You are right mate, outside push-up exercise I have also been involved with some of this aerobics exercises such as lunges exercises which has helped to strengthen my lower muscles and also squats exercises and running too. Everyone should also be doing things like walking as well. Personally, I ride my bike daily, along with other weights, stairs and swimming (I love summertime), but I think a commitment to doing 100 push-ups a day should be first and foremost in people's minds. Especially people over 40, as you do not want to let your muscles disappear on you in old age. You have to fight to keep your strength, and if you don't start it at 40, it's going to get harder and harder by the day. Choosing exercise consistently is good and in my opinion push ups are one of the sports that most people do because it has many benefits and also makes many parts of the body strong and muscular. Walking, cycling and lifting weights can be used as daily activities that can be done when traveling to affordable places without having to use a vehicle and this is very good for our health, making us physically strong and stable even when we are old. And I also do this besides push ups, and now I am 40 years old and I can still do everything well and push up 100 even though sometimes I don't reach it, I can still do it according to my ability. And this is very good because as I get older, I don't get tired easily and don't get sick easily and this is good for a healthy and fit old age. |
