8041  Economy / Economics / Re: Dirty coins on: February 11, 2015, 09:20:59 AM

You want to quantify something that cannot be measured.  You want to measure how dirty a coin is?  What makes a coin dirty?  This will vary from person to person.

WHO determines what constitutes a dirty coin?  Laws vary country to country... What's right in one place may not be in another.

Finally, if the coins are in your possession, why are they dirty?  The past shouldn't be tied to the present use and application of your coins.

It can be measured, if it is in the blockchain you can measure how much of your coins are indeed dirty and how many generations of transactions back it goes.

The point again is I just want an app to give me an measurement, as long as I understand the basis of the measurement then it is UP TO ME to accept the coins or not.

This is a personal decision that I want to be able to make. I do not care about the global blah blah blah. I am transacting business and I want to know that the coins I am about to purchase are not 1 generation away from a crime. Simple as that.

I realize that I will likely be using coins that have some degree of dirt embedded into them, again it is my choice how much dirt I am willing to take into my wallet.

isnt the purposes of bitcoin is to be a decentralized currency?
in fact you are saying that you will only accept coins that is untainted makes me wonder that it is the same as our cash money . which i believe we dont know if our cash have been through some drug dealer operation or or smuggler
8042  Economy / Gambling / Re: Suggestion for a new gambling site on: February 11, 2015, 06:00:22 AM
The bot problem could be solved by either a simple captcha, or simply clicking the mouse at a certain spot which after that is moved to another spot on the screen.

some coder are smart enough to code a bot that can bypass all captcha or whatsoever, but the idea is good anyway, greed is the essential problem, if someone think he can manipulate the game or whatsoever then he will thought of a way to do this

8044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : now with added CLAMs : Play or Invest on: February 11, 2015, 05:55:52 AM
Great explanation! Doesn't this also open the server to potential exploits, though, in that someone else could gain access to the same information?

Yes. If you can discover your server seed you can win the whole bankroll.

You would need to be careful to not make it look too obvious.

This apparently happened not so long ago at Prime Dice, where a player called "Hufflepuff" was able to somehow discover their server seed and then proceeded to win and withdraw some large number (4000?) of Bitcoins. He was careful to hit losing streaks as well as winning ones, but the winning streaks always ended up being bigger. I think the who thing took a few weeks to play out.

Shortly after that another player, called something like RobbingHood won over 100 large bets in a row at 49.5%. I guess this was the same person. He wasn't able to withdraw much of his winnings before the account was banned.

ahh thats finally explains the magic of that hupplepuff, so is it or is it not againts the rules that if we somehow discover the server seed and use it to win the game?
8045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: GP-dice.com unofficial Signature campaign on: February 11, 2015, 05:52:04 AM
Why dont you pay in BTC ? You will get the recognition / promotion and the participation.

because the main issue is to promote GP, so the best thing to do is to give GP so that the coins got more well known to the others,

You can either promote your coins through active participation, or try to promote the usage of your coins by paying people with them.
Trust me, if you give your coins to people who have no interest in holding it, all you will be doing is creating a cheap sell wall.
Anyways thats just my opinion.

i agree, its better to pay in bitcoins as if you give out bunch of altcoins, then they will be instantly dumped into bitcoins anyway, thus lowering the value of a coins

8050  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: cointellect accounts on: February 11, 2015, 05:29:11 AM
selling verified old cointellect accounts with instant withdrawal.

 Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink

but i remeber you whoooooooooooo

cointellect is Game Over!!!

Are they finally gone? It's about time.

id say they are stalling , but i doubt they will start to enable withdraw again, few of my friends cant withdraw their earning from that site, so IMO this game of cointellect ponzi will end as soon as possible

people tend to believe a green trust account anyway
8053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Interview with Munne's PR Firm on: February 11, 2015, 05:17:19 AM

This interview is PURE GOLD.

I can't believe MUNNE is only at $20k market cap.

I get the feeling Terpin is much more involved in MUNNE than just a paid-for PR guy.

perhaps as a partner of Munne Project too, one cant simply ignore the face that Munne is currently rising in price as the beta testing is coming
8054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for Altcoin that has both Shares and Coins [0.05 BTC Reward] on: February 11, 2015, 05:15:13 AM
Does anyone know a coin of this model?

There are two parts: shares and coins.

Shares mine/mint via proof of stake to generate coins.

Closest thing I've found is Nubits.

Any others?

0.05 BTC Reward

8055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Genesis-mining.com || World's leading hosted Scrypt hashpower provider! on: February 11, 2015, 05:13:53 AM
Isnt it much easier and cheaper  to just buy btc outright if people want to speculate  on the price rising.  Although  not as fun as mining or pretending  to be a miner by Buying hashrate On a cloud.

Yeah, but last year miners had a largish profits and 3-5 month ROI.

Clearly, that will be habit forming Roll Eyes

But, I'm coming round to the view: buy the crypto currency (checking it is not overvalued), stick in offline wallet, forget about for 1 year (do more interesting things with my time) and check it's apreciation in 1 years time Cheesy

either way early bird gets the worm
those who get in faster sure to be profitting anyway, the same words apply to those of early adopter
8056  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cointellect on: February 11, 2015, 05:07:20 AM
For me is the same - I have the Pilot contract from the last Saturday but there is no payout option enabled for the moment.
Moreover, they even don't observe the new contract earning rates. I have 3 Starter and 1 Pilot active.
Today total earning is EUR 5.5 including the EUR 0.8 from the miner.

So, as everyone can easily calculate:

Promissed minimum contracts earning:
3xStarter + 1xPilot = 3x1.10 + 3.32 = 6.62

Reality: today Total 5.5 - 0.8 = 4.7

So if it is as they declared I could have EUR 7.42 in today total (contracts + miner) but I have 5.5 only...

It is 40 minutes before the midnight (of their time) so I don't thing the contracts will earn the missed 1.92 €...

even if they give you out 10 EUR i dont think it is possible to withdraw from that site, i got few friends that cant withdraw there, though i warn them from the very first day not to put in anything there
8057  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone scammed by LTCGear? on: February 11, 2015, 05:05:39 AM
Well, "scammed" might be a bit too early. Although my patience is running very thin atm, there is no "proof" it is a scam at this point. So I assume you want to write a sort of "executive summary of what has happened"? Kind of a documentation type of thing?

I really used to believe in Chris... but by now, I consider this as scammed. Check my ltc gear every couple days only to see the same result: pending...  Embarrassed

You're not the only one there. Although something good needs to happen very soon, I haven't given up yet though Smiley

i sold my shares to one of the beekeeper believer anyway, tho im already in positive profit and dont have any shares anymore , im pretty interested to see how this things turns out, if he pays, than it would be miracle but which i doubt he will
8058  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: ★★[ANN] 200+ Bitcoin Faucets in Sortable List + Rotator★★ on: February 11, 2015, 05:03:11 AM
We now have a VIP faucet rotator option on our rotator page: http://makingmoneyhoney.com/rotator/btcVIP.htm

It only lists those faucets that have no warnings, popupads, and are currently paying out, and that have an average payout of 300 or more satoshi every hour. That doesn't mean you'll get 300+ on each one, just that the average is 300 or higher per hour.

tried your roator, i can say it is working perfectly , back in my day it was really hard to keep up track of all faucet list in your bookmarks list, thanks to the rotator nowadays, thing is simpler
