801  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2019-10-13] Fun Fact: Bitcoin Price is Up 838,000,000% in Ten Years’ Time on: October 15, 2019, 09:16:38 PM
The market itself infinite, so is the growth of the cryptocurrencies. Market being infinite means regularly more and more cryptocurrencies were getting developed and reaching the market for usage. At present it has crossed 2000, and keeps counting. We don't know how much more to come same as the growth of bitcoin price.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any pvp betting game? on: October 15, 2019, 08:36:23 PM
As of now there is no game gives the access to play against another player with cryptocurrency bets. This generation is much more likely to play against another player. The trend got more popularity with the game PUBG, following that more games striked the market. Among those, very few were successful. Maybe in future we can expect cryptocurrency acceptance on such gaming platforms and play against players.
803  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Worrying about the Bitcoin Price on: October 15, 2019, 07:50:09 PM
I don't worry about Bitcoin price. Actually, I am accustomed to the volatile nature of Bitcoin. So, I am trying to be very careful when investing in Bitcoin. I don't prefer buying Bitcoin when it is on increasing trend.
People worry about the price when the earning for the living is out of bitcoin. When there is decline in the price, automatically it affects the living atmosphere. This is where the price of bitcoin matters big, and apart from this while we are into trading unexpected drops in large scale affects the profit. The market is risky, we need to invest when there is drop, so that can get the best out of the same.
804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What did you know about Bitcoin before becoming a bitcoiner? on: October 15, 2019, 10:28:57 AM
Everything I knew was the fact that Bitcoin is a virtual money. Bitcoin was something quite mysterious to me and I had never thought that I would be a part of the cryptocurrency world. Now I'm super glad that I've decided to invest in cryptocurrencies.
As most users I too knew about bitcoin as virtual money. When I was introduced to bitcoin usage he explained it doesn't have a physical presence. Everything can be visually seen, and it does everything that can be done with physical currencies. Along with the same this gives opportunity to earn. This is how I heard about bitcoin, and I belive most of the users in the forum seems to have similar experience as mine.
805  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Hold on: October 14, 2019, 11:57:56 PM
Hello, I´m 13 and I´m very interested in Bitcoin, because of this I buy BTC. Actually, I've been studying BTC for over a year to invest. Back to the subject, I buy BTC for 9.200 dollars, and I would like to know if you think it´s a good ideia hold btc until it reaches 20.000. Anyway, for now i´m going to wait btc until it reaches in 20.000 for me to sell. What do you think about my opinion? Wink

You are young but you are so smart at age of 13 you buy bitcoin and you want it to hold. Good for you my dear. Hold your bitcoin and you will wait at the right time to sell it. I know you have a big faith on bitcoin thats why you invest in bitcoin.
It is more evident more young people is getting into cryptocurrency users. At the age of thirteen means it is too early to know much about technology. What he preserves now will get him financially free in five to ten years of time. There are already few examples of young people who have made themselves millionaires investing on bitcoin, most popular being Erik Finman.
806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What makes you still join the bounty campaigns? on: October 14, 2019, 11:27:26 PM
So many bad project on this years. And the best payment I was gotten on this year it just one project. Gowithmi. Just joining their signature campaign in 8 week. Alhamdulillah, I got more than $1000 for it. And the others was ended with useless token. So the reason just only one. PASSION.
That's really a cool to see a person who is passionate of joining bounties. Whenever I get into bounties all that I have in the mind is the hope. Someday what I get as tokens might grow, this is the reason upon which I get into bounties. Even in this market situation earning $1000 out of a bounty in 8 weeks is bigger than what I get out of signature campaign.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finding Satoshi on: October 14, 2019, 11:11:50 PM
Are we still not tired of threads about the man himself?

Can We Find Satoshi?
Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? Solved!
Still "Finding Satoshi" then ...
I Have Found Satoshi Nakamoto
The Identity of Satoshi Nakamoto
I "Think" that I found Satoshi Nakamoto

Here's his official account here, satoshi.

Just read his posts and enjoy, and NO, Craig Wright is not Satoshi.

Wow! Is that really his account? Wonder if he is still alive and well. I hope so.  Cheesy
This is still a healthy discussion for some newbie like me even though I've known Bitcoin for a couple of years no through friends, I did have really the time to research who is it.
That's his own account which he used for discussion. Going through his posts you can understand what all has taken place during the time of development. There is no use of just finding him, because lot many has tried it and failed in it. When someone prefers to stay anonymous what's the need of digging it more and more.
808  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can BTC still have any rally before 2020? on: October 14, 2019, 10:41:13 PM
I'm very bullish that it will happen soon and right now bitcoin is still recovering from its loss. And i think we can take advantage of the market while its on dip and only take your position in a smart way.

