It is ridiculous that the SBF does not want to admit fault for this problem,
Once the trial begins and if we have enough evidence to send him to jail, it won't matter whether he wants to plead guilty or not. His fate is no longer in his hands anymore.

SBF might not be favored very much by pleaing.. and there are some small chances that he could hang the jury or something like that, but there are still other charges that are outstanding.. ... so it is difficult to imagine any scenario in which he does not get at least 5-10 years.. would really be some long shot kinds of scenarios, and perhaps his going to trial is an attempt to shoot at those long shot scenarios.. even though he is likely using other people's money for the cost of the trial.. but that's another matter... remember at one point, he said that he ONLY had like $100k in his bank account.. another one of his lies.
Actually in this condition I do not really like to see trials with the common law legal system because I prefer to see civil law which in my opinion is more applicable especially for SBF cases but when it comes to SBF and USA cases, it is definitely common law that will be used with the jury as one of the reinforcements even though it is the judge who has the decision.
On the other hand, looking at the scope of the current 12 jurors if you look at their background, they do not have any background in crypto so this will clearly confuse them so that this could be an advantage for SBF in his trial even though indeed with some facts that have been spread such as he was proven to take advantage of FTX for his own interests, it is enough to be used as one of the irrefutable evidence but this could also be reversed.
However, if this is just a long term scenario as you say, then it is likely that this case will drag on even though it would be better for him to stay in jail for a long time.

Even though there were doubts, Joselu was able to prove it with the several goals he scored. Joselu is not Ancelotti's mainstay but he is always needed at the right time and he always makes a contribution to Madrid. I'm pretty sure he will continue to develop and maybe Ancelotti will make him a regular player. Currently Joselu is the second most fertile player at his club after Bellingham, the collaboration between the two players has made Madrid successful in leading the standings.
Actually if you look at Joselu's performance with Espanyol last season he was also quite good but the doubt in this context is that maybe he will not be a good substitute for Benzema but until now his performance when given the opportunity by Ancelotti I think is still quite good for a fairly cheap loan player.

But to make him a regular player with Ancelotti's 4-3-1-2 formation is clearly difficult because after all with Rodrygo and Vini in attack then surely they will be the priority but it will be a slightly different story if there is finally a change of scheme with Madrid's standard formation last season with their 4-3-3 then Joselu could be one of Madrid's choices.

The best key in this world is knowledge. Whatever you do without knowing about it is pointless, even if you have money and no knowledge in this life. Everything you accomplish will be for naught. You can't just start investing in Bitcoin without first learning about it. What do you think will happen at the conclusion of the day? Since your direction is more crucial than your speed, always keep it positive. Never consent to someone leading you astray.
I still feel that knowledge and skills and experience should be balanced in this regard.
Indeed, we will be reckless when doing something without knowledge but on the other hand, when we only struggle with knowledge and only stick to theory but without action carried out as a form of skill, it will also only be bland because it has a shell but the contents are empty considering that we only understand the theory but do not understand when applying the theory we have.

Do not forget that there are some conditions that will definitely occur when we start practicing and it will not be the same as the theory (knowledge) that we rely on as our material to try. In the end, when we only dabble in theory, our talk may lead to academic matters but we will not have anything if we do not dare to try and experience firsthand which makes knowledge with all kinds of theories useless.

well, it sounds very interesting when PSG loses Mbappe and is replaced by Osimhen and looking at Osimhen style of playing quality is on par with Mbappe and is suitable to join PSG. even if there will be many offers in the winter like osimhen and Mbappe, it seems that from now on we can predict a big chance of a move for these two talented players and I also hope that Mbappe will soon come to Real madrid and Osimhen to PSG.
Many rumors at this time Mbappe will stay because of the club owner's statement Mbappe is now happy to be at PSG after the anxiety of last transfer season.

Another one Osimhen will extend the contract with Napoli because the owner of Napoli was equally able to convince Osimhen, this has nothing to do with the chaos on social media about tiktok even though Osimhen's agent has reported the Napoli club.

The concern is that there are so many offers to Osimhen, English clubs have started to show a lot of interest, if Osimhen's offer wants to go there then it is very likely to happen, but we never know in the future.
I think Mbappe's contract at PSG is just a formality to get money because in some other rumours it is said that the contract extension is 1 year in the season but in some other rumours it is said that there is a note in the contract where Mbappe must be sold at the end of the summer although this cannot be confirmed whether this is true or not like Osimhen, Aurelio De Laurentiis seems pretty confident that he can extend Osimhen's contract despite the controversy that occurred earlier even though that's the case, I guess it's just a matter of seeing how it goes once the transfer window reopens because sometimes there are things that clubs don't mention directly just to save themselves the hassle of a lot of speculation.

