8121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have lost hope in ETHEREUM - Pending transaction won't complete on: December 10, 2017, 03:04:53 AM
The traffic is getting worse as the users of the Ethereum network is getting larger in number. And most of all, the reason why the network has been lagging much in these past few days is the creation of Crypto Kitties which are also getting big in numbers. The breeders of Crypto Kitties are clogging the network. This is getting both funny and stupid. I actually don't understand why people are so hooked up to this new invention.
8122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: December 10, 2017, 02:28:38 AM
Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?

Definitely, not the best. Although of course, it is a good investment as well because there are big discounts given. Just make sure that the ICO you are joining is a good one and whose project will definitely grow big and will be able to fulfill their objectives. I think the best investment is in the form of Bitcoin and other coins that are definitely growing bigger in the coming years. Buying Bitcoins and top coins and then saving them for more or less to years is already a great investment.
8123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in a new ICO or just buy BTC on: December 10, 2017, 12:59:45 AM
I posted this thread because I  have money right now and was thinking to like invest!
I wanted to know is it is beneficial to invest in new ICO, or should I just buy some BTC and wait for the value to increase.

If you are not an ICO investor and you have yet to learn the basic set of skill and knowledge on how to sift through ICOs in order for you to arrive at the best one, I would just recommend that you rather use your money to buy Bitcoins. In that way, you are safely and securely assured of a decent profit in the months to come. But ICO investment is also a good choice but you must first have to study it.
8124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2018 The year of the altcoin on: December 09, 2017, 06:20:29 AM
I think the x10 and x100's of several altcoins/platforms are to be seen in 2018

Enjoy the ride brothers and sisters

I hope your prediction will become true. The year 2017 also began with a very good days, weeks and months for altcoins. As a matter of fact, almost the entire 5 months in 2017 saw the rising of the value of so many altcoins. It was so high that the months that followed were almost all downward movements. The bouncing back of these altcoins' values only came in the last couple of months of 2017.
8125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Signatures/campaign on: December 09, 2017, 04:38:06 AM
Try to explore such options in the Marketplace (altcoins) section and then proceed to bounties. There are various campaigns there. There are also different rules according to the project offering the bounty campaign. Some of the bounty campaigns include signature campaign, twitter and facebook campaigs, reddit campaign, and telegram campaign. In addition, there are also tranlsation, video, and article campaigns. Read them first before joining anything. That would save you from getting scammed.
8126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Currencies to Look At this moment on: December 08, 2017, 01:44:18 PM
You will definitely end up here more confused rather than be enlightened about your concern. Expect that people here will just promote what they are holding and invested into. Well, obviously there are also some helpful answers here but they certainly need some more confimations from some more experts in terms of rating existing cryptocurrencices. Posts here do not amount to something with high credibility.
8127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: December 08, 2017, 12:14:12 PM
Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

I think Ethereum will be here to stay. Waves will also continue to boost itself and become like Ethereum. Waves has been in the crypto corner for a while already and even if it was tried for a few times already, it has always been proven that the Ethereum platform is more marketable and attractive to investors. But sooner Waves will also become as big as Ethereum. That's for sure.
8128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: December 07, 2017, 09:52:19 AM
For as long as Bitcoin remains very strong and solid, there is no way Ethereum or any other altcoin could replace Bitcoin. As of now, let's admit that Bitcoin almost does not have any practical use because of its very strong growth and some concerns such as huge fees and long confirmation time. Bitcoin has really become a storage of value rather than something that would replace the fiat money that we have for now. However, it seems people are still buying more Bitcoins than Ethereums.
8129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's value vs Ethereum on: December 07, 2017, 08:44:11 AM
I used to think that, as the value of bitcoin appreciates, so also should the value of Ethereum. But it seems the reverse is the case.
My question is, Why is it so? I need your opinions, for clarity sack and a better understanding that would really stand as a guide.

I think Bitcoin's value does not have anything to do with Ethereum's value. They are entirely separate. They are being ran separately. They have different teams and different features that are the main reason why supporters choose them in the first place. Actually, it might even happen that if Bitcoin dips down in price significantly and Ethereum is performing great, the people who are in crypto will shift to Ethereum. However, the thing is that Ethereum is experiencing more problems than Bitcoin.
8130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA - the scheme is being pumped hard now don't fall for the trap on: December 06, 2017, 09:00:39 AM
As what I have read somewhere, the pump of IOTA is basically founded upon the news that Microsoft and Fujitsu, among others are going to enter into a partnership with IOTA. I think this is true. I have not bought IOTA though because when I heard of its pump it already reached the top 8 in coinmarketcap. I initially thought that it was already very high considering where IOTA has come from. But to my surprise, it even shot to top 5.
8131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it too late to buy NEO? on: December 06, 2017, 08:16:20 AM
This is a good time to buy NEO. NEO is currently sitting at $37.50. That is a low point in price already for NEO because it went as high as $46 or even more. Buying now will probably give you a decent gain when NEO's value will bounce back, especially to the level of $40. In terms of Bitcoin value, it has been very low already. It might even go below 300,000 sats. NEO will definitely recover considering that the community at its back is huge.
8132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I am ANGRY!!! Why certain coins are exploding??? on: December 06, 2017, 07:12:32 AM
Hi all

I am so angry. I got into crypto on 1st June.

I bought some BTC

But I really dont understand why MONA .. YOYOW Huh

WTF!!!!

I don't know why certain coins are exploding.. Please help me understand how is this happening?

My only earnings have been through BTC

Huh?

