Ya I have about 150 fewer Lisk.  I'm sure there's a reason.  Still have 5,490 though lol

Hello. How POS mining RADS? Thanks

depending on the amount of rads you have in your wallet will determine your rads you mint. How many do you have?

I have 2800 RADS.

I am staking 20,000 rads and mint around 150 week

Wow that's great return! About $200/month of ongoing income at current RADS price.

Because they will recieve the funds after delivering Mainnet

That is complete BS as a business-strategy.  Let's say I'm building an electric car.  I'm looking for investors, I get millions of funds BUT I can use these millions once my car is ready for selling?  For what?  FURTHER development AFTER the release of my car?  And when I set a date, I have to postpone it and refer to the $20000 I invested in the car from my own pocket?

FOR REAL??

C'mon!

I still like this project and don't get me wrong: I would happily wait another 6 months KNOWING that the ICO-funds were well spend during this time.

So the question remains:

Give us details on how the ICO-funds will be spend.

I agree it's a strange business model. Imagine having this project on Kickstarter. People invest, and the incentive is they get the product at a discounted price once it's ready. But the developers of the product use people's investment to finish the product. For the developers of Lisk to have no access to the ICO funds until Mainnet release makes no sense. It's a catch 22. You need the ICO funds to hire more developers to complete Mainnet launch, but you can't get ICO funds until Mainnet launches. Bizarre.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 24, 2016, 06:02:24 PM
First launch was expected at 11th April 2016

Now the devs said expected at end of April or early May

If they delay it again to end of May or early June i dont have a single trust in it anymore.

If someone is saying a, then b, then c, you would not trust his planning or roadmap or something else.

I hope they stick on end of april or early may.

l don't care when launch is as long as hype remains and there are no issues then all good unless some put all their eggs in one basket and have no funds to trade other one opportunity then will see some panic sells before launch.
You dont care I care.

A company must have a honest launch date and not saying something and later something else.

How you can trust a company if they delay 2-3 times.

If they say end of May, i dont trust it anymore, because it can be end of June or end of November.
Not that i cant wait, its about the trust.

Supposedly they delayed because of all the morons in crypto not able to read directions to validate their passphrases. It's no wonder why a majority of people trading cryptos don't make any money. They're stupid. I'd say if by the end of April there are still people who haven't validated successfully then too bad. They need to launch and those people simply don't get any coins. Don't endanger the project launch because of a few idiots.

Just checking here, I still have zero balance showing in my LISK Account/Dashboard.

Do we know when our balances will be visible?
Be patient!
Active Devs are hard working now!

Whoa, easy there. Just asking a legitimate question. So are you saying nobodys Lisk is currently showing in thier wallets and that as soon as the work is complete the balances will show?

Can somebody else please verify this?

Thanks in Advance.

Not entirely sure what you're talking about.  When I go to https://ico.lisk.io/ and sign into my account, it shows how many Lisk I received when I bought them in the ICO with my BTC.  Are you talking about a different page?
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 17, 2016, 02:07:19 AM
Well, apparently no hard date then since I didn't really get an answer. A date range perhaps of launch? Also, people who are predicting $25/Lisk are smoking crack. At least not right away. That would give Lisk a 2.5 billion marketcap. That would be the highest marketcap of any alt. Ever. Don't get me wrong id be thrilled because I have ICO coins. But seriously.
807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 16, 2016, 11:09:35 PM
Is there a new hard date for the Lisk launch?
808  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 12, 2016, 08:41:11 PM
Hey guys, has anyone set up a node/delegate on a mac?
VPS on Vultr, ssh key, I have come a long way in terminal, but I can't get it running.
Too much bits and pieces of info that I can't string together.
Is there a Lisker willing to help me?
Thanks..

Start here:

https://academy.lisk.io/lisk-setting-up-a-delegate-on-the-public-test-network-login-lisk-io-f53ae6d029ea#.f1f2soh77

Please PM me if you get a node up.  You don't actually forge Lisk until you get votes that put you in the top 101 delegates.

Thanks!

I'm assuming that this could be done pretty easily on a Raspberry Pi correct?  Not seeing any reason why not.
809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 11, 2016, 08:18:28 PM
lisk..it isn't already came out and has a HUGE marketcap yet Grin Grin
yeeeb it is interesting  very nice to see this it is all because of the two exchanges accept lisk market right now specially yobit list is very active market in yobit but who know what will happen after launch

Glad we still have like another 3 weeks until launch.  Just great :/
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 10, 2016, 06:26:40 PM
It looks like LISK (IOU) price is gradually declining, although it could be a general thing currently in the market. It is a pity about the IOU because the IOU might just have taken the steam of the initial rise and decline usually seen with new coins. There is normally a quick rise and decline and then the price settles and then enters the development phase and is dependent on the development work. If development work is poor the price goes down further and if the development work is good then price will rise again. What is clear is that the IOU portion of the LISK money supply is insignificant to the total money supply and should not necessarily be seen as indicative of the price of the main supply of the real coin. This is because a small supply is very much sensitive to price movements especially in an environment where a lot of hype was created and people are impatient with anticipation. The real price could be much higher or much lower.

