801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can money be saved in gambling sites? on: August 30, 2023, 07:19:57 AM
Your bank account is 100 times more safer than saving money on any online casino, and asking this question is not cool at all, it's the type of question that should come from a 6-year-old kid.

Online casinos can shut down their service any time and all they have is the only platform, there is no location or office anywhere, where you can visit and lay complains, it's a very bad idea, do not think about it.

Also, all online casinos are centralized, the only place that your money can be saved is in the bank, unless you want to invest the money, and banks won't favor you on the ROI side, better to invest the money into Bitcoin if it that's the case.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What does it take to play casino? on: August 29, 2023, 11:07:37 AM
When you talking about basic technique, it depends on the game you are placing bets on, if you are betting on a video game match like FIFA 2023 then your winning chance is on how good you are at the game itself, but if we are to talk about casino games, the only technique that I know about is playing responsibly and don't be too reckless.

Casino games like Slots depend on your luck but going on a football field and betting on yourself means you are in control, if you want to win your performance rate could work in your favour, but casino games is not in anyone's court, you get what you place bets on base on your luck.

The most important part of gambling is YOU, how you handle your spending on gambling is what will keep you on your 👣 on the long run, if you decide to be reckless about it, your days with gambling will come to an end sooner.

Learn the act of gambling responsibly.
803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: presuring someone into Bitcoin investment on: August 29, 2023, 10:11:15 AM
Why not ask her for some money and if she asks you what you want to use it for, tell her you want to use it to invest, you don't have to give her more details, I don't know how old your mother is but women are not always strong at mind when it comes to investment, if a man is ready to invest in 10 different assets around the world, either online or offline, women are always known to invest maybe in just 1 or none, the risks that men are willing to take, believe me, most women are not ready for it.

I learned this from my father when I was very young, and when I started my crypto journey, the only person that thought that I would lose and come back with zero results was my mother, women tend to believe only after you come back successfully.

Not until I made a big change in my life, that's when my mother started believing in my dreams, that's when she believed that Bitcoin was not a scam.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How late is too late to place a bet for a gambler? on: August 29, 2023, 09:37:26 AM
I have a junior brother who focuses on sports bets only and I also have a cousin who does the same, Judging from both their experiences, being late to bet still doesn't mean it's a sure bet, most times it's a bad bet cos they end up losing and they win only a few times only, I believe it's not about been early or late, it's about how lucky you can be.

You can be fast and you can be slow but that won't determine what your bet results will be, it depends on the performance of those you placing your bets on.

805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do the size and frequency of online casino winnings depend on the time of year? on: August 29, 2023, 07:01:38 AM
I'm not that aware about days or months that I am always lucky when gambling online, because all I care about is to keep using a certain small amount for gambling, only when I can afford it, meaning I don't gamble every time.

My focus about gambling is lucky days, and they come when you least expected, there is no reason or needs to believe that a certain month is when you will win, and also you will experience different good luck and bad luck if you use different online casinos.

We got to keep using what we can afford to lose and never run after our losses, leave every other things to luck.
806  Economy / Gambling / Re: Whats happening with Betnomi? on: August 28, 2023, 12:10:10 PM
The more longer it takes to fix this nonsense from betnomi team the faster their reputation sinks in the sea, Maybe they will make a comeback, but it won't matter anymore if it takes too damn long.

This is one the shortest lived popular casinos that I know, I remember they came around in the year 2019 and they had a rating of C- and right now it's 2023, that's short-lived to be honest.

From the information that I have gathered online, it's no more a rumour that this online casino is now categorised at Exit Scam, and there are some facts about their history of unreliable operations.

They have fake team and in 2019 they faced accusations about having a fake team and a deceptive ICO project but they managed to cover the controversy.

In 2021, Betnomi transferred users data to new domain and effectively deleting affiliate benefits, and they shunned many partners including customers.

To be honest, Betnomi already had a bad record, many people don't do deep research on their own that's why they got caught in the mess, I am sure they aren't coming back.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't wait for the bottom without buying in the Dip. on: August 28, 2023, 11:18:26 AM
There is no right or wrong time when buying Bitcoin. When you enter the market, that's when your time starts, so it doesn't matter if you are buying the dip or the top. Give it the right time, and you will be making the profits for which you have invested for. It's all about holding for a long time. The more you hold, the more profit you can gain from Bitcoin investment.

Maybe you will make less profit, but you will be making profit from the car investment if you have the will to hold for a long term. Buying at low price will always give you advantage of making good profits. This whole we are market is an opportunity for us to fill our bags with more Bitcoin which you can buy at low price. Pinpointing the bottom is very hard, and you don't know when the price will be bullish again. This is why it is always advised to do DCA.
Tell that to those who entered the market when Bitcoin was at 69k, even if they are very strong and they decide to hold, they won't make any gains until Bitcoin goes over 69k in the next bull market.

Buy at the top is not a good strategy, if anyone enters crypto market when the prices have already skyrocket, they should hold their horses and wait for bear market.

