8121  Economy / Economics / Re: Why are people doing so many things to frustrate crytocurrency on: March 19, 2018, 09:38:30 PM
I think these companies are doing something right now that will benefit them in the future. They really want to put bitcoin down from its price and they can buy as many as they can. This is the entire reason why they are banning crypto ads. If they are only aiming to ban those ads from scamming crypto's then they should be clear with it but they don't.
8122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is a good amount to invest? on: March 19, 2018, 09:23:12 PM
I've seen people who are new in crypto investing more than $1,000 but not more than $10,000 as a start. So guess what's the number that you think you are good with. But I'd prefer you to start investing with bitcoin first before joining any ICO or buying alt coin. That will be the best starting coin for a beginner.
8123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I’m out on: March 19, 2018, 09:04:20 PM
I had a blood clot on my brain in late January and stroked out.By the time I got out of hospitals rehab a month later I’m seeing 85% losses, with no end in site. I can’t ride this rollercoaster any lower. I’ll be happy to escape with some profits now rather than ending up underwater. Good luck to all.
Good luck with your medication, what's more important now is your health. If you think that you are out and it's the best solution then good luck to you.

Bullshit. Sometimes quitting is the right thing to do.
True, if there's no other reason and that's the only option.
8124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Coins did you have in your wallet? on: March 17, 2018, 09:55:04 AM
I have invested in some unpopular coins but it was never paid off. I invested in the wrong timing and so far I want to stick my main coins.

1. Bitcoin
2. LTC
8125  Economy / Economics / Re: Alternative investments on: March 17, 2018, 09:06:20 AM
For alternative investments I prefer to invest in a real-estate. That brings me real income from rental. Currently, there are two income-generating flats, and that's enough for quiet life.
Real estate and use it as a source of income is one of the best alternative to bitcoin. It's a passive income and even you are sleeping, money will just generate to your monthly or depending to the contract term that you will give to the tenants. This is one of my dream, to have my own real estate.
8126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin Price Going Down? on: March 17, 2018, 08:45:38 AM
And how much money should I invest on it?
You should invest only the money that you can afford or much better if you will only invest money that is your spare. Don't try to take risk if you are unsure of what you are doing. There are people that already took their decision and decided to put their life savings to bitcoin. I'm not against with it but in your case since you don't know much so far, still DYOR.
8127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacking issues related to bountyhives. Share your insights.. on: March 17, 2018, 08:36:05 AM
I have received numerous of emails from different exchanges that I registered but I abandoned my accounts there. So I don't know what's the reason why I'm receiving alerts that there are attempts on logging in my account. I don't know where those people got my email, I never exposed my email on social media's. I'm thinking that there's a back door snatch on these websites. The IP address that attempted to log in my one exchange account came from Venezuela and the other one is from Turkey.
8128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New coin are scam nowadays on: March 15, 2018, 11:45:11 AM
There are also coins or ICO's that has fake members on their telegrams so that isn't going to be well off. Coinmarketcap is only listing those coins and is just a website to show charts, price and crypto's that are listing so they really don't care if it's a scam or not. They are also advertising scam websites on their banner so even you will warn people here, they will not stop advertising those scams.
8129  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where can I buy a car with bitcoin? on: March 15, 2018, 10:52:41 AM
Good to know that OP purchased car with bitcoin last year so this type of trade can happen before and made even stronger these days.

Please wait to 2020, 2023 or late...
You can buy a house with Bitcoin and bonus a car...
We don't have to wait for those years, there are existing websites where you can buy car or bitcoin.

8130  Economy / Economics / Re: List of Decentralized/Centralized Exchanges on: March 15, 2018, 10:12:12 AM
Wow nice list. I'm looking for this one so that I can compare and use them base on what I like. Gotta bookmark this one.

Btw, your thread design looks really good so keep it up!
8131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy up BTC at this time? on: March 15, 2018, 09:53:11 AM
Do you buy btc at this time?
Yes I did bought few fractions of bitcoin. It may not that high so it's not the best time to sell but it is the best time to buy.

I'm waiting for bitcoin to drop to 5000-6000 dollars.
I will place orders to buy bitcoin at such prices. Cool
There's a chance that it will go further but that's too much I guess and $6,000 is already done but I hope it won't go there anymore.
8132  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people buy high and sell low on: March 13, 2018, 10:03:43 PM
Panic is the only reason and lack of charts analysis leads people to buy high and sell low.

Lack of analysis leads every new investor to buy even during ATH's.

Panic makes them sell even they have lost 5%-20% of their total investment.
8133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tell me where to sell coins on: March 13, 2018, 09:37:48 PM
Kucoin would be the best choice for those coins. Think many times before using Etherdelta, there are too many problems that have been found to them and also you need to wait for the update of the devs of those coins. They will give an ANN on where are they going to list it or where they already listed it.
8134  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there a marketplace where you can buy real things for crypto currency? on: March 13, 2018, 09:28:54 PM
As at the moment, there is no really much of a way to use Bitcoin to buy real goods.
There's a way of buying real goods with bitcoin. Look for those merchants that are selling goods for bitcoin or you can use bitcoin to purchase gift cards which can be use for exchanging with goods.
You probably haven't see those websites that are accepting bitcoin for their goods.
8135  Economy / Economics / Re: PNB looks into use of bitcoin! on: March 13, 2018, 09:20:25 PM
Good news, they are looking into use of bitcoin. I know that there are some banks in Philippines that ready to adopt bitcoin and blockchain.
This is one of the bank that will use blockchain to the payment system - https://www.coindesk.com/philippines-banks-use-visas-blockchain-payments-platform/
its nice to hear that, i think my country which is philippines was met with new technology, even we are facing more tragedy we are still strong and has unity.
Philippines is one of the Asian country that is supporting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as well. It's not about tragedy or unity, other countries are also with those, even worst.
8136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does investing on ICO now is a good time? on: March 13, 2018, 09:11:22 PM
Investing to a coin is a good time right now. The market has been roller coaster so it's definitely going to give good profit for someone that is looking for a good profit. Too many ICO's to choice why just buy them when they are listed on exchanges?
8137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think twice before paying with Bitcoin? on: March 13, 2018, 09:06:06 PM
I found it kinda hard to pay with BTC few times. Because the volatility so high, many times I 'm feeling FOMO and I actually use fiat instead.
Does it happend to anyone else here?
Yes it's happening to me that I regret paying with bitcoin because by the time I use it I'm thinking is, what if the price goes up.

8139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think this year will be Red? on: March 10, 2018, 09:31:23 AM
This early year is full of red but it will not stay forever. This year is up and down, but don't think that this year is all about red only. There are government regulations that are starting to make some noise which leads the whole market to be in red.
