801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 90% Of Project Bounties Are Scams on: April 06, 2020, 02:30:38 PM
Yes, It's all getting worthless day by day the unfortunate thing is mostly bounty participants especially newbies are not trying to understand and getting involve in the bounties which are absolutely worthless and their useless attempts are creating hype for scam bounties which is not a good sign for dedicated and creative participants.

I don't think there are just newbies involved in promotion of any bounty that appear here
on forum. Many times I saw how senior members and some lower ranks promote bounties
that are scams, but they continue to write their reports in bounty topic. Even after the end
of bounty they continue with promotion! They don't read the topic, they don't do the most
simple research, they don't even open a site of bounty project. But they cry when they are not
paid. In most bounties I participated I got paid, except one!
802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: April 06, 2020, 11:32:12 AM
yes of course, the chainlink project keep on to grow and also has partnership with google cloud and The future chainlink is very good in my opinion, and chainlink is good for long-term investment

When many people talk about it it got to mean something, right? Link is one of the good projects, with a
growing community. Recently I read an article on Publish0x about Link project partners, list is long, and
they announced a lot of stuff!
Recently I bought small amount of Link, in future I plan to buy some more. This project is going up and
if we don't invest now at this prices, later we will have to pay more for same amount.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: April 06, 2020, 09:43:27 AM
And now just imagined what had happened to that casino today. It is now empty because of the Covid-19 pandemic, LOL. Yes, I like to play on traditional land base casino, however, I haven't seen such crowded casino's before. Another thing to ponder, that scenario will really spread the virus so quickly that it's going to be a nightmare for health officials right now. I think everyone can really appreciate what online games can bring to us, specially our safety.

I liked to go to casinos, that was before. From the time I joined crypto-currencies I stopped. Gambling from
home is better for me, I don't need to go anywhere, I have a little office in my house, when I do something on
computers wife and kids don't bother me. Why would I spend time and money to go to casino when I can do
everything from home?!
Covid pandemic is just on of the reasons for staying home! With that I agree! We need to stay safe, going
out from the house and mixing with other people wouldn't be good. From the start of Covid pandemic I am lucky
to be here in crypto-currencies and that I can do all the things I like online without any trouble.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: April 05, 2020, 03:49:53 PM
Generally people with gambling addiction may face depression, migraine, distress, intestinal disorders, and other anxiety-related problems. As with other addictions, the consequences of gambling can lead to feelings of despondency and helplessness. This is a disease which opens gate for other diseases.

Also if you are too addictive sometimes you also forget your foods which is also can cause of health problem.

Stress and dipression is the cause of too much lost you have for playing and using more of your money.

I think many people here talk about bad side of too much gambling, to not say addicted gambling. But who gambles
occasionally, without much stresses and sitting in from of the monitor, can do it entire life without consequences.
If we think it trough everything we do too much can hurt us in some way. People should be moderate, and to have
more interests and hobbies, not just one! People obsessed with single activity are the ones that have some problem,
try to not be that person!
805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1 JAN 2021 BTC WILL HIT 100K$ on: April 05, 2020, 02:05:03 PM
That will only happen if 50% of world population decide to invest in Bitcoin, yes, because new money needs to flow in, that's the only way bitcoin will grow bigger, for now it's not possible

Stanlo I think we can't find any reliable information about how many people in the world have Bitcoin, or knows about Bitcoin.
If 50% of the world population decide to invest in Bitcoin the price can skyrocket higher? Can you agree with me on this?
I don't believe in most predictions I see. When I see specific dates I believe less, it's impossible to precisely predict the price
of Bitcoin!
But I am optimistic, and I believe we will see $100k one day!
806  Economy / Economics / Re: Help of cryptocurrency in globalization. on: April 05, 2020, 10:20:46 AM
It is quite difficult to say how much blockchain can actually be useful for globalization. In general, it should, because for the most effective functioning it is necessary to connect projects with each other, create synergy. However, there are a number of problems that are directly related to the types of blockchains, their speed, security and scalability.

