81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dear Bitcointalk Community, please change your perspective about Bitcoin! on: June 07, 2017, 02:55:16 PM
Dude, i salute you. You have a great perspective. But you see my friend, all of these thingsthat happened in the past and still happening to bitcoin today is not something you can call a bad thing. Yes, it might not yet be what satoshi wanted, but these people today who sees bitcoin as what they see it is a very important milestone for it to reach satoshi's dream. Because you see, if the less fortunate people didnt see bitcoin the way they did or do today, they wont be attracted to it, and it wouldn't have gotten where it currently is today.

Now, you see my friend, my point here is that everything may not be as what it seems or what you see today may not be the same tomorrow for it can change and become entirely different depending on the things that affects it. And that is why we have trial and errors, this is why we choose to experience rather than stay on the safe lane, so that we can succeed and if fail, we can learn and with every knowledge we gain, we improve. There are no shortcuts for the greatest things in this world. Everything needs to be done step by step to be molded precisely to become as to what it needs to be.

So with that being said, i know that time will come when satoshi's visions and dreams for bitcoins will surely come true. But today is not the time yet. All we can do is wait and do our part as the early users of bitcoins and spread the knowledge of bitcoins to everyone. It is not a job but a responsibility that we all meed to do. This is not just for you, me, or anyone in this forum, but for every man walking this planet that deserves to live the visions and dreams of shatoshi. This is for a better world.
82  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: June 07, 2017, 02:10:39 PM
Well for me, i probably think that they hate the fact that they can not and never will be able to control bitcoins. And you know governments dont love something they cant control, those countries that have accepted bitcoins are the countries that realized they cant do shit to stop it nor control the people not to use it, so they just go and take advantage of the benefits they can get and ignore the thing they cant do ahit about.
That's just in my own perspective tho

I strongly support that view

I also think that many countries quite naturally first chose to ignore Bitcoin completely hoping that it will kick the bucket on its own eventually. Some countries (like Russia) had even shown teeth and growled. Right now, when it has become evident that Bitcoin is going to expand, ignoring it any further would likely raise a lot of eyebrows among population and would be pretty stupid, as to me. Therefore, many countries would have at least to reveal their attitude toward Bitcoin somehow, that they are determined to regulate it in some way in the future (even if they are not in fact going to do anything)

Exactly! They probably hate to lose control, that is why they hate bitcoins, but then they saw that lots of people are getting more and more into it. So, with them not wanting to look bad, which can cause rebellion or something like that, they then do what they need to do even if it is forced and against what they want just to save their images and their control over the people in their countries. Which i think, will happen with every country sooner or later.

84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Philippines Officially Legitimize Bitcoin as Payment Method on: June 06, 2017, 03:39:40 PM
Is there any spurces?? I would teally want to see them myself, coz knowing my fellow filipinos, they probably would never accept bitcoin, probably because filipinos mindsets are locked into the thought that being sure is better than sorry. This is due to the hardship of earning money here. And so, if this is the case, the banks here wouldnt see potential, and that will result in making them hesitate with bitcoins.

87  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am pretty confident we are the new wealthy elite, gentlemen. on: June 06, 2017, 04:19:45 AM
Tsss.. if bitcoin was something that you can just find inside old chests on the basement, i wouldve paid to check all basements that i know. Near or far. But really, its still unreasonable to say that we are the new rich. Well, i maen not all can invest, and not all have skills to offer for btc. Some can be hard working and industrious but only few will get lucky, .. so i kinda disagree with the thought of the one who posted this topic.. just a bit tho,

You can be one of the wealthy elite if you are early adopter of bitcoin or if you have a lot of money to buy bitcoin and keep it years in your wallet. Today, bitcoin now has been the playground for wealthy elites Buy then cash it out for huge profits. But for small time investors like most of us. Its even hard to earn even 1 or 2 bitcoin in our wallet. So only a few will really be super millionaires when it come to holding bitcoin.