I was surprised by Osimhen's leap because he beat Rudiger in an aerial duel, but Kepa was still very alert because if he hadn't been, it could have been a goal.
A tense second half but Madrid came out on top in the end and I'm happy with the result and my bet on the game.
The game was worth watching as the intensity from start to finish was hot and that's what I expect from a big game.
My bets on Bayern, Madrid and Inter worked out, but Arsenal were beyond my expectations.
Anyone would agree that the Napoli and Madrid match was the match of the day as it was a thriller with neither club wanting to drop points although in the end Meret's own goal dashed Napoli's hopes of a point as Madrid took all 3 points.
With this result Madrid are firmly on top with 6 points and I reckon this will hold until the end for Madrid although I still feel that Napoli will take second place.

In another match 2 English clubs had to lose points where the favourite Arsenal had to lose to Lens and Casemiro's red card for Manchester United allowed Galatasaray to make a comeback and get 3 points for the second match and unfortunately with this defeat Manchester United had to be ranked last in group A.

It is well-recognized fact that predicting the future price of bitcoin is difficult. But historically speaking, October seems to be a month when the price of a bitcoin tends to rise a little more than in previous months.
To me I don't think there would be any much Bitcoin price movement in these October, one of the things you should understand is that the possibility of Bitcoin repeating a price movement on a particular month is not certain and perhaps if you check very closely you will see that during the times Bitcoin price use to repeat uptrend on the Month of October are mostly when the halving are still in some years ahead so if there was supposed to be any drastic price movement it would have done it earlier before now, so the Bitcoin price has been on a consolidation for sometime now and since we are in the last quarter of the year there is a likelihood that Bitcoin price will still maintain those levels till the halving take place then you can expect Bitcoin price to surpass the ATH, so let's not allowed the psychology or speculation that Bitcoin price normally increase October affect our plans of accumulation.

But if you look at the data that always happens in every October, it is usual for bitcoin to always experience a pretty good increase and most of it is always positive, even though this is not a reference, it can still be a hope and encouragement especially if bitcoin can be more positive because it could be for this October to start the bitcoin rally towards halving.
Halving itself if you look at the current October actually if we count and the benchmark is April it is only 6 months more (not a few years).
But in this case of course we must also be aware that if our target is further away this is only to reassure ourselves that the future will be better for bitcoin not as a stop because in the end we must also be aware that this increase will still be considered a temporary increase.

Currently, PGMOL has also actually admitted that Diaz's goal should have been allowed but this kind of thing has happened even though it is now admitted that it was an error from the referee, it still does not restore anything. Liverpool have also responded by providing a statement relating to this matter.

But again this also cannot be changed because it has already happened but it is important for PGMOL because this can be a good lesson and in the end for future matches there are no more human errors like this so as not to harm one of the clubs in a match.
Who else is still following the VAR controversy at Tottenham on Saturday between the Liverpool. After this event, Liverpool had took it upon itself to trail the case to make a request to the PGMOL to release the audio conversation of the incident. Interestingly, PGMOL was able to get Liverpool with the footages for their review. We are also hoping and waiting to have it released publicly. On the flip side, the VAR official was biased and used emotion to make his judgment. I still don't take it as a mistake because Diaz strike wasn't supposed to be ruled out just like that. The official could have taken more time to analyze this before taken on in his conclusion. As a penalty, both the VAR official and his assistant have been removed from matchday duties for the rest of the week.

I join others who criticized the decision of the VAR team who didn't intervene after they had discovered the true part of the incident. They could have just resolved it while the game was still on. Although, they capitalized on the IFAB Rule 10. Nonetheless, they could have done better to have resolved this issue on the pitch. I want to believe thst Tottenham took the home advantage over Liverpool. But next time, the VAR team needs to get better sothey don't raise the football fan's possible concerns on Favoritism.

But in situations like this, what should be the possible outcome, will the goal be counted or does it mean the PGMOL does not have any provision to address such mistakes in favor of the victims?
Currently, several things have been released including audio conversations during the VAR and there are indeed several reviews that PGMOL is still conducting to date.
PGMOL recognises the mistake made in disallowing Diaz's goal which should have been valid due to poor audio for communication from the referee and VAR referee and PGMOL also wants this infrastructure to be re-evaluated to prevent similar incidents from happening.

