8001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: April 10, 2018, 09:10:40 PM
Awful Barca, amazing Roma. Tonight Barca played like they are already in semifinal. No ball posession, no dangerous attacks. While Roma played amazing with passion tonigh and made history. They showed who deserves to play in semifinal. Barca eliminated in UCL quarterfinal 4th time in last 5 years... Yes, Barca will win La Liga, Copa but this season will be remembered due to shameful defeat in quarterfinal.
And it's interesting how Coutinho are feeling now... :/ Congratulations to Liverpool and Klopp who again won his rivalry with Guardiola.

I guess no one expected things to turn out like this for Barcelona. So we have our semi finalists now.
Real Madrid, AS Roma, Liverpool and Bayern Munich!
After watching watching tonight match we can again say that everything can happen in football and I think it's too early to say that we already have 4 semifinalists.
8002  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will My Post be Read by People? on: April 09, 2018, 11:29:59 PM
It depends where you will make that post. If you will post in spam megathreads in Bitcoin Discussion, Altcoin Discussion, Trading, Speculation and similar boards it's likely that nobody will read your post. Andit's likely that by making post there you will repeat what was already said in that discussion many times.
But if you will post in Service discussion thread, Meta, maybe some ANN boards it's higher possibility that other users will read your post. But it depends on content of your post - if you are posting in big threads you need to post about recent news related to thread object, ongoing issues or just answer other user questions. Avoid to make basic posts which add nothing to discussion.
8003  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I needed help contacting someone on: April 09, 2018, 11:09:37 PM
If you will not get reply from Vod, then you can start thread on Reputation section. But I don't see any reasons to remove negative trust rating from your profile. You posted copied article without providing source. And then you was punished.
Bitcointalk have zero tolerance policy for copy-pasters. Users like you are usually getting permabans. You should still enjoy that you didn't got ban.

Does services like fuboTV, HBO and others have goe restrictions? If I buy it, will it work outside US?
8005  Other / Meta / Re: Proposal for New Forum Members on: April 09, 2018, 07:31:10 PM
If you hate Bitcointalk, just leave it and create new forum, but you wont get much support here. There was so many attempts to create forums alternative to bitcointalk and mostly of these forums died after several months or years. And others have very few active users.
But we all know why you are complaining - you was tagged by The Pharmacist as merit system abuser and you can't accept that fact.
why dont you just come together and create a New Serious Cryptoeconomics & Cryptocapitalist forum, where bitcoin is treated like an insignificant altcoin?
regards
Could you explain me, why Bitcoin should be treated like an insignificant altcoin?
8006  Other / Meta / Re: Stop duplicated account, this is not about mney and togther we build to be better on: April 09, 2018, 07:13:45 PM
Man, you are complaining about "duplicated" accounts, but you just main duplicated threads in two boards, I'm quoting it from beginners board:
Why too much people here just looking for Bounty, bounty, and bounty. Come on guys we are here on BCT forum for learn some knowledge and sharing about cryptocurrency industry. Why i said like this?  Cause i see on every sub forum just like " Create many account - Spam sh*t post(just for increase his activity) - and then register much of bounty program.

Lets wake up and we create smart and inovative forum  Smiley
Well said LeGaulois - OP, you aren't much better than all these users that you mentioned.

8008  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I am using coinbase wallet, What wallet are you using? on: April 08, 2018, 11:20:31 PM
When I was newbie, I used Coinbase as my main wallet. But now I'm using Coinbase just to receive payments from faucets. I think Coinbase aren't bad service to receive and send lot of small transactions. But it's not recommend to use it as your main wallet because you don't have full control of your coins there. When I collect bigger amounts of money I always send it from Coinbase to my hardware wallet.
I would advice to to buy hardware wallet like Trezor or Ledger Nano S. Currently I use Nano S and I'm satisfied with it. For ETH and tokens I'm using MyEther wallet. And on mobile I have Coinomi wallet app which supports many currencies.

You have right attitude, but users like you are majority nowadays. And I think it's likely that things aren't going to change, as long as we have all these crapcoin bounty campaigns which accepting every user. Even Merit system hardly can help.
I think it can be difficult to have solid earnings from bounty campaigns with only 1 forum account. More accounts you have - you earn much more. So many people who don't have good knowledge about cryptocurrencies are seeing bitcointalk as their full time job and they came here to earn money in easy way by making shitposts from multiple accounts.
8010  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Gained from using Sources? on: April 08, 2018, 10:39:55 PM
I don't think it's reasonable to expect a merit sender to check posts for rule violations, particularly plagiarism. If I can determine it right away, sure I will refrain from sending merits and probably report to mods too. But if it looks fine at first glance - I'll merit it and 99% of the time I will not bother to google. Most of the time I will try to not even look at who posted it, because:

My understanding is that merits are (1) not about forum rules and (2) not about endorsement or trust. If you violate forum rules - moderators will take care of you. If you're untrustworthy - DT will take care of you. If you post constructive, interesting, useful, informative, helpful, debatable, quirky, inspiring, intriguing, amusing content - you get merits, even if you're a filthy troll or scammer.

To put it another way - I'd rather merit 100 posts and get a few "wrong" (whatever the definition of that would be), than merit 20 posts because I spend too much time researching each one.

Yeah, but if there will be some wrong posts merited, I think it will be easy to accuse someone that he is abusing Merit system by sending sMerit to copied posts.

