It wouldn't seem to hard to verify and add to my account since the deposit still shows at the bottom of the deposit page and on the deposit log. Maybe you can ask them to just return it to the address I sent it from if they aren't going to be able to add it anytime soon.
I'm not even trying to withdraw. This is to give you guys money and it is difficult.
