Normally the team identify the abusers of these promotions every month quickly, but sadly this time they have been busy with other important things, so it's taking a bit more time than it normally does. If you only have one account, used the free spins, got lucky and withdrew, you will receive your money for sure (doesn't matter if you have deposited something or not, that's what free spins are for), it's just those abusers slowing down the process for everybody.
