801  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are rich countries rich and poor countries poor? on: June 20, 2017, 11:35:25 PM
This can be demonstrated by countries like India and Egypt, which are more than
2000 years old and are still poor countries.

India was one of the richest countries in the world, before the Islamic invasion began in the 12th century. The invaders looted most of the treasures (such as gold, precious gems and artworks) and destroyed the major cities. The intellectuals and other important sections of the society such as physicians and scientists were disproportionately targeted.

As the people become poorer, the country has to stretch their money to assist them and that drives the system down further.  and same happened with India.

While there is a high, very high chance that another planet, near another star is ideal for creating and supporting life that can evolve to our level or greater, it is also very likely that the evolved life form is nowhere near us and we will never see them
803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 6 GPU SETUP - only 4 GPU Working on: June 19, 2017, 03:14:06 PM
Hello Everyone!

I'm here to ask for some guidance. Before anyone else says so, I have searched through forums to try and figure out why it isnt working. I haven't come across a solution.

What Parts I am using.
  • 6 x Gigabyte GTX Nvidia 1070
  • MSI z170a SLI PLUS motherboard (has 6 pci slots)
  • LEPA 1600w Power Supply
  • Intel Pentium Processor G4400
  • PCI-e risers

What I've Done so far

So far I have used bios settings to m-flash into the latest update. That is version 7998v1B.

I have changed PEG0 and PEG1 to GEN1 both. I also enabled 4G decoding.

Whenever I turn on my rig, Windows 10 boots up and in device manager it only shows me 4 1070 GPU detected.

I am confused and am willing to try anything to do this! Even if I have to send someone $20-30 in BTC, I will. Someone please help me!

Thank you!

It may seem like you are not getting what you want out of the six cards, but technically, they are pooled and all the power is being used to one job.
804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: switching from btc to alts? Can altcoins sustain upward trend? on: June 19, 2017, 02:59:56 PM
Altcoin is danger.
see it:

You are like the Cocaine Cowboy losing $6,285,000 when the South American banks folded into the new regime.  Thank God for the power of non-research to eliminate the chaff and leave the wheat.
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: June 19, 2017, 02:41:57 PM
Should I dump my shares?? Huh
Ethereum is showing a big potential though I'm not going to be with it's path, I will be remaining loyal to bitcoin.

It's up to you, maybe this pump happening to ETH is just for awhile and anything can happen after it became PoS.

ETH is just same with BTC ,theres pump and sump like any other cryptocurrecy. ETH were popularly used in lot of Ico or investment project.

All of them, crypto's are pump and dump but the good thing about it you can choose a lot of it.

But I will still prefer to bitcoin and there's no way to say that Ethereum is a scam.

And it's also promising as Vladimir Putin is showing it's interest to use it to his country and wants to meet eth's creator.

It is always much appreciated to know who can be ethically dealt with in the future and who cannot.  We cant surely say it is scam or not.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Dogecoin? on: June 19, 2017, 02:34:42 PM
Which is more profitable and most preffered by the many?
i think is kidding if you compare about bitcoin and doge coin.. certainly bitcoin is best
till now i am not get profit from dogecoin yet.. and i don't know use dogecoin for profitable
in my opinion bitcoin is very profitable like invesment

I do not consider this coin to be promising either. It exists long ago but its price remains low. I do not even know who is using it. There are other altcoins that are more promising than Doge
you right example altcoin  better than doge is eth , for now reach price 0.1btc
but best of all is bitcoin , because bitcoin is mothercoin

Honestly the most use we have gotten from Doge, other than power mining when the diff was low, is in cleaning and moving very small amounts of BTC that are way below minimums and we just wanted to get rid of that last balance on a site before leaving or something.
807  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you daily withdraw coin balances from the exchange(s)? on: June 19, 2017, 02:05:18 PM
I do not and I would not do that for a couple reasons.  I do bleed off the profits once or twice a week, but that is different, I keep my trading base balance on the exchange.  First, a TX can take a decent bit of time, even with a higher fee, and that lost time can mean the difference between hitting the sweet spot on a trade signal and missing it completely, even ten minutes after spotting the opportunity.

Secondly, not every trade drops a huge return, some increase the overall funds by just a bit after all is said and done and adding daily network and exchange fees to the mix just lowers the margins.  Also, the exchanges I use appear to use some odd system of addresses and outside tracking would be increased by sending off site and back.

The exchanges I use give you an address and it stays with your account unless you request a new one, but the balance does not stay in that wallet if you watch.  I assume that they do this to have the use of the funds for the site, but who knows.
808  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "All 17 intelligence agencies agree that Russia hacked the US election" on: June 18, 2017, 09:04:43 AM
It seems to me that all the talk about Russian participation in American elections is an attempt to shift responsibility for selecting such an idiot like Trump President on the Russian. Americans do not want to recognize among them many people who voted for him.

