on the amount of the token.
95  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Real or fake? on: May 12, 2020, 10:53:25 AM
Fake,
You can send any amount of Bitcoin (between 0.1 BTC - 20.0 BTC) and we will airdrop back the correct amount that you are eligible for
Seeing only this,
If the transaction does not process properly, please try by sending the same amount to the BTC address again, and it should go through. Your original transaction will be refunded as you can only participate once.
And this, everyone can easily tell their real intention. Do you really think that an airdrop is something that you have to send money first before you received the amount eligible for you?
Also, read the second quotation, "if the transaction does not process properly, please try sending the same amount to the BTC address again", after you get scammed once, they will try to get you again by telling you to send the same amount. lol.
96  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vaccine against Covid-19 should be made before sports events will take place? on: May 12, 2020, 09:17:31 AM
It is really hard to choose between the two.
For option a, we can wait for the vaccine but the economy of the whole world will fall. People will suffer in the end while keeping the security of our health.

For option b, the whole government will not be able to minimize the spreading of the virus. We can continue our daily activities, slowly going back to normal, the economy will be saved but the risk of having the virus is high.

But in the end, I prefer to choose the first one. It is better to have secured health than risking it with my family.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am feeling Regret on: May 12, 2020, 08:07:18 AM
Hello,

Guys i have 44 Bitcoins in online wallet blockchain.
am feeling very regret now why i did not cashout funds when it hit to 10k$
Seriously? That's huge  Shocked but  i think you shouldn't mention the amount of bitcoin here. But please be careful about private key.
Yes, because some might send him suspicious links or malware to get his wallet, but he seems not worried mentioning the amount of bitcoin inside of his wallet because as he said, he is working in a security team.

now its 8.5k$ , i was expecting it will hit to 13k$ or 15k$ soon and then will cashout..
but now very few hours left for halving, so what do you think? its will again hit the 10k$ or up to 10k$?
my target to make $1M but i`m losing hope as it already very down now to 8.5k$.
sorry for my bad english.
Thanks and happy earning guys Cheesy
Due to Corona'r effect, people start selling bitcoin and altcoin. Maybe that's the reason behind dumping. But bitcoin halving is occurred. So can be expect pumping.
It's possible, or there are other more reasons behind this sudden dump.

But all in all, OP should not regret for not selling his btc, the bull run is yet to come, and it is better to put his btc to safety like in hardware wallet. It is much better than thinking of his regrets.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top exchange listed bounties is getting sucks on: May 12, 2020, 06:44:28 AM
That is how they treat bounty hunters. We need to accept the fact that they don't even care about those people who support and promote their project, they see bounty hunters as one who destroys the price of their product. That's why they will do anything to delay and stop the distribution of rewards to the bounty hunters.
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty group is dead on: May 12, 2020, 05:29:44 AM
Seriously you don't need a bounty group to stay updated about upcoming bounty campaigns, everything you are looking for this forum got it covered, or you can just go direct to external bounty forums like bountyhive, bounty0x, bounty miner etc
But the bounty group and bounty channel make it easier for us to get the latest updates. Because it is connected to a smartphone so we can get notifications immediately.

Some bounty managers who have good reputations, Like arteezy, jolin, etc. choose to go on hiatus for a while because they have not been able to find a project that is truly legit and promises worth payment. So to maintain the good name, they chose to pause for a moment.
Yes, aside from having notification, we can easily receive and read the latest updates using our smartphone. It is better to have another way of receiving updates aside from this forum. It is just sad to see that they are not the same as before, everyone already leave/forgotten/abandon the group.
100  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: May 12, 2020, 03:18:46 AM
The sad truth that nobody knows. Countries will need a lot of time to recover their economy. Vaccine will faster this process
Thats true specially for poor countries that needs the help and support of rich countries to restore the stable status of their economy.

The crisis will come to an end if the vaccine is discovered to address the virus. If there's no vaccine how can we stop it from spreading knowing that its very easy to pass it to other people especially to elderly.

I think that the created coronavirus vaccine will have a high price, which will not allow its mass use in all countries. Therefore, not all countries will be able to use it EN masse to localize the infection. The only way the government will go is to close the borders.
Hopefully not, If this will happen, even if we have the vaccine, we can't fully stop the virus if the other countries was unable to afford the vaccine. Meaning, there will be no end to this pandemic, everyone will suffer in the end and we will only experience many waves of the virus.