In addition, PGMOL is also still conducting several other reviews whether this will ultimately change the previous results or not but indeed if in the end if they admit the mistakes made as a form of accountability then there must be several things they can do such as changing the results even though this will also definitely get pros and cons for some parties.
We still have to wait for the continuation of this it seems because of course Liverpool also wants justice or at least compensation in this case.

Still, emphasising on a striker with ferocious instincts is important for a big club and Madrid are still searching for that.
With some new and young players like Jude currently providing the colour for Madrid that is a good thing but on the other hand in this case we must also be aware that Madrid will not forever be able to depend on Jude who is only a midfielder or second striker because if there is a striker who can make their goal productivity rise then that would be even better.
Even though they are still very good now, things like this should not be used as satisfaction because of course Madrid must also continue to upgrade themselves to become even better.

In general, this is possible. But when it comes to Mbappe specifically, he will definitely help the team, he will strengthen it, because he is a player who can score consistently. But I doubt that he will move to Real Madrid. The story with him has been going on for a few years now and so far it all boils down to the negative development of this story, that Mbappe is more likely to stay on to play in PSG, and I'm afraid it's for the money
At least for now I still feel like there's a bit of a difference between the previous few seasons and this one.
Seeing the conditions and drama from Mbappe before with PSG it strengthens my belief that he will leave sooner or later it will definitely happen.

But the goal is only Mbappe who knows where he can fit in in the end and now it depends on Madrid whether they will be willing to return to pursue Mbappe because basically if they return to being passive like last season something like this still won't happen, it's just that by looking at the probability and power of money, Madrid can do it and there are still many football observers who are convinced of this.

Mnchester United are restricted in spending money to sign many players this season, so it requires Erik Ten Hah to be able to think about making the best use of the money allocated. Erik Ten Hag failed to build a good squad this season, so that affected their match results. He's been here for a season, but he hasn't shown anything that people have been waiting for. They have been promising in some games, but the problem is that they have become something that cannot be expected in the games that they play after they have plyed well.
The allocation they have is not too much for a big club but still if you look at the money they spend on some players like Hojlund, Onana and Mount it is more than 150 million which is also quite large but there are indeed some things that make fans a little not too fond of this restriction so that they always feel dissatisfied with Glazer as a bigwig at Manchester United.

But besides that with the money they are currently pouring out especially for last summer's transfers it is actually very large in my opinion but of course whether Ten Hag chose correctly or not until now we still haven't seen anything positive from the purchases made.

There's a saying in crypto if it's not your wallet, then it's not your bitcoin.
Actually, from this word, we can also know that the title in the thread is all broken in this quote.
If indeed it is a gambling wallet even if you have control but still basically you do not have full control over the gambling wallet that you have so from this it is clear that keeping money in a gambling wallet will ultimately make you feel regret at the end.
We must realize that just storing bitcoin we need a wallet that really makes us sure that we are safe and avoid hacking and when it is stored in gambling it is actually against the rules even though it is not a standard rule.

Yeah you are right knowledge is very essential at least every trader needs the theoretical or pratical understanding about trading before venturing into, but in most cases people disregard knowledge because of greed which always turns out bad, but to evaluation victims, is mostly the beginners that always fall victim because of ignorance, every successful traders undergone processes of learning and acquiring knowledge to no the concept, Technical and fundamental analysis of the market before going in to trade, and perhaps knowledge doesn't only required on trading but on our daily life's we need knowledge for business, accumulation and holding in fact in all our day to day activities.

Any trading requires knowledge, so here if we want to invest in Bitcoin, we must gather our knowledge in different ways. Because according to DCA strategy we need to invest Bitcoin once every week or once a month according to our source of income. And not every time a small amount of assets from an exchange can be stored in one's wallet, a small amount of assets per week or month for a long time can be hundreds of dollars. Big sellers may not contact you as per regular DCA strategy (since you are a small investor) in which case you will have to wait for a long time and turn several hundreds of dollars. This way you can own a large amount of wealth at one time but have to invest regularly.

Actually, this is too ambiguous for me because you are going too wide especially when you see that what we are currently discussing is clearly focused on investment and we must know that investment and trading are different.
So bringing together investment and trade in a discussion will clearly not find common ground where in terms of concept and implementation it is also different. Therefore, we cannot say anything about anything because in the end, when discussing trade, it will not be included in the DCA system or anything related to investment.

