What would happen if the license application got rejected? Is there any plan B in discussion?
I dont think this is gonna happen,EDG still has a lot of money with them and this can be achieved very soon.The reason for 1K btc volume seems like the licensing part is done and launch is scheduled to happen in the coming days. Are you sure about that? EDG price has been dropping like grapes since June. It reached its peak of about $0.92 USD before dropping quickly to ~$0.53. And now it is dropping like there is no safety net for t at all. ~$0.39USD at the point of writing. Look at all alts, all are dropping hard because of all the FUD and uncertainity in the markets. After this whole Btc/Bch drama altcoins with a good background and solid team should recover.. and thats the reason why I am buying this cheap EDG now, but thats just my opinion and it could be of course wrong |

Anyway I would not trust any exchange, just leave your bitcoins in your trezor or ledger and this would be the safest play to get bitcoin cash in my oppinion |

I think for 2018 its important for BTX that retailer will start accepting BTX just like BTC! Also BTX on Trezor or Ledger wallet would be great and could help mass adoption.
Regarding Cryptopia everything works fine for me. I use this exchange often and bought in the past BTX and send them to my wallet without problems. Maybe open a support ticket

I am not from the dev team I am just in the slack and sharing here actual progress regarding ICASH:
Yes there will be a timeframe on the swap. probably around 2-4 weeks. depending on how unstable is the old network.
One of the things will be the halving of the supply because its generating coins on a rate that is constantly taking value out of the coin.. so right now is the best time to get icash on masternodes because the blockreards will be a lot smaller on new network. This will gurantee a value in the new coin.
People who miss the swap will be on the icash network with their coins forever. There will be only 1 chance to get out of it with Your coins and it is coming closer really quickly. So be prepared for it soon!
For the swap period people can send their coins to coinexchange.io and there is a chance to swap them for a new coin with 1 : 1 ratio. Old network will be up after the swap but i personally will not be here anymore to help and all our team will come over to new netowork. There will be new slack and so much to come becausse we collaborating on this coin swap with another team to create more value... so best advice - check here everyday for updates so You do not miss the swap but it wll be for
atleast 2 weeks so its probably hard to miss!
UPDATE - testnet tests were all successful and we are starting to set up the mainnet so we are pretty much done with it but we need to change up on few last fixes and we can start to prepare for swap this weekend.
Coinname and details will be available when the swap begins. until then i cannot give out any info on that part for safety reasons.
coins will not be exchanged automatically. every user decides how many icash he or she wants to exchange. icash will be existing after new network too but nobody will be here to take care of it so its probably going to be dead soon since its such an old codebase.
invite someone or if you cant give me email in private. There is no need right now to pull in more people into this slack that is useless in very short time. icash is pretty much history. whoever is here, we help how we can but there is no need to bring in more people to this slack.

Did you message them?(This would be the best imo) Or do you expect that they will read this on btct and answer? I like the idea and hope you will succed but I still think some promo(retweet) or translation bounties are necessary to increase popularity. Not all languages only the big ones(India, China, Japan, Spain, Russian..) I am sure that this would give it a boost. I think the dev still on prepared for any kind of news for Vgina future, he's active recently. Vgina isn't bad at all Still working away on the wallet over here. Coinomi wants 1 BTC to list VGINA, working on that. Requested to Empoex for crowdfund listing. Still waiting to launch retailers when buy support comes up. Looks like everyone is having a good time staking the VGINA, lets get the price up  NOVA added ETH to their Exchange. Thats really moving up, will bring alot more traders. Deposits are withdrawn instantly, approved, then the coins vanish and are not even listed as a pending deposit. Yet, on the very first page of this thread Yobit is the first exchange listed! Why not remove that? Why doesn't ICASH contact Yobit in light of the numerous deposit complaints and seek an answer? Why not attempt to cancel all deposits to Yobit that disappeared? You really are just going to do nothing after hundreds of specific complaints are brought to your attention? Information including transaction numbers and wallet addresses? It is my "fault" for assuming you looked after your coin holders, at least a little. Yobit should not be allowed to have ICASH, so take it back! Currently the Icash dev contacted yobit to solve this problem some weeks ago, but no response from yobit. While we are working on the Minereum roadmap tasks, we are also working on a parallel project. We are now in a conceptualization stage that we can release this information to the public.
Our Team is working on a new version of Minereum. This new version will bring many improvements to the Smart Contract Mining concept, including the possibility for everyone to mine by themselves (not public mining like the recent experiment).
This new project will be a new Token and Minereum Holders will have the option to convert MNE to this new token.
Minereum itself will not be affected and will keep running and the planned tasks from the roadmap remain.
It will still take some time until it is released, we will keep on posting updates as it progresses.
