There are other wallet that you can use to recover your wallet from samourai wallet.. i can only suggest electrum as safest wallet and use the mnemonic seed and restore check if you can see all of your transaction history and bitcoin.. Can you check the electrum wallet if the circle in the bottom right corner is red or green?
Also check the bitcoin address carefully. And the other reason that i think that is why you still not receive it to your electrum the transaction fee is too low.
But its should reflect to your electrum wallet your transaction is already 27 confirmation so if you still didn't show the recent transaction from electrum the possibilities are your wallet couldn't connect to the network or you send your bitcoin to the wrong address..