I don't have any views on trading and I also don't want to discuss it but even if we talk about knowledge and experience, those who already understand the bitcoin system are sure they will invest not trade because in the end bitcoin investment is very much more worth it than trading.

Lyon continue to lose. I didn't expect such a big drop, after so much success in the league, no win in seven games, no one would have expected such a drop. Radical decisions need to be taken urgently in Lyon otherwise it looks like they will be relegated. Reims are already one of the form teams of last season and I expect them to win.
Nice, who did well under Farioli, drew with their in-form opponent. Nice and Brest failed to win.
Rennes, on the other hand, managed to defeat Nantes at home. Rennes is another unbeaten team in 7 games.
7 matches are done and they still can't win even once this season which makes Lyon have to stay at the bottom and behind points quite far from several other clubs.
Previously there was Lens who experienced the same thing but it seems that this time only Lyon is left who really slumped at the bottom of the standings for Ligue 1 this season.
They have to try better because if things like this continue to happen, of course this will be a very big problem for Lyon especially they are one of the clubs that are considered a big club in Ligue 1 but with their current performance it is clearly the opposite of what should happen.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 01, 2023, 09:15:12 PM
I don't really think they should put much emphasis on a striker, and I don't think they will. They don't have a problem with that at the moment, they bought Bellingham and they haven't missed a beat, he's definitely their best transfer this season, not only does he have great stats but he's a very good player overall, I think he's a great investment

I forgot the on-side goal. That was strange because if I understood the whole scene correctly, they didn't show a line in the VAR review on TV. I wondered why they wouldn't do that? But if anything was wrong there, wouldn't they be held accountable after the game as well? It would not be repeated of course, but if Liverpool says there was something wrong or they request the data, I can imagine that the VAR data is stored and has to be available for checks afterwards. Because I agree that the goal was very suspiciously given as off-side and hence taken back. I was like wow, I want to see that line. But they just didn't provide it. If for some reason it was so close that even their computers couldn't draw it, then it should be a goal.
Currently, PGMOL has also actually admitted that Diaz's goal should have been allowed but this kind of thing has happened even though it is now admitted that it was an error from the referee, it still does not restore anything. The EPL for this week really has a lot of surprises going on. Manchester City found their first defeat, Aston Villa went crazy by slaughtering Brighton with a very heavy score and Liverpool with its cuteness in 2 red cards and 1 own goal.
This ruined a lot of my bets this week because even though I knew Manchester City would eventually lose an EPL match because there's no way they'll win forever but I didn't expect them to lose to Wolves. That's also what I thought with Brighton because my biggest possibility was a draw but they lost very badly as for Liverpool I don't want to talk about them now.
Teams unbelievable loss in this week, Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Brighton Albion, Liverpool have played with 9 players after Curtis Jone got red card on 26th minutes and Diogo Jota on 69th minutes, its difficult for defense when loss two players for Liverpool.
Have two matches left for tomorrow Nott Forest vs Brentford and Fulham vs Chelsea. Will Chelsea are in the list name teams for getting loss in this week or not? current performance Chelsea hasn't not really well and sure for Chelsea get loss.
I didn't include Manchester United because I know that Manchester United are still in an unstable condition and I stopped betting on Manchester United since the previous few matches so I don't consider this a surprise because Manchester United cannot be considered good even though losing to Crystal Palace is a bit of a disadvantage and this is why I prefer some young players like Garnacho or Mejbri to be given a chance rather than forcing Bruno.
For Liverpool I know they played well but the mistakes with 2 red cards obviously I don't really accept this.

I think the Aston Villa vs. Brighton game is the biggest surprise. In no way did I see that scoreline coming. I mean, there was every possibility that Aston Villa could win but not scoring 6 goals against a very good Brighton side.

Manchester City losing away to Wolves is understandable. They have the Champions League to play so they won't want to be fatigued before the game considering they had a game in mid-week.
The same goes for Manchester United. Added to the fact that United have been very inconsistent this season, a loss to Crystal Palace isn't a very big surprise.

We all knew anybody could win between Tottenham and Liverpool or it could be a draw. It very nearly became a draw. Liverpool did well even when they were two men down.

