4 or 8 Gb is important only for the Ethash algorithm. There are other algorithms.

IMHO, memory clock for micron very high. Try range 500 - 700. If its stable adjust core clock by +50 up to 250.

Requirements:

PowerShell 5.0

Windows 10 x64 or Server 2016 already contain PowerShell 5.0.
For Windows 7 SP1, 8.1, Server 2008 R2 SP1, 2012, 2012 R2 install PowerShell 5.0 by link.
PowerShell requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 or above.
The Windows is x64 need as most of the miners support only x64 bit.

2.2.3 cuda9 x64 has issue with tribus algo (compare 2.2.2 cuda9 x64). it has down hashrate up to 5-10%.
1070 55 -> 50
1060 36 -> 30

Please, fix it.