It's not difficult to say, for me it's simple. Functioning depends from connections, better connection will lead to better functioning. In the
past everything was connected with paper! Someone wrote something, that paper travel here and there.. and that was good for some time,
now with this population paper is obsolete. Internet is here, but what else can give you security, speed, and some kind of privacy other
than Blockchain? Nothing!
Blockchain is good for people, all people! But that means it's not good for governments and banks, they will lose power and income if
we start using something that they can't control!
807  Economy / Economics / Re: We are about to see the monetary power of the U.S. government on: April 05, 2020, 08:38:09 AM
There will definitely be a price jump for stocks, because there will be more who will invest. But I think that this stimulus is for sustenance rather than investment so  I think we should probably think about whether this is for investments or sustenance.

I read article about oil prices, this is the lowest price of oil in last 18 years. Many experts are sure how the price will rise, it's impossible
for them to go lower than this and to stay at this level for longer, big oil companies and countries are losing too much money!
Stock-market is in the same condition. Some stocks are hitting the lowest prices in last 10+ years. Corona affected all markets, crypto-market
declined too.
Monetary power of the U.S. government is huge! We have seen what can they do. There's a catch I believe, nobody encountered with
same problems in the past, world never had shut down like we have now. We will need to wait and see what U.S. government can do with
this, I hope for the best, not for governments, but for all people who live there.
808  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: April 05, 2020, 05:49:58 AM
Keeping a record of your gambling losses will make you sad hahaha LOL.

I agree that is why I stop looking at all my losses, it's very depressing seeing how many money you have lost from gambling but it cannot stop me from gambling I just minimize the funds I spend and the time that I allocate, it will keep you in a safe side if you can control yourself.

Yatsan is right, keeping a record of gambling loses can make a man sad, if it's negative. People who lost a lot, or losing a lot of
money regularly in gambling would be depressed when ever they need to write down one more lose! That can be a good thing for
them, they will think about stopping often.
I don't keep a record of my loses, not on paper! I have it my head, after a gambling session I know how much I win/lost and I add that
to my previous results, it's the way I keep track.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19 and its effect in Gambling World on: April 04, 2020, 03:28:03 PM
Yes, what you're saying is right. I agree that but at least we can try to get immunity from consuming healthy food and live healthy so the virus cannot break into our body. By staying at home can help us to prevent the spreading of the virus, and I think every people in every country can do that. We help ourselves, the doctor help the patient, and we can reduce the infected people by the virus. We also forced by nature to live healthy by this virus because if we see in the big cities and growing cities, healthy lives do not become the main thing.

If everyone stay at home for 14 days, then there will be no new infections. Because the Coronavirus can survive in the air for only a few hours. But the problem is that there are a lot of anti-socials out there, who believe that it is cool or macho to break the rules and put others at risk. Also, there are some teenage idiots, who think that Coronavirus infect only the elderly people.

In general, you are right.
But there is one factor, a lot of people after leaving the 14-day quarantine will be left without a livelihood.
They are literally forced to go to work. But those who violate quarantine without special need should be punished in the form of large fines.

And what all of that has with gambling with crypto-currencies? You gone of topic here, a lot of people. You are focusing on people and what
they do, ground based casinos, which are now closed, about imunity and consuming healthy food? Gambling with crypto-currencies means that
you are home, you don't have direct contact with others, and that is like that, before corona, now while corona is here and after corona.
Ground based casinos are closed in my country, and in many others. While nobody can shut down Blockchain based casinos, think about that.
Think about how safe we are because we are home and we do what we like!
810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: whats next? on: April 04, 2020, 11:16:41 AM
If you ask about what next, then the next thing that we want is increasing the bitcoin price so the price can back to $7,000 or more, and we can make more profit.
(...)
It's kinda difficult for now. If you will check the higher timeframe charts of it, you'll gonna say it's pretty bad. But still, we are hoping to pump. But I don't think about the profit, I'll go for healthy price actions of Bitcoin, if we will stay more volatile, it's kinda difficult but if we will go smooth and make some healthy pumps or dumps, it's good for Bitcoin then and I'll look continue to look forward to longterm part.

GreatArkansas it's difficult that's true, I read news and generally predictions are not optimistic. Like this one:

"The short-term trend of the Bitcoin (BTC) price since its drop to $3700 shows an Elliot Wave pattern forming on lower time frames. While the pattern can reverse to a bullish trend, the declining volume of BTC suggests it is not likely."