So confused .. need suggestions.. Enlighten me.. Don't sell me BullShit please.. just plain truth

You want the real truth? The real truth is that you extremely lack monitoring of the movements of altcoins. This is not that difficult to do actually, although a little demanding in terms of little efforts. Checking cryptocurrency news is a little bit time consuming but it is what we need to do if we want to know what coins to buy and when to enter and exit to take profit. A little peek at their twitter site would even give you a little idea. Do not just focus into Bitcoin only if in the end you would get angry for a certain altcoin for soaring high.
8133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Am I late for the IOTA train? on: December 05, 2017, 03:21:57 PM
I've been watching IOTA for well over a week, and after all the news with Microsoft etc. I am convinced this coin could be the future of coins.
The price atm is at 3 dollars. Do you guys think it will go down?
Because it seems like im late to the party. :-/

Same here, mate. But worry not because when a certain coin experiences a very high spike, there will always be a correction that follows. I have been following IOTA but was not able to join the party as well because I am focusing on Bitcoin growth more. It seems the price of Bitcoin will hit $12,000 so instead of looking for some other altcoins I went almost all in to Bitcoin. But by the time IOTA will go down, I will not let the opportunity pass by.
8134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance... is this place a scam? on: December 05, 2017, 02:10:44 PM
A little nervous. Last night I bought 600 shares of IOTA which went up significantly today. I logged back in to move them off the Binance exchange and it is telling me that my withdraws are suspended due to "network congestion." I also have a small balance of ETH that has the same message.

Oh my! I have not used Binance ever since. I prefer my choices of crypto currency exchange such as Bittrex, Poloniex, and Cryptopia. But I guess that is just a normal glitch in times of very heavy traffic, although of course Binance needs to address that because regular recurrence of such problem will surely cause a backlash of support. And considering also the fact that Binance has just started to make a name as an exchange platform.
8135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: December 05, 2017, 06:42:55 AM
There are always positive and negative commentaries about every single coin, and that would even include Bitcoin itself. Bitcoin is criticized. And to think that it is the beginning of everything. So how much more to Ethereum. There are valid points of course and Ethereum has to do something about it. I know there are several loopholes to this project but for now it is doing quite well. And so far, I've got no problem with ETH. I am also one of the holders of ETH.
8136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Small altcoins – large profits on: December 05, 2017, 12:45:56 AM
Hello, folks! Do you ever pay attention how cool and large can be your profits if you invest not into the top-10 alts, but to the smaller, less known altcoins? Status, Peercoin and Stellar Lumens jumped so high! And Cardano showed everybody its real force!

This is actually a very good strategy, provided you took a sincere due diligence as to the prospective growth of the project. Sometimes, it is not wise to invest a moderate amount in the top 10 altcoins because their value will not double overnight. To the smaller ones, however, a double growth rate may easily be achieved. Status, Peercoin, and Stellar are just a few of them. Cardano is already a top one.
8137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which exchange is best for trading on: December 05, 2017, 12:12:20 AM
hi everyone i want help for trading which exchange is best for trading on mobile and low fees  Huh

I am not a mobile trader. But I sometimes open my Bittrex and Cryptopia accounts through my smart phone, and I have got no problem with their mobile versions. I prefer to do my trading in my laptop. It is much more convenient and smooth. I want to see the charts clearly as well as navigate through their sites much faster. I can do this with a laptop or Personal Computer. I hardly do this through smart phones. As regards fees, they are not much of a problem. We cannot avoid them. I follow the exchange with a good volume of my traded coin.
8138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a altcoin valuable on: December 04, 2017, 02:54:40 PM
I'm developing an altcoin that is based on social sharing. What foundational technologies are going to make it the most valuable? What makes an altcoin valuable? I'm wondering if it is just how much people hear about it? Thoughts?

I think the most important feature of any altcoin is its actual use in the real world. If this feature loses hold in the altcoin, the altcoin will eventually die out. Before it finally dies, it might simply transform into a pump and dump coin that has no real value in real life. Everything depends on the relevant real-world issue that the project, along with the coin, wishes to solve or provide an innovative and easy alternative to.
8139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wallet for Ethereum on: December 04, 2017, 09:51:07 AM
Hello

anyone know good wallet to store Ethereum ?

Thank you!

I do not make things complicated when it comes to my Ethereum and all my ERC20 tokens. I only used myetherwallet.com for all of these. And then if I am planning to trade them, I will just transfer them to my crypto trading accounts depending on which site my ERC20 token or coin is accepted. But of course while they are still being on hold I do not transport them to any exchanges. It is best and safest to keep them all in myetherwallet because the private key is yours and yours alone.
8140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCH Over 3000$ on: December 04, 2017, 08:46:54 AM
Can Bitcoin cash reach above 3000$ mark before the end of the year or is it stabilised in between 1300$ to 1600$ mark. Considering Bitcoin is stable at 10500$-11500$, we will see more fluctuations in Bitcoin Cash now.

I think it will not even reach $2,500 before 2017 ends. I think the price of Bitcoin Cash will be negatively affected by the surge of Bitcoin's value. Bitcoin is predicted to rise as high as $12,000 before the final hours of the year 2017 ends. Bitcoin Cash right now is around $1,500. If it will manage to rise despite Bitcoin's aggressive upward movement in the charts, it might reach $2,000. That is a good prediction already. If it continues to grow, then around $2,200 or $2,300 will be reached but probably less than $2,500. But of course this is a very optimistic prediction already. It might not even reach $2,000.
