I really want to help newbie cordially. Especially those are demoted. I don't want to make disappointed demoted good poster. But it's little bit difficult and hard to find good post. Although there is no mod but global moderators will handle the reports. Once you report a thread it will visible to board moderators and global moderators(AFAIK). So if your report is unhandled it doesn't mean no mod are see that. Perhaps it's not deleteable thats why unhandled.

However @ OP , you can try by reporting single reply. If mod take action then report others reply. I did same thing sometimes. If marked unhandled then I avoid further report on similar case.

I am not sure it's harmful for forum or not but it's really harmful for you. Collateral an account equal to account trade. What you will do if borrower never return your loan? Will you attempt to sale account ? Or only leave with red trust? However you will in lose. For example if someone want to sale his account, he will not post himself due to red trust. But he could take loan from you if you allow for collateral. He will take loan from you and skip with fund. You can't do anything except sale account. On the other hand you don't know the account from where came on. May be someone hacked others account, who know ? Although you are directly not involved with account sale but if you accept for collateral it's means you are encourage them to trade account which is shady work. So better avoid account collateral for loan. It's totally my own opinion. Since account sale allowed by forum I can't force you. But personally I really don't like who involved with account trade.

No, I don't think so. Posting only English board after changed password is not enough to red tag. Most likely account has sold since one one complained about hack. There isn't enough evidence to tag him. But if user post on others local language except Russian then it's worth of tag. Chamged password gap almost a month. Someone could change pass even every week he shouldn't tag (imo). Need more proof to tag him.

It's really sad to see QA has been removed from merit source.  . It's just happened because of his fan. I was replied only his thread that he shouldn't spend merit for like 'nice' reply. But unfortunately some of his fan strongly attacked me and insult too. My fault was, I had added my post link for example and they thought I am trying to gain merit. I have just tried to defend, really my intention wasn't make sound against him and I believe didn't.