Altogether it was a very interesting Saturday morning in the premier league if you ask me. Let's see if Chelsea and Fulham have some action for us tomorrow.
I also felt the same way because initially the most possible for me was only a draw or a narrow victory for one of the clubs but indeed Aston Villa really played very well.
Brighton lost their control especially after Brighton had to concede 3 goals in 12 minutes. This disrupted their mentality and yes this was not too unexpected with so many goals.
For Manchester City they don't have any problems in their attack but it's just that when there are no some of their core players like KDB who is still injured or indeed Rodri who has a ban on playing this gives a little gap even though their attack is still very good but they failed in anticipation of counterattacks even though the first goal was a little unexpected.

I like the point that you are emphasising here and it is true that if we are ready to invest in the DCA way, especially if we have started it, then I think there is no specific reason to look at how vulnerable the price is because consistency must be maintained.
The problem that often happens is when we're already working on DCA and we get bogged down with the thought of price, which in the end will make our strategy fall apart in the end.
My initial period in 2002 was like this because I was dizzy with my thinking that was based on price but over time that became the main problem I had because when I was based more on price we would be dizzy so I tried to learn from the beginning and indeed for now it can be said that my method is much better than before with DCA which should not be too concerned about price.
If you continue to worry about the price in your DCA method then this will hinder you, it could be that you keep thinking about the price that has started to rise while still hesitating to continue? I think this thought must be eliminated at least whatever the price is if it's the DCA method then just do it.
That's what I feel now but not in the past because back then I was still always focussing on price which if you think about it rationally now I'm actually like a lost person with the way I was running before.
But the mistake I made back then was actually very good because if I didn't do that and didn't realise that what I was doing was wrong then I probably would have continued to look at price as a benchmark until now and this has definitely been a good experience for myself.

Quote
This was my initial problem too when I started it was really hard when I kept seeing price movements, if you keep thinking about this then investing in the DCA way will not develop but you will be reluctant to continue because you keep seeing prices.
If the goal of DCA is long-term, there is no need to worry about it, it should be a habit for us that there is no stopping to continue DCA.
Actually, I think for some problems that occur and some mistakes are something natural, especially when we are in different conditions like when we started doing DCA. Making some mistakes is a natural thing but if we really want to be better then whether we are able to admit and correct the mistakes that have been made or not because in the end it is also a good experience for ourselves. as long as we do not dare to admit that we have been wrong then forever we will be trapped in standard thinking which in the end makes everything we do always considered right even though it is proven wrong.

The match is still quite long but when things like this continue then I think Leipzig can score for the second time if Bayern continue to try to attack but do not pay attention to defense.
It happened Cheesy The score was now 2-0 in favour of Leipzig as after Openda scored, Leipzig extended their lead with a goal from Lukeba 6 minutes later.
This is clearly not too expected but looking at the h2h of Bayern when facing Leipzig they are always struggling and still can't even win in the last 3 matches, I hope for this match they can play better but seeing from the 2 goals that Leipzig has created of course this will not be easy to make the match a comeback.
Even though Bayern are without some of their core players but this 4-2-2-2 is quite terrible where even though they are pressed continuously but their midfield can easily counter attack quickly and can also help the defence well.

Pep was always buiding everything started from the bottom. I remember when he was coming to the manchester city and he has been putting UCL as the main target by the club and pep was able helping city to get its first UCL trophy after so many years.
It makes me feel that if pep was the key factor why manchester city was able getting tremendous success under him. I can remember that when there were still some players like david silva and friends played for city.
It has become the starter of guardiola's success with manchester city. City is also still possible to get second UCL trophy this season. Pep was changing everything.
Pep's era with manchester city has reminded me with sir alex ferguson once he was still on manchester united. MU was getting very big success with ferguson till everything changed a lot when ferguson was leaving from MU as he retired from being a coach.
I think that city will have the same fate as manchester city once guardiola will be leaving from the club in the future. City is in easy group now. The chance to pass the group stage is very big.
I disagree with this because seeing what happened where when he coached Manchester City, Bayern or Barcelona he always got good things but that's not doing it from the start because when he was promoted to Barcelona in 2008 when he replaced Rikjaard at that time Barcelona was in the best condition and indeed it had entered the golden era period of Barcelona as well as when he was at Bayern because before Pep coached Bayern they were already strong and had even won back to back for the Bundesliga with Pep's presence adding strength but not starting from scratch.

For Manchester City it is also the same because in the end Pep also only continues from the condition of Manchester City which is already strong with the money they have. He is a phenomenal coach but there is another factor that makes him shine even more, which is always right in making decisions in training a club.