Actually it is a pathetic excuse to hide the real reasons behind Hillary's defeat. Democrat leaders want to claim that their nominee lost because of hacking, and not because of her dishonest nature. Also, the irritating questions about Sanders' loss in the primary reappears very frequently nowadays.

In the end, there has to be a level of faith and a level of a certain mindset that says, "If there was tampering and it never is caught, there is nothing I can do".
809  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are rich countries rich and poor countries poor? on: June 14, 2017, 10:34:11 PM
It all depends on natural resources, geographical position, general mindset, ruler skills, and the main focuses of the country.

Then, there are some countries that are nothing but a desert or ice or whatever.  As time passed, the rich companies could afford the military to knock the poor ones back a little farther, taking the land and resources that they did pocess and leaving them nothing.

We like Slack and used it for another purpose, but it can be a little confusing.  We will send you the info once we have settled back into the account and wish you fast success with this project.

811  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "All 17 intelligence agencies agree that Russia hacked the US election" on: June 14, 2017, 10:15:10 PM
USA just have to admit that they've elected Trump by themselves and take the responsibility.

I fully agree with you!

It's like putting a 3 megatons of gunpowder at a village and then start crying about a villager who threw a cigarette at it.

Trump chose America.
America chose Trump.
That is pure love.
Pure love must not be broken.
Intelligence teams try to figure out a way to break the pure love,
but America should admit pure love can not be broken.

Regards,
Trump

Plus, there will always be those that claim there is tampering because in their mind the results can simply not be what they are, there is no way in their minds that the country made the choice that is displayed.
812  Economy / Speculation / Re: A realistic bitcoin price in a year on: June 14, 2017, 09:55:15 PM
Well a lot thing can happen in a year, but considering some more countries will legalize bitcoin i believe its possible to achieve 4000 dollars into one year if more countries does legalize bitcoin, if the same countries remains, well i would say 3000 dollars.

There is not much going on next year for Bitcoin itself and that should keep the daily changes under $100.  There are many other coins that have big plans next year and that always boosts Bitcoin with a volume increase.

Face it, for most people, to buy another alt coin, they start with FIAT to Bitcoin and then forward, Bitcoin benefits from most new coins.

813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Garage cooling - anyone mining in the garage over the summer? on: June 14, 2017, 06:03:52 PM
The simple things that help are to remember two flow points, one in and one out for the room.  That can be the garage door slightly raised and a vent in the attic open with the attic access open.  These only help.
814  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "All 17 intelligence agencies agree that Russia hacked the US election" on: June 14, 2017, 05:53:49 PM
The election process has such time demands on it also that make the process harder to secure.  The people demand that the results be made available that same night.  That means that the local precincts have to be a large part of the compilation and counting process.  That means 1000's, perhaps millions of individual counties and adjuncts reporting the results from those areas and all that being combined.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Exclusive Coin - Cryptsy/Bittrex, CAT bot, Loads of News! on: June 14, 2017, 05:40:14 PM
Other than a premine I fail to see the differences between this and most other new coins.  The line about being tired of scams and such is followed by the coin data and it is pretty much the same as all the others.

My point of view is little different. .  I have nothing against the coin, just the fact that there is implied facts that I don't see supported.

816  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Nasa's/CIA's Ball and the Wall, Now Evolved with Bitcoin on: June 14, 2017, 05:35:04 PM

I love it.  I remember the Nasa puzzle about ten objects chosen to take into space with you.  I swear that if Nasa would spend less time tinkering with people's heads, they might lose fewer rockets.
817  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 400,000 SIM card Chinese 'click farm' busted in Thailand on: June 14, 2017, 05:32:58 PM
How did they managed to purchase 400,000 SIM cards? In my country, it is very tough to get a SIM card. You need to show your ID cards. And if there are more than 4-5 cards issued against your name, then usually the cops will appear at your doorstep. How these guys managed to get 400,000?

I didn't fully read the story, but is there a direct Bitcoin reference there?  I am not complaining, the forum politics and society thread works for this, but I was curious if I had missed something about Bitcoin in the mix, perhaps the payouts from the clicks were done in Bitcoin or something.
818  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "All 17 intelligence agencies agree that Russia hacked the US election" on: June 14, 2017, 05:24:37 PM
The fact is that the election process is far too large and too spread out for the common citizen to out right "know" that there is nothing happening behind the scenes. This is made more intense by the anonymous voting process.  Looking at election results, there is no way for someone that voted for candidate A to say, "My vote was counted wrong".

There is quite a learning curve there and most of the API's out there assume a certain amount of knowledge of Bitcoin core.

820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: solution to unconfirmed and stuck transactions on: June 14, 2017, 05:17:20 PM
There are always many suggestions once a TX has been sent, from double spending to other services.  Basically, once it has been sent, the best course is to wait.  If you have used a service or site, make sure that you have been given the TXID, otherwise the TX may not have been sent yet.