The next thing that will impact LISK is what will happen on launch day. If a significant portion of the 100m finds it way to the market without the corresponding demand the price will go down. If there is enough demand the ICO investors will exit at a profit and the new investors (and/or whales) will take over at the new floor and do their thing. Most people have a short term profit objective without necessarily worrying too much about what a coin is about as long as whatever the dev team and community does enhances the chances of their objective being met. The chances are therefore higher that a significant portion of the supply will go to market relatively quickly after launch because most holders with a short term profit objective will want to execute their strategy as quickly as possible at maximum profit. The ICO investor mix plays an important part. If the ICO mix were more big investors caring about the coin and future potential less coins will hit the market early on. If the mix were more day traders that would do anything to make a bitcoin or 2 they will exit as soon as they can make that 1 bitcoin and they will jump with joy. Chances are higher though based on statistics that the latter option is the case but not necessarily.

LISK holders must just hope that the wind was not taken out of its sails with the IOU thing and momentum negatively impacted so that that is not seen as the initial rise and decline of the coin. I hope for everyone that there will still be another one after the coin launches for real. However, imo, holding should be more long term for LISK and I hope there are many people with a long term objective in the ICO investor mix.

as i said elsewhere, wallet would better be launched as soon as ICO distribution is done. what is happening in cases like iota or lisk is: distribution ... hype gap ... ... eventually, wallet launch.
notice how the IOUs are being negotiated at iota, similarly  (and, whenever I complain about it at iota's thread, my posts get deleted)
yobit's move was very smart, even though it's not at all good from the ICO buyer's perspective. (lisk and iota holder here)

Just take look here:
http://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/views/all/#BTC

All major altcoins going to minus red.
The reason is simple..... LISK  Grin

Roll Eyes except that lisk is -43.34 % there, right now...

That's hilarious. Alts aren't going down because of Lisk lol I'm an ICO holder, but come on give me a break haha And to the original poster... As I said a few pages back, if only there weren't so many retards in crypto who can't understand directions, tomorrow would be the mainnet launch. Now, the coin launch will be completely deflated because we have to wait 3 more weeks. By then, IOU price will be down 90%, and launch will be a non event.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 10, 2016, 12:32:49 AM
It's really too bad there are so many retarded people in crypto who can't validate passphrases, or follow very simple directions. Lisk Mainnet couldn't been in 2 days but now we have to wait til the end of the month. By then IOU price will more than likely be way down and hype will be over. I mean seriously, if you can't understand directions, how did you even get into crypto or understand Bitcoin? Just boggles my mind is all.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 09, 2016, 12:51:30 AM
really not sure what to think about this whole IOU thing....I think we're up for a trainwreck at launch :/

i think you are right

hope noone bought yobits coins, and if they did i hope it's with their personal belief in the project and it being 0.01 in a time frame they are comfortable with
(i hope we dont see them bitching here on launch that they paid 0.01-0.02)

I'm assuming this is a first? Has an exchange ever created IOUs pre launch? If so, what happened at launch to the mainnet coins? I just can't possibly believe that price will hold at launch. I'd love that cuz I bought at ICO, but can't possibly believe it. A boy can dream lol

Hmmm... sounds interesting.  I invested in the Lisk ICO and I might just be investing in this one just a little BTC.
814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain on: March 27, 2016, 06:01:43 PM
Ya this coin got murdered. I'm sure it'll come back though once Bitcoin stops pumping. Still trying to catch the bottom. Whatever that is.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: March 26, 2016, 03:02:33 PM
Yes, there will be monthly transparency reports. We will tell how much BTC/USD went to marketing, how much to salaries, how much to hardware, how much to infrastructure.. And so on. Wink
That would be great.

I still dont get when the devs of succesful ICO team says, we dont spend a single satoshi on market support.
If I have 6 million at my disposal to make a product succeed, I would be willing to buy back from the market below ICO price, which I can dilute later when the features are delivered - making more money for the further development of the coin. If the devs cant do that, it shows lack of faith in their own coin  to me.

Right!

WRONG!

Interesting perspective.

I believe that Q1 was possibly going to be the ICO for this.  Anyone know if that's still the case?  Reaching the end of Q1.

Hey there we go. Only an hour late lol Pretty sad I found out about it from the Poloniex Trollbox before I did here haha
818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain on: March 24, 2016, 03:36:46 PM
Why is Radium being on Azure not being posted here? Is the news fake?

im lost good momenth to buy back RADS
i sell my rads when the price up from 90k to 115k
i have plan to buy back at 100k but i get some problem i need money.

today im very sad look rads price and i lost good momenth  Cry

Weak hands, why invest to try to make a quick buck? Radium need long time holders to get let this project turn in a successful.

Cheers!

I wouldn't necessarily say weak hands.  I like the project.  I bought in at 165000 satoshi and sold at 217000 satoshi and made $600 in a day, but I have a buy back in at a lower price.  It might not go lower from now on, but sometimes it's best to secure your profits.  Crypto's the wild west no matter how good a project is.  I've learned that from 2 years of trading Wink

Because crypto's is the wild west I'm not speculating short term. I doubt if you're able to fill your open buy order, if not you've to buy back for a higher price which only cuts your profits vs buy and hold. I'm staking with 18k coins and it gets me around 25 free coins per day which is secure income.

However anyone should do what they think is best, if we all did the same this market would be very boring Wink

Cheers!

That's actually pretty good staking results. That would be good ongoing income. Personally, I've been caught believing that I'll have ongoing income staking with a coin, and then the coin gets dumped to oblivion a couple weeks later, dev disappears, and project collapses. I'm always left thinking if only I had sold my coins for a profit rather than holding and staking. Hopefully this project's different. And because of the dumping right now, my refill orders are closer to getting filled. We'll see if I can pick up some more.