Source: https://cointelegraph.com/news/this-historically-accurate-pattern-suggests-epic-bitcoin-plunge-to-3k

It's short-term prediction, I am a long-term holder. I believe that future is bright. Right now we have to deal with bigger
issues, the price of Bitcoin suffer like everything else in these times, but that will come to an end, after that the prices will
recover.
811  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders need to learn on: April 04, 2020, 09:37:15 AM
One of the core troubles accustomed to traders of crypto currency is their mindset.

Believe me, as a trader, you need to be confident and always trade to win and make profits.

Never have it in mind that you are trading to lose, develop a strong mentality and always dyor

Your mindsets determines what you see on a trade chart anytime

I agree with you Ifemini, but believe that for long-term holding you need to have a mindset as well. To invest and wait
for years, maybe decades before you decide to start spending profit from that. Depends on your mindset you will be able
to survive all ups and downs, hard times and volatility to not sell, to not get weak hands and quit.
For everything you need to have a mindset, I agree that mindset determines what you can do and be good in that, it's
just a problem to find what it is, that's why we need to try everything and find our place.
812  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin was never meant to be a hedge against a Global Pandemic on: April 03, 2020, 06:22:23 PM
I thought at first that Bitcoin wouls strive more in these kinds of crisis because, people would likely turn more on using it than fiats that are vurnerable in spreading the virus. As the physical markets closed down, so is the standing of Bitcoin. Should have expected it when the price decreased as the virus spreads even more.

But, these days prove to be a good sign for the future of Bitcoin because the price is now stable in a $6,000+ value. Hoping this would contine till the next month up until the halving.
I think that first of all we should look at the technical characteristics of Bitcoin and the benefits it brings to society and the economy.  First of all, if Bitcoin will be used as a means of payment and will be recognized as a digital asset, then its price will definitely increase due to demand and will become more stable than it is today.  And the fact that Bitcoin has a certain amount will enable users and owners of Bitcoin to be confident in their future, since Bitcoin is not subject to inflation and this enables people to preserve the value of all their assets and savings.  The fact is that any crisis in the world that is provoked by various irritants in any case affects the economy and the value of the national fiat currency, and Bitcoin in this situation can significantly affect the circumstances in which most people today are.

Arkann I totally agree with you, everything you wrote is truth. With Bitcoin nobody can decide to make infinite Bitcoin supply, like
some governments are doing now. We would have better economy, more transparent economy, and all of us will contribute to that
in some way, not just group of people!
I don't think about the price of Bitcoin, it's moving all the time, I think about the future of Bitcoin and I believe that others will
recognize what is Bitcoin capable of doing.
813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: April 03, 2020, 03:22:12 PM
If you are addicted on gambling its really bad for your mental and physical health. so, you need to recover yourself from it as soon as possible. The first thing you need to do quit gambling is to prepare yourself mentally then you can go hangout with friends, it will keep you away from gambling. Again, if you have enough money, you can go for a tour. Trust me, if you are starting to travel in different sights then you will forget to play gambling.
I agree but there is a small difference between the poor and rich gamblers. The poverty leads to gamble with the last cent and healing process will slow down if the person has no interest to go outside due to the lack of money. Rich gamblers don't care about the amount of loss, and they can throw away the stress in the parties. No fair conditions for every gamble addicted.

Danslip I think that difference between poor and rich gamblers is very big, huge! Not just in gambling way, in many other ways too.
About one more thing you are wrong, rich gamblers and poor gamblers goes to different casinos, so rich person goes in casino where
stakes are high, poor people are going to a casino where stakes are low. If you play with huge money you can lose all that money in
day if you are playing with very high stakes.

814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CMC Misleading new projects on: April 03, 2020, 08:17:28 AM
In the last period of time, the performance of the CMC did decline in my opinion, because many registered projects that were bad and really not feasible. Even more decent projects are not listed there. In addition, CMC site visitors are increasing and this will certainly be misleading. By now CMC has been acquired by Binance, hopefully it will be better and not only for the benefit of Binance.