In this case will it be fine to use report to moderator option so that a moderator checks the suspicious post.
When it's obviously copied article, we must report it. But sometimes user posting only part of article, replacing some words, characters and etc. Then we need to make more depth reasearch before reporting. If I consider to merit post or no, I'm not planning to make research and spend my time.
8011  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 08, 2018, 10:20:34 PM
Real Sociedad got their very first win in their last four games as they managed a very dominant win over Girona today. This victory means that Sociedad have been able to beat Girona for the first time since 2009.
It's really surprising result. Sociedad was only in 16th position before the game while Girona are fighting for Europa league spots. But Sociedad today played very solid game and achieved amazing win. But it was only 2nd time when these teams played against each other since 2009/10 season. The reason is simple - Sociedad played in La Liga all these seasons ehile Girona was in Segunda division.
8012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 08, 2018, 10:11:43 PM
Amazing racewith dramatic finnish. Masterclass by Vettel - 35 laps in soft tyres. One lap more and Bottas probably would overtake him.
Awful weekend for Red Bull - both drivers retired in first laps - Ricciardo retired due to technical problems and Verstappen after collision with Hamilton.
Great achievement by Gasly - he finnished 4th. Well, maybe Honda engines aren't that bad Cheesy.
While Alonso now 4th in drivers championship and Mclaren 3rd in constructors cup - really solid results so far.
And Kimi had very bad accident during pit stop. One of Ferarri mechanics was injured - his leg was broken...

Could you please add bitMerlin (https://bitmerl.in) to your BTC Faucets?  We are a BTC faucet/PTC site.  Thanks!
Wow, your website looks great! Added to Faucethub faucet list. I think I will post detailed review about it soon Wink
8014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 07, 2018, 11:21:16 PM
It was an easy match for Barcelona , but they played really well in the first half than the second half and another magical performance from Lionel Messi who completed a hat trick in this match and you prediction of over 3.5 goals was a good one and tomorrow we have Real Madrid facing Atletico Madrid and with the form Ronaldo is in, i am expecting a win from Real Madrid.
Yeah, I also made bet on over 3.5 goals Cheesy, but lost bet that Barca will make a clean sheet Cheesy . And now Barca are unbeaten in La Liga 38 games in a row. Will they finnish season without defeats?
But now I'm really wondering why Barca bought Y. Mina. He signed contract with Barca until 2023 but played only 1 match so far. Sometimes I really can't understand why Barca buying players like Douglas, Keirrson and others from South American leagues :/
Celta won against Sevilla 4:0! Celta playing well at home, but such big win is surprising result. Fight for Europa league spot are really hot!
Derby of Madrid will be interesting despite that both teams aren't fighting for title anymore. I'm sure that Real don't want to finnish in 3rd position, but Atletico usually are very difficult opponent for RM.
8015  Other / Meta / Re: Merit Gained from using Sources? on: April 07, 2018, 06:13:10 PM
Good point. Sometimes I'm having dilemma when I want to award users with Merit, especially Newbies and Jr. Members. I see good detailed posts made by these users but I'm not sure that's original content written by these users or it's just copied from somewhere else. I'n too lazy to make research about content of these posts, so usually I avoid to send Merit for these posts.
8016  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [Unofficial] Coinpot.co - new microwallet on: April 07, 2018, 05:35:04 PM
i think faucethub is a bit better with more user friendly ui Smiley
I don't think that we need to compare Faucethub and Coinpot because it'svery different service. Everyone can open faucet on Faucethub, they also have more features than Coinpot. Coinpot service was made only for their own faucets, but they also adding new features like mining, Coinpot tokens or lottery. In past Coinpot had some problems, it was loading slow but now it was fixed. And how you can say that Faucethub have more users when Coinpot don't have public stats about number of their users.
8017  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: freebitco.in increase in free roll? on: April 06, 2018, 11:09:23 PM
hi please help me ...

how much satosi > lottery ticket by ( minimum ) ....

for increase my FreeRoll satosi ?

for example :::

0.00010000 OR 0.00005000 OR........................

Will I buy a lottery ticket size of 0.00005000 satosi = 5000 ticket

Will my free roll increase 1x ?
I can't give you exact numbers how much do you need to spend on lottery tickets to increase faucet rewards because I don't know. But here is explanation how rewards are determined:
I've got a few more details about the reduced awards algorithm I can share with you.

The algorithm for reducing rewards takes a combination of the balance, wager, lottery and jackpot spending to calculate the reward. Jackpot spending has a higher weight (4x) and the lottery has the highest weight (20x).

If you do not want to gamble you can keep a balance above $50 to not have reduced rewards.

Most users will not need to keep the full balance though because their gambling history is also added up to calculate.

New accounts have full rewards for the first 100 rolls to help them build up a history and then the algorithm is applied to them. So opening a new account might seem like it helps but it won't.

Additionally, the balance needed to have no captcha is $100.

8018  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help Making Signature on: April 06, 2018, 02:23:39 PM
If you want to participate on signature you must select code with your rank,, for example if your rank member you must copy code signature rank member to your bitcointalk account and start the signature which rules of signature Campaign
OP aren't asking how to join signature campaign. He want to become a signature designer and asking for tutorials how to make signatures. You should read more carefully before replying.
8019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 06, 2018, 02:01:24 PM
You guys wanna have a new thread at every racing event rather than having everything in one huge thread?  This thread is dying anyway.  I think it's better to have each race with its own thread.

That's just me, but I wonder what you guys think.
I don't think that we need new separate threads for every racing series. It seems that there aren't many people on Bitcointalk who are interested in motosport and this is why this thread aren't very active. People discussing here mainly about F1 and MotoGP sometimes and while there aren't so many posts, for me it's more convenient to have one huge thread.
