Your data center is 5MW and you have only 500units (~0.3MW) Strange Chinese business..
He has almost 1000 S5 and maybe more Sx ? Strange conclusions nothing strange: your hosting costs pay for his miners electricity (maybe).

I guess if you meet us at half price for the reminding unit (not the one you buy at 420$) you'll pretty much sell out today from all your previous buyer.
We are not asking you to sell at non-profit.
If i knew, i would have already take 2 units.
when i got the money i canot do nothing, i canot got new miner from bitmain to increase the amount of the miner in our data center So you rather wait and wait for someone to buy them at the current price then to sell them out, then pass along a host fee savings? I guess you don't want to wait the time for batch 5 to be delivered with nothing in hand to sell. I will further assume, that all remaining units are up and operating on your behalf, and we are all getting used units. And I never realized we were paying for the power supplies directly, I thought that was part of the hosting fee daily charge. I'm hoping sales stall for bitmain and they adjust their prices accordingly. I wonder if that's possible. from the previous experience: if BTC price increase, but not much, they might still hold the price in $$; if BTC price increase more than 15-20%, they WILL increase price in $$; if BTC price decrease, they will give coupons; if BTC price decrease more than 15-20%, then they WILL decrease the $$ price. take your pick.

Anybody have any idea what is driving bitcoin prices up recently ?
perhaps, wallstreet frontrunning GBTC (and maybe COIN) trading

TL;DR
Do you see many SP20 for sale? Do you have 2 BTC readily available? #1- look around and good luck If the answer to #2 is NO-then, again, good luck We understand your point, we just don't like it and won't buy it ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Sure, buy from ebay for above $620 or wait until btc will be $364 and buy for $700 then ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) . BTW, Spondoolies sold me this miner for $814, so there is no profit here for me, just want to convert miner into btc. Cheers

do you know WHAT their tech will be? I am quite curious, as i don't think that mass market device makes any sense at current BTC prices, unless it is a dual use device (married with router or heater). I know, but I can't share. It's NOT game changer. without knowing what it is, this is what I suspect as well, but there will be people who will pay $10K or more for the gold apple watch. I can envision highly compensated silicon valley crowd prowdly displaying a humming beige box telling their buddies that "i've got blockchain 3000 server right there", friends will tell friends, post it on fb, and on and on.

two were initial number, one was sold, it says the LAST of two two. I think that it is pretty clear no anybody.
if it were clear, I wouldn't be offering. Clear would be : "..The LAST one of two ..." I'm no english teacher, but have stayed at the Holiday inn for a few nights. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) you did not have this question when you offered me X for ONE beforehand, so maybe that stay did wonders indeed. i am coming off a pretty good stay in a hotel myself, so i dig that. Thou thost not understandeth sarcasm-eth.. A simple.. 'Thankest thou' would have sufficeth. thanks

Sale resumed: the last of two two great SP20E machines that were for most time downclocked, but tested at regular speed. Price: 2 BTC, shipped to US (at a discount to the prevalent ebay price of $620-735). Can ship to Canada with everything over $20 in shipment cost added (as extra). Machines were stationed in an air conditioned environment.
Since SP20 is now discontinued, I consider it a vintage or possibly collection product with the price exceeding the final SPT price ($479+shipping) when bitcoin was 35% lower.
S5 is $466 shipped, available only on March 30, twenty days away. As a result, todays fair value of S5 is ~$505 and SP20e is at least 20% higher due to its unavailability, higher speed (at least 1.5TH is easily achievable, maybe up to 1.6-1.65TH), ease of customization, etc.
So you're selling two SP20E's for 2Bitcoins? I'll take them. it says: the last Sp20e (means one) for 2BTC Wait.. Your listing says "...the last of two great SP20E machines......" You even spell out two. Not one.. two were initial number, one was sold, it says the LAST of two two. I think that it is pretty clear no anybody. Edit: made it clearer just for you.

I bought the kit without a PSU and strapped it to a DPS2000. Not sure how much power the backplane is rated to handle.
I would also be quite surprised if they required a PSU upgrade for the new kit. It makes the most sense to limit it to 1000W, 100W per board. Possibly something like a 3x20 string clocked at 6.4GH/chip per blade, which would give 3.8TH per machine (and, with adequate power and cooling, an overclock potential around 4.8TH). That sort of chip density they might keep for their S6 proper, so an S2 kit would more likely be a 2x18 string clocked around 10GH/chip per blade at 3.6TH per machine, overclock potential about 3.9TH.
Unless they're going to be lazy and use a 1x16 chip string clocked at 16GH/chip per blade, so about 2.6TH per machine.
so, you were the one who bought that ebay item without the PSU. nice move. i planned to bid on it, but was away from the computer as it ended. I loved my S2 while it lasted, but sold it long time ago to make room for more efficient S3.

I have a feeling I need more s-5's sending you a pm lee.
I sent a pm for one more. Question I will be up to 4 machines with this one. Will you be setting up access for pool changes? Thanks Phil not sure how to input credentials for more than one machine order as the form has only info for one machine. do you fill one google doc for each machine? I hope not as this would be quite tedious thanks

hey guys.
does anyone of the top of their heads have the best settings for a SP20 for the best hash/watt/fan rate?
Thanks
the best way to go about it is to read the unofficial Sp20 thread. it also depends on your power cost. here are the couple of my settings: ~725W (~800 at the wall): 0.65 0.655 0.66 0.658 was fan 50, but could be auto max volts: 0.67 max watts 188, 188, 188, 188 produces ~1358GH or ~646W (~710 at the wall): 0.64 0.64 0.639 0.639 fan 10 max volts: 0.649 max watts: 160, 160, 160, 160 Produces ~1231 GH

So I'm a little new at this, have my first SP20 running almost a week now (took most of that week to read all of this thread ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ). I had one of my New CX750M's die (sending it back for exchange), so in the mean time trying to set things in the safe zone with only 1 PSU with 750. I need some input from the pros to know if I'm in the zone. Current Settings: Fan Speed: Auto Start Volts Unit 1 .665 Start Volts Unit 2 .65 Start Volts Unit 3 .645 Start Volts Unit 4 .628 Voltage Limit .67 Max PSU Power Unit 1 180 Max PSU Power Unit 2 180 Max PSU Power Unit 3 180 Max PSU Power Unit 4 180 I'm getting consistent 1250 - 1275 Ghs and my temps are good, one yellow @780hx on loop 0. ASIC stats calculation assume higher efficiency-so whatever number you see there might be inaccurate. I prefer to run my SP20 slightly lower-at 160w limit with 1229-1231 typical hashing. Others might attest on whether it is safe to run 750W PSU at 800W at the wall. I prefer to add more cushion as power usage fluctuates.