CMC has been accused about many things in the past, I wonder why CZ decided to do this, there are better sites where he could invest
or he could make his own site, I wonder what is really behind this.
This news about acquisition surprised me, who knows what is the story behind this. We will need to wait and see, in some time we will
hear more news about this, and only then we can create some opinion about all that. As you say maybe CMC will be better site now
with new management.
815  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn and learn and keep learning will safe you from lots of foul play on: April 02, 2020, 02:09:08 PM
We learn all the time, in crypto-currencies there's something new everyday, learning process never ends. Sometimes we make a mistake,
that shouldn't affect you too much, learn from mistakes and learn to never try something with all the money you have, learn how much you can
risk and not be damaged if something goes wrong. Only when you checked something you can try to invest more money, but be careful as much
as you can, and if you are not completely sure in something don't invest.
And one more thing, if sounds too good to be truth, it's probably not! Don't get trapped with big letters and promises, do your homework,
do some research, ask others before you make a move!
816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Role of the crypto in the incoming global crisis on: April 02, 2020, 09:49:41 AM
I think the role of bitcoin and altcoin is to be an alternative payment system besides using fiat money or the other digital money. But it seems, people still afraid to use crypto as the payment system because of the volatility that will always happen every day. The massive adoption of crypto will happen if people open their eyes that a new digital payment that can be used for their daily life has present for them. I don't know which is the best altcoin to buy and hold for the next five years because the altcoin follows bitcoin price, but I can suggest you buy bitcoin and hold it for the next five years.

In some point fiat will disappear, crypto-currencies will be the main payment system, global payment system and much more. It's
clear that many crypto-currencies are not ready for the mass usage, they still need further development.
Crypto-currencies are the future, current global crisis will contribute to crypto-currencies mass adoption. That's not going to happen
in few days or weeks, it will be a long process that can last for years.
817  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling sports predictions on: April 02, 2020, 06:21:02 AM
Is there any strategy you know except viewing their past game or history?

Sport gambling predictions are so much difficult and in viewing their past game is not yet effective because I also used that kind of strategy last time but I realized it doesn't to make predictions in their past game because it is already happened and it wouldn't happened again. My strategy that I do is to know on what's team are have a greatest teamwork with each other because there's nothing can beat a team without a teamwork so that I was watching their past games to know on what's team has a greatest teamwork.

Kurokonobasuke you are right, teamwork always wins. It's why it's good to check news about the team before the game starts! Sometimes
team is not full, some players are banned from playing, some are injured, so if team is not full they will not be able to give their maximum and
win a game. I saw that some people go much further, they have information about players psychical condition, about problems they have, and
are they able to play good or not.

818  Economy / Gambling / Re: Brand New Crypto gambling Website on: April 01, 2020, 05:40:45 PM
I don't wish to sound negative, but this is just another site about gambling. You have some bonuses, but those are regular bonuses
offered by casino itself, and you have just 3 casinos described.
It would be nice for you to update site regularly, to add more crypto-casinos, if you can offer some promotions from your site exclusively,
more games, prizes for people who follow you and play under your referral links.
Every beginning is hard, you started something and I hope you will have power to develop your site.
819  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: April 01, 2020, 02:38:33 PM
The more countries create their cryptocurrency, the more likely it is to switch from fiat money to crypto. It’s not worth it to be afraid, it’s just a new stage in the evolution of the world economy. But I think that it will take not a year or two, but all 20. It will be difficult to adapt everything to cryptocurrencies

Couldn't agree more. countries moving to digital-currencies is a stage in evolution! But I wouldn't mix crypto-currencies and digital-currencies
created by governments and banks. Once people start using digital-currencies in a way they will have easier access to crypto-currencies, and
people will become more aware of decentralized world presented by some crypto-currencies.
820  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Civic worth investing in? on: April 01, 2020, 04:30:22 AM
Civic brings back good memories. I made a nice little gain from it. Grin

Yeah, it's a good investment. It's still quite down from its all time high, so you can feel confident that you'll at least make some profit.

They had signature campaign here on forum, I didn't participate in that campaigns, but I remember Civic. In that time many people
were interested in Civic, they brought something new in Blockchain world.
I think that hype around Civic is gone, but if team works hard on development, as some people wrote in this topic, maybe they can
get more attention again if they come up with something new and exciting, along with better marketing and promotions of their service.
Except in this thread now I don't remember I saw something about Civic lately, they need to change that and be more present.