You're right, but sadly, in this country that i am currently in, people like me don't have the capability to buy bitcoin. Sinply because mine is a poor country and you can only guess that most of the people in it are too. And even when i'd get the chance somehow to have a but of money, i can't just go spend it on bitcoins coz daily needs are a must for me. But if I'd ever have an extra(though i doubt i would), i would gladly buy bitcoins coz i have read a lot about it and i know it really is possible for its price to rocket to the moon and beyond. It has great potential. That's just for me tho.

89  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: June 03, 2017, 05:26:49 PM
Now my point here is this, rich people who have bad vices or addictions,
Would obviously find it hard to stop what they have been used to be doing
or in some cases, impossible. And let's face it, lots of people are pedophiles,
Necrophiliac, etc. some even love watching live tortures with them giving
the commands on how to do it. And I'd be damned if rich people(specially the
famous ones) that are part of all the people that I have mentioned wouldn't do
everything in their powersto hide their true selves from their family and friends
or other people.

So i think its just fair to not rule out that lots of rich people will be into bitcoins
in the future(for all i know maybe lots of influential people have already been using
bitcoins). But not for the purpose of profit though, but instead, for
the sake of fulfilling their wants and desires anonymously.

Bitcoin is a techy stuff. The dudes who are philic about it are called geeks, but they are not very rich overall. The ones which are rich (like Bill Gates) don't seem to be particularly interested in Bitcoin anyway. I don't know about you, but personally I don't find anything sexual about Bitcoin, though earning profits is surely fun and enticing on its own. But this is not what these dudes are looking for as you seem to imply yourself

In any case, I wouldn't harbor a lot of hope for that

Dude, you're missing my point here, as what i have said, people are mixtures of good and bad.
Now, out of all the rich people out there and their children, it would be impossible that none of them have bad habbits or what sort of evil things they do. And with that being said, its nearly impossible that they do not pay so much for some things that other people may see as a bad or evil thing.  So my point is, if I was rich or famous or if my brother or parents are, i would probably find all the ways possible to hide my bad habbits, and if i need some stuff for the secret thing i do, or need to buy a video of an illegal thing i would love to watch, or find a hitman to kill someone i hate, i would do everything necessary to hide my identity, and thinking that i am rich and capable, i would pay no matter how much just to keep my secrets as secrets till the day i die. So, needing secrecy and having lots of money to spend, id pay countless money to transact with others anonymously. Now if bitcoins would make it easier, then why not use it as a tool that can benefit me and my desires??

I dont know how further i need or can explain this but i think you've gotten the idea already about what my point really was. So yeah, that is why i think its not impossible for rich people to dive in to bitcoin. Again, not for profit but for anonymity.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: June 01, 2017, 05:19:47 PM
Most of you guys have great opinions about this,
And i agree to some, but by understanding people today,
I realized that almost everyone does something illegal or bad
habits that they do not want to be found out, specially the rich
and the famous. So, as we can see, bitcoins can make anyone
almost perfectly anonymous(that is if you know how to) right?

Now my point here is this, rich people who have bad vices or addictions,
Would obviously find it hard to stop what they have been used to be doing
or in some cases, impossible. And let's face it, lots of people are pedophiles,
Necrophiliac, etc. some even love watching live tortures with them giving

Strong words.
I can barely even get by everyday.
Dying just to make ends meet.
I am way too far from that.
Dont even know where to start and where i am heading with this bitcoin thing.

i hear ya. sure, i've been around bitcoin since, what, 2011? but i don't have any. heck, i owe a guy on this forum like 2.4 BTC. i've had a repeated series of unfortunate events happen in the last few years that have left me unemployed and broke as hell.

no idea what the future holds. but it'll be interesting to watch, at least.

Yeah i agree with you, it'll be interesting to watch what happens after how many years.

I think you should just pick the trusted wallets out there..
Its better to be safe than sorry, 1 mistake is all it takes to lose something you have worked hard for.

95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy Bitcoin now with hard cash? on: May 27, 2017, 12:26:03 PM
if i had the cash,i would probably buy with half of what i have coz i think the future of bitcoin is pretty clear,
but then again, nothing is for sure in this world so id probably put half of my money if i had some decent salary.