And surely, Altcoins will follow up if the market keeps on rising up high.
There is more possible chances for a uptrend. When we look at the price drop that happened from $10500, now this could've reached low to $6000. The price gained good resistance at the price above $8000. This made it get recovered even when it fell low to $8000. With all these recent market changes there is more positive signs for growth than dropping down.
809  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 100K$ by 2025 on: October 12, 2019, 11:59:11 PM
My research show BTC can hit 100K$ by 2025, What I noticed is Most people sell Their Bitcoin for 10$ Profit, they dont hold btc and they sell it for 10$ or 20$ profit, these people will never get rich.
When you describe the term research you need to give the proof or the data you've gathered for the reference. If not, you need to have charts for comparison and the way you've calculated the price of bitcoin to be $100k by 2025. What you've made is just a price prediction for the future. If the 2020 halving gets us with a price of $50k/btc we might experience $100k by 2025.
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: October 11, 2019, 05:24:04 PM
Over Litecoin there is a big expectation based on the halving which is scheduled for the past August. But nothing big happened to the expectation. The price continued to fall, and now this is much close to the $55 mark. Maybe this year end if there is good progress in bitcoin we might experience Litecoin above $100 and if this doesn't happen we might experience the price fall low to $50.
811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 11, 2019, 11:21:44 AM
These casinos are much like a tourism location. People who are to Macau always prefer to have a visit to the casinos. Whether they gamble or spend on those casinos weren't known. These casinos were mostly preferred for fun by the one time visitors other than few people who are into these to try out the luck of earning.
812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Experience from day one on: October 11, 2019, 10:46:57 AM
The same scenario could've been experienced by almost every participant of bounties. There are people who have made themselves rich through bounties, and most users keep hold millions of tokens unused as they weren't listed to the exchanges. Maybe the luckiest get benefited in the long run. I came across few bounties that weren't active for a long and in unexpected time got listed and gave good profiting.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tobacco shops - the way to Bitcoin adoption on: October 11, 2019, 10:20:32 AM
According to the CoinTelegraph article 5200 Keplerk tobacco shops will start accepting bitcoin payments in form of coupons. I think they not only accept bitcoin payments but also enable customers to buy bitcoin coupons that I think are redeemable but their partner Bitmedia or maybe they are only usable withing their shop network. If anyone here is from France and can share his experience with this I would appreciate.

5200 locations accepting BTC as a payment adoption is huge in my opinion, not only that but it is mentioned in the article that giants like Decathlon and Sephora will start accepting BTC by 2020. What do you think is the quickest way to adoption? Big retailers or small local tobacco or coffee shops which people go to on a daily basis?
This surely create some negative opinion about bitcoin if it gets used on such tobacco and other form of alcohol based stuffs it'll surely be under controversy that bitcoin is purely for drugs and other illegal activities. This should not happen, by the same time decathlon managing to add bitcoin payment by 2020 is truly a big thing to happen.
814  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 11, 2019, 05:29:06 AM
Well nervous period of first hour with New ball is gone and its seems to me that South Africa's suffering not going to finish anytime soon because they just lost a review and both the batsmen Kohli (91) - Rahane (41) looking set as well, Let's hope India go wicket less in the first session now its safe to say India is set for the Big target, unless middle-lower order collapse.

India : 326/3
In this match the middle order is performing extremely well, when the batsmen gets strong automatically a pressure gets developed over the bowlers. This can be now felt over the bowling from South Africa. This time we can see the score above 500 as the previous match. Anyhow by today India will declare. Other than Rohit everyone has scored a 50+ and Rahane is reaching close to the 50 runs.
815  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there anyway to buy alcohol online with bitcoin? on: October 11, 2019, 03:33:11 AM
And if not does anyone think that there is a demand for one?
Yes, this is possible. Few stores around the globe is accepting bitcoin for liquor and stuffs. Apart from this dark market provides anything you want, but it is unsafe and a risk. I'm not sure about it, but from some news came to know even in darkweb they won't supply to everyone, only trusted people will be accepted for business of anything.
816  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 10, 2019, 11:59:05 PM
Right now all I look into is the $9000 zone. The price of bitcoin has been growing without experiencing any big crash due to whales or other events. Over the past few days the price was moving within $7900-$8300. From there it has increased and now the price seems to move between $8300-$8650. I believe the growth to take place in such a form till the ending month of the year.
817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 10, 2019, 10:58:11 PM
I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me,
Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
What you think?

At least got $6.8 for six weeks participation. Several bounties I've joined and very few projects distributed perfectly. Among this very few few gets listed to the exchanges. This way I've earned more tokens in number, but when calculated in terms of value it is nothing. So, bounty participation shouldn't be done with expectations or calculations. If you receive good, feel yourself lucky.
818  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: October 10, 2019, 10:33:59 PM
I'm not surprised this is happening now because it something that usually replicate  but I don't know if you guys notice that every time Bitcoin halving is approaching crypto crime rate always increase because that's the moment most crypto theft hunt for their prey.
My advise to you guys is to be more careful.

How the incidence of crypto crime (wallet hacks, ponzi investment schemes.etc) can be influenced by the block reward halving? I have to disagree with you on that. You can claim that the incidence increases when the exchange rates go up. But how can you link the block reward halving with a rise in crime rate? There is no logic behind such an argument.
I believe he have stated it in such a way, when block halving takes place there will be confirmed growth. This easily grabs the attention of all levels of people, by this time we can hear about lot of ponzi schemes striking the market as it is easy to get investors. Important reason, lot of new people get into cryptocurrency usage by this time than other time.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice - A small mistake emptied my wallet. on: October 10, 2019, 10:06:58 PM
Ouch! be careful with those zeroes when you gamble again. This could happen anytime again but it's also risky if you're trying to send bitcoin to someone else. Check your eyes too, maybe you need some check up already.

This is the worst kind of loss, but if you win in that instance it's a different story.
No, this kind of loss isn't the worst IMO.
Yes, those zeros need to be carefully placed before placing the bets. More people have encountered this mistake, and most of the time it seems to happen when using the smartphones for gambling needs. The worst of gambling loss is the loss of amount that's been saved penny by penny and missed in seconds out of emotional control.
820  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy every dip! on: October 08, 2019, 07:16:09 PM
Funny I see trolls spreading, "Bitcoin to crash to $2,000" FUD. But when Bitcoin is sitting on 6 digits, trolls will be spreading, "Bitcoin to crash to $20,000" FUD. Pointless. Cool
As the market is speculative, whales and other leading people of try to make good profits out of the same. Based on the market lead will be the price chosen to manipulate spreading FUD. If it was around or less than $10000 the value to be reached seems to be $2000. If there is good growth and reached big market, then the manipulative price reach seems to be more than $10000