The best time to enter the crypto market will always be the bear market, not the bull market, all that's left is FOMO and it's more dangerous to get caught in FOMO.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Still not a safe practice even if it works on: August 28, 2023, 08:28:13 AM
I have seen a few pieces of content online that are saying Stake, Fortune Jack, Casino Gap and few others are VPN-friendly.

Are users on here agreeing on these few mentioned online casino? I am asking this because I believe those who still use VPN on these casinos are not safe.

Because using a VPN is not openly acceptable by these online casinos, there is no where it's written on their website, I know readers might feel like, why would they wrote such on their website when the law isn't permitting such?

Well, what will stop them from using this against you too as a gambler? Bypassing restrictions is not the problem, but it was never allowed officially, meaning you should accept whatever will be thrown in your face.

What do you think?
809  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / After all these years on: August 28, 2023, 07:47:01 AM
After all these years Bitcoin still remains an investment rather than a daily payment system, will there ever come a day where Bitcoin will be use generally as a paying system instead of what we are seeing right now?

XRP for example and few others are partnering with banks for international transactions, if seems that these projects are 100 times closer to been a daily payment system than Bitcoin and this saddens me.

I am feeling like the majority of people are still going to prefer to spend more money on transaction fee through payment solutions that involves banks, locally and internationally, I seems like Bitcoin transaction are going to keep happening around Bitcoin OGs and those who are into Bitcoin only.

Do you think that Bitcoin been decentralised will draw it back from becoming something like what XRP and Chain Link are achieving right now? Should we just for once shut up about Bitcoin becoming a well acknowledged payment solution and focus on it becoming only asset?
810  Economy / Economics / Re: Bad economic situation makes bitcoins more difficult to keep. on: August 27, 2023, 11:22:10 AM
Cut your clothes according to your size.

Bitcoin investment is not a must do or die.

Having a real life job makes things easier for your long-term hold plan.

Today's problem can be big in the eye, but tomorrow remains a mystery, and that's why we need to be prepared, not for today, but tomorrow, things always get more harder as time fly by, and investing in Bitcoin will only make your future better compare to someone who doesn't invest anything.

You don't have to use all you have to invest, a 1000$ invested on Twitter stock years ago is just 3000$+ today, it's still something if you have other things going on in your life, but invest that 1000$ in Bitcoin would have given you a better return of your investment even today.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto betting on: August 27, 2023, 10:56:51 AM
so all bets should be settled correctly and payouts should be carried out without any problems.
All bet would only be settled correctly if your predictions were in line with the outcome of the results being played, secondly there isn't any guarantee that you must face difficulties during withdrawal providing that platform do required a KYC for someone to fully operates on their platform. Maybe after you meet their criteria of having to operate on their platform then you could be able to withdraw freely, usually I don't have capacity to recommend you on a trusted casino or a gambling site here as I haven't bet before rather trying to start putting eyes on that area.
Right because it is very difficult to guarantee the exact bet. No one can tell when a platform works. It is better to stay away from kyc sites, they are more scams and these platforms do not have any guarantees. Before you can place bets and play games, you need to understand how the deposit and withdrawal processes work. Crypto bets offer different withdrawal options each option has its own pros and cons, so gamblers should check their options carefully before withdrawing funds.
Hi, you said it is better to stay away from KYC sites because they are scam, why? Are you really into crypto gambling? Because if you are you should know that many popular online casinos now ask for KYC verification, from no 1 to number 10 of the best online casinos, 90% are already asking for KYC and they are not scam, this made me believe that you don't gamble much.

I was about to ask if there is really any DEX casino where people can gamble without making deposit into the account of the casino, the whole experience will be just connect your wallet like using metamask wallet on uniswap and gamble, when you will you instantly get credited into your wallet and when you lose they remove the amount instantly, because if anything is going to change the gambling experience for many people it will be this.

Is there any real dex casino?
812  Economy / Economics / Re: How to avoid over expenses and have discipline on: August 27, 2023, 10:36:20 AM
Buying things I don't need is not the problem the majority are facing, the most popular problem is having a cup that's less fill and you are trying to use such a cup to fill others up all in the name of helping others, I am no way saying that helping people is bad but the one excuse that people use to give is that they don't know what others will say if they don't help them when they need it, that's even if they can't afford to.

Very big mistake I believe and people still keep doing so around me, it's a great disease if someone solely living their lives all because of what people will say, and trying to help people when you are barely struggling yourself is not a good idea.

Help people only when you can or with what you can afford, do not go extra mile or do things when it's hurting your future plans and your savings.
813  Economy / Gambling / Re: Concept of Halal Casino on: August 27, 2023, 09:02:29 AM
Muslim brothers where are you?  Cheesy I thought gambling is a sin, how come this is happening or this is fake? Some lives will be made through this casino and some will be ruined. That aside, OP you are promoting Roobet, that's one of the best casinos out there, why do you feel you need to try this halal casino out?

