I asked about how to get the card for my country not supported in your shipment service, can i send it to an friend in other supported country and he will then send it to my address in my country

Yes, you can:

As a temporary solution, can only suggest ordering the card to your relatives' or friends' address in a country from the list and nearby

But if you would like to pass verification process in order to upgrade your card limits, you will need to provide a proof of residence for the address tied to your card... So, this solution is good when you don't want to upgrade your status.

this is exactly right

Hello , I received your email and I'am interested on investing however it seems like I'am not able to do it and I'd like to know why ?
What I'am supposed to select here ? (knowing that I don't really have much money , just like to buy small) or this is for millionaires ?

Hi mate!
This is not for millionaires - this is for our loyal customers first of all and for anyone in the bitcoin community. The selection is up to you really, it is more of a standard questionnaire to evaluate your risk appetite which all investment platforms have to make you fill

Oh understood then I'm going to invest I guess , but still don't get it , how I'm supposed to get my money back and where exactly I will get it and what are the factors that will get me money back + profit ? I'm not that much of an investor.

I would like to invest $200 is that enough for the start?
I would be happy to see if there is any business plan that you made inside the company and how have you planned to payback the investors, immediately from the first month or how, these information are very important to us.

Thanks for your interest. £250 equivalent is the minimal amount of investments. You can request documents via the platform.
Hope it helps.

i missed this, what kind of investment we are talking about? i may be interested if this isn't a ponzi, or any sort of scam

Guys, seriously, do you think a crowd funding platform would accept a ponzi or any sort of scam to raise funds?? the due diligence process is as thorough and strict as an investment fund would make you go through before you can be even considered to launch a campaign!

Hey Gosha,

Would you mind commenting on the difficulties regarding sending bitcoin debit cards to the US.

We keep hearing an optimistic "End of the Year", but why is that?

What regulations are in place prohibiting you from getting US customers?  Will these regulations expire, or what are debit card companies doing to become compliant?

In other words, what needs to be done to get your cards into the US?

Thanks in advance.

Hi mate,

As you may know, our card issuing bank is registered in Gibraltar jurisdiction. The big benefit of which is high limits for the cards, but one of the drawbacks is the inability to issue cards to US addresses. We are in constant communication with them on removing these barriers, and making new partnerships and arrangements, we are being promised to be able to overcome these hurdles. We will certainly keep everyone posted on the progress

Hey !! thanks for your services so far the service is good in everything security, notification, fees, just have question do you intend to remove Visa and replace it with Master Card later like i see in your home page ?  as you know Visa has more advantage than MC

the custom design card will be MasterCard.

What benefits of Visa are you talking about, in particular?
811  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 12, 2015, 09:09:58 AM
gosha@e-coin, I have 2 questions:

1) Is it possible to check the card transaction history on you website?

2) You do not issue cards to USA and India, but is it possible to use your cards in ATM machines and POS terminals in these 2 countries?

1) Yes. There is a separate tab for each card
2) Yes, it is.

Is BTC the only method to fund your cards?

via the service that we offer, yes it is.
via various 3rd party services - there are ways, such as PayPal, etc, but we are not in position to provide any detailed advice on that

Bitcoin debit card may be an advantage as well as a disadvantage to the people. Transactions may be way faster than usual with the help of btc debit card.
it may take higher for the transactions fee comparatively and this may be prone to hackers.

what do you mean by "usual", mate? Bank transfer out of an exchange or something else?
and anything is prone to hackers, that's the world we live in..
814  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 10, 2015, 11:34:27 AM
If i have a card from xapo, will i also be able to have a card from e-coin?

yes, you will
815  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 07, 2015, 03:54:20 PM
I believe E-coin uses the same card issuer as Xapo and Advcash.
The other 2 cards seem to work just fine, it's strange that this one is having issues.

Since the user are reporting that they are receiving the blank black debit card then it should be the same.
But each other xapo advcash and now e-coin have different rates and each of them earn different profit.
Now bit-x has made they cards extremely expensive and i don't want other competitive to increase the price.

The cost of a Bit-X Named Card is $19.90 (issuance, shipping and activation). The fees are also on par with Xapo debit card fees: https://bit-x.com/guide/bitx-cards

I noticed they reduced the fees this month, seems more competitive now
Before they'd charge 0.002 + 1% even for POS sales  Roll Eyes

Correct me if I'm wrong, they're offering first year free of monthly fee, just like Xapo??

Is your question/comment about E-Coin card or Bit-X? @marcotheminer is being kind enough to promote a different product in the official E-Coin thread, so, if you have questions about his card, better address it to him personally. Thank you for understanding

With E-Coin charge there is nothing charged for POS sales, neither by E-Coin (especially no separate BTC charge!), nor by the card issuing bank. Only when you use the card in a different currency, but that's the same for every single bank card out there.

Hello. I have problem with loading my e-coin card. Can you fix it? The service is still unavailable.

The service is working.
If/when you have issues with account, we can only address and solve them if you write to support@e-coin.io from your registered e-mail
817  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 06, 2015, 01:35:39 PM
apparently its not just loading. I cant pay with my card either, neither online nor at a POS.

replied to your other post, mate. Looks like the issue may be with the card limits
818  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: October 06, 2015, 01:32:33 PM

the card should work fine now

Well, yes and no. It worked when I tried a small online purchase yesterday with my EUR card, but when I tried to withdraw some cash today, I got 'card refused' (balance is plenty). Ive not tried at a POS simply because I find it embarrassing to have a card refused at checkout.

I figured perhaps I had exceeded the limits on my unverified card, but I did the sums of all ATM transactions (the website is very unhelpful in figuring out totals or how close you are to the limits, I needed to add them up manually), I got to 980 euro, well below the 2500 limit. Even the overall sum is below €2500

So whats going wrong?

EUR 2.500 is the maximum load limit for the card. The maximum ATM withdrawal limit is EUR 1.000; the rest of the balance available to spend at POS or online. Looks like you've reached the card's lifetime ATM limit.

Point taken on reflection of the limits in your ledger, will think of ways to make it more convenient