I think this video is simply telling people to intentionally commit sin since Allah is a forgiver and because we are all human we shouldn't blame anyone, I understand that no one can be perfect but I feel this is wrong, there are many crazy people in suits and the only thing keeping them from showing their craziness is word of God, now I can't imagine if this gets out in the public, it's likely going to encourage people into doing things that are sinful all because no one is perfect.
814  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: a Monopoly-Inspired Journey to Accumulate 1 BTC on: August 26, 2023, 11:56:50 AM
I am not going to lie, the reason why I am still standing my ground with Bitcoin and crypto investment is because I am making money and it's not difficult for me to DCA into my favorite assets.

Let's for once stop deceiving ourselves, There is no way around investment than getting a job and getting paid every month, you can't be jobless and start accumulating Bitcoin, two things will deal with you.

1. You will exhaust yourself when you run out of money to DCA in the next month since no new money is coming into your pocket.

2. You will feel more pain when your wrongfully acquired asset keeps going down.

Steady income fixes investment worries in people's lives than those who aren't making money or who have no job.
815  Economy / Gambling / Re: Thought's on many major fiat-crypto payment gateways ditching casino business's? on: August 26, 2023, 10:34:28 AM
I don't have a lot to say than I have never use fiat for deposit or withdrawal from any online casinos before, I want to keep my bank account away from my crypto involvement, there is a bigger reason behind this because I believe that every transaction you made using your bank account are visible to the world, I don't want people to know that I am into gambling and using crypto as means of payment is more privacy for me, I always try as much to separate my bank from my crypto activities, and OP, I think you should do the same.

You will have a problem if you one day win a very high amount of money, when the gambling platform releases the fund straight into your bank account your attention will be needed by the bank, questions will be asked, and that's not even the worst part, now everyone knows that you made a fortune from gambling since people are the ones working in the bank, you aren't safe either.

Especially for someone like me who comes from a little hometown with one local bank, I've seen a lot to think this way.
816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I think we need to start asking people if...... on: August 26, 2023, 08:09:43 AM
This is the true meaning of "You will never know until you ask".

Many people know about Bitcoin in my country but they don't want to accept it as a means of payment, Those who are into online jobs and those who have some Bitcoin still don't want to accept it as a means of payment because they need the cash more than the Bitcoin, trust me I have tried it before and I saw so many different reactions to accepting Bitcoin.

I am a fashion designer who prefers accepting Bitcoin from very limited numbers of people and I did this because I want to hold Bitcoin for the long term, mind you, I always need cash too, and most times I end up exchanging some Bitcoin back to cash to fund my business.

It's pretty hard to interact with Bitcoin transactions among your people, they are not making it easier at all since the majority of them don't want it.
817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Security measures in casinos are better than exchanges! on: August 26, 2023, 06:52:48 AM
Do not compare an exchange with a casino, a crypto exchange is like an online bank but in the crypto world where people can exchange valuable assets, there is no such thing going on with a casino.

Tell me why should a casino get hacked when most money deposited on their website or platform is already theirs? It takes luck to make it yours again and that's if you win their games, so tell me, what much security would they need? They are going to settle you back from their pocket if you win anyway.

Do you also know that crypto exchanges have much number of people and their money on the platforms compared to casinos? So many people are still scared of gambling till now and they choose to stay far away.
818  Economy / Economics / Re: My wealth plan for next 3 years on: August 24, 2023, 06:20:58 AM
I am a big risk taker and I was able to take different risks when investing because it's my money if I lose the money it's not the end of my life, I will start over again, but a loan will make things harder because you need to pay up, no one cares what or how you lose the money, you will only be free after you settle your debt.

Every investment has its risks, and that's why a loan is not a good idea, Even if it's stock or gold or Bitcoin there is a possibility of you losing money, the loan is for those who have a lot of money and also collaterals. Think twice before taking a loan.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sudden Wealth Syndrome (SWS) In Gambling on: August 23, 2023, 11:43:23 AM
Sudden wealth syndrome? I've never made any high amount of money that I wasn't expecting, my hard working deserves everything that I have made, maybe that's the difference? Maybe while you work you make money that you aren't even expecting? Most of the money I ever made are through hard working, I've never feel like oh I made this money the easy way, and that's why, till today almost all the money I make goes straight into investments, I am pretty much focused on spending a very small amount of money and investing all the rest, I believe this is the only way to be prepared for a big change in life someday, you can't just be hopeful without taking any steps.
820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC will hit new high, as crypto bull billionaire predict on: August 23, 2023, 10:52:25 AM
Mike Novogratz, as in the Mike Novogratz that was so bullish on Terra/Luna that he got a tattoo of it? Lol. Not saying he’s dumb or something, but he should have less popularity now after all that terra/luna fiasco.
You are right but I don't blame him, not everyone is smart enough to know that it will end very badly for Luna, of all the numbers of crypto influencers that I know on YouTube, only one saw it coming, and it happened just like he predicted.

Even a HYIP crypto project can make it to top 20 on coinmarketcap, but it doesn't mean it will stay forever, I hope people have learned from Luna's collapse.

Bitcoin will always make a new all time in every bull market, but the real task is where to start taking a profit, which is why many people get trapped thinking Bitcoin will keep surging to a dream target of theirs.
