8141  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Neyma Jahan [UNIFICATION (UND)] - Why he can't be trusted? on: March 29, 2019, 10:39:29 AM
If you actually want to support this project and earn bounty tokens then the wrong way to do it is have an argument on the Internet.   Smiley

I think most hunters don't really care about supporting a project. You don't ask them to participate in your bounty because they care, but because you expect them to do a job. The problem from your end is lack of communication and transparency, you don't make it explicit that you don't accept what has been graded by LDA, and tbh even if you don't accept their grade, then you should do it way before bounty was finished. The way you do it was like 'forcing' people to work with promise that they'll get some tokens, they see the spreadsheet and feel relieved, but then at the end of the day everything turned into a disaster.

I don't care about your project anymore, but the way you treat bounty hunter and how you manage bounty makes me believe that there's a risk participating in your future campaign. The only way to express hunters who feel disappointed is to make it public through the internet anyway, so good luck with your project, hope you don't do something like this in the future (especially to your partners).
8142  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: throwing money on the streets | Venezuelans on: March 29, 2019, 05:55:27 AM
We seriously need something to prevent crisis like this to happens again. The key is sound money, not arbitrary money created out of debt.
8143  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [DISKUSI] Elrond Network - SPoS - Adaptive State Sharding on: March 29, 2019, 05:50:43 AM

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5119747.0

8146  Economy / Exchanges / Re: New launchpads following the success of Binance on: March 29, 2019, 05:26:28 AM
Binance is definitely one of the best, if not the best crypto exchange out there. however, in regards to the Launchpad sessions, the rules of participation have significantly changed. https://cointelegraph.com/news/binance-changes-launchpad-token-sale-format-to-lottery

Yeah, the FCFS war certainly piss people off, and we've seen massive dump after each IEO, so they need to fix that by providing this lottery and hold thing. Almost every exchange tokens gain significant momentum lately due to Binance IEO success. But this could change if they don't provide IEO any longer. Interesting to see how many projects left to be IEO'ed.
8147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Revival is On The Way - According to a trader on: March 29, 2019, 05:10:22 AM
CNBC is very famous as a contra indicator. So if they started publishing news like this, there will be some people who believe Bitcoin is going to dump again (though this is not exactly true and more like a self fulfilling prophecy). Anyway, news or analysis about Bitcoin price most of the time is wrong.
8148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency and banking apps targeted by new Android malware on: March 29, 2019, 05:01:34 AM
Also, don't root your phone because if it's rooted the virus can easily bypass your security remotely and steal your sensitive information.

We can use SU manager to block apps. Use Magisk Manager and you're good to go because most of the time they'll notify you if there is an apps requesting for root access. I personally root my phone and always be careful when I download apps from the internet.
8149  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [2019-02-06] Locked bitcoins in QuadrigaCX might be another exit scam. on: March 29, 2019, 04:49:49 AM
Wow, what a shock. Seems like the exit scam notion is becoming more and more plausible to explain their situation. The next one should be Bitfinex (Cryptocapital can't hide any longer).
8150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Our new idea for a crypto wallet on: March 28, 2019, 02:06:28 PM
Feature 1: Pool Buying function: As we speak, there are ongoing private sales offering huge profit margin. Usually, normal users cannot join. We can create smart contracts for users to pool together and join these exclusive deals. https://imgur.com/JBqMeGX

I believe we can do this already by participating in pools (ICOpools have a good list of running pool). Anyway, some ICO doesn't allow pool to join in due to KYC or legal stuff like that. On top of that, what's the advantage of using your service instead of participating in pools directly? You just provide an interface, but they can already participate in pool with existing wallet like MEW.

Feature 2: Group investment: Request permission from your most trusted contacts, see how your friends’ money moving into/out of their wallets and let them see yours. As a team, have better buying/exiting decisions or discovery of potential new coins. https://imgur.com/yPZRgKD

Personally I want to keep my private details only to myself. Even I don't want to let my friends know where I buy my snack or invest my money.

Feature 3: P2P Trading market: We often find very potential new coins not yet listed on trusted exchange. However, we have to do a lot of KYC and place hard-earned money on new, strange exchanges, or just give up these tokens. We have support for the latest coins, and we can help you find the highest bidder for your tokens.  https://imgur.com/ipqZKHD

You'll face a lot of competitors. What's your advantage over them?

Feature 4: Crypto ‘Millionaire’ planner: We all want to be millionaires, but most of us lack discipline. Our wallet let you know how many BTC you should save every day to reach your goal or the moon. For example, you should buy 0.05 BTC each day, if you aim to 1 millions in 2021. https://imgur.com/0NpB9Cz

Not really important, Calendar and some basic math can do this (or reminder). But not really bad either.
8151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing Celer Network (CELR) Token Sale on Binance Launchpad on: March 28, 2019, 01:51:57 PM
So,,, did anyone manage to participate in this binance launchpad sale? How did it go? Is the rumors shared that NOBODY could participate true?

Not really. I know some people who managed to buy it, though the rest of them fail to do so. Interestingly, those who get in are mostly channel/group leaders in Telegram. Either they have a very fast connection or, who knows. But hey, this is what you can get if you try to participate in the F5 war.
8152  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: ADVICE PLEASE - Upgrading/Using Ledger Live Manager ? on: March 28, 2019, 01:44:06 PM
Time for a new PC i think...lol

Seems like it. Windows 10 device (though I'm not saying you should use it) is pretty cheap nowadays. Maybe spent another buck and you can get a handy ultrabook.

Anyway, I recommend you to use Ledger Live, like Lucius said. It's better to use the latest app with its drawback rather than exposing yourself to an out of dated software.
8153  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-28] Bitcoin Exchange Coinbene Swears it Wasn’t Hacked: Traders Fear the on: March 28, 2019, 01:25:55 PM
I also see similar message on my Telegram just a few hours ago. According to them, 'the hackers' have moved $180 million from the exchange?
Anyway, Coinbene apply expensive fees on their platform, so I still wonder who use their exchange and make more than '$780' million volume. Themselves? Sounds possible.
8154  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-27] Weiss Ratings: Bitcoin Best Positioned to Become a Popular Store o on: March 28, 2019, 01:13:48 PM
What the fuck is it with EOS? The Chinese love it dearly too. As far as I can tell it's a piece of shit database that's broken and getting more broken by the day. I really thought cryptoland would be much further ahead in terms of the alternatives it's thrown up.

They have great marketing and die hard supporters who only look for profits, so as long as they're profitable, they'll continue to exist.
No doubt EOS is a centralised database and not a DLT.

Anyway Weiss Ratings is definitely a joke. EOS and XRP alongside with Bitcoin, that's one of the funniest joke I've ever heard for a while.
8155  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [CLUB] IPS | Indonesian Patrol Squad on: March 28, 2019, 01:01:26 PM
Bump. Post OOT, curhat, spam, dst (sesuai persepsi ane) akan ane hapus.
8156  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum transaction error on: March 28, 2019, 12:57:25 PM
Where in Electrum I can find the adress which sent the BTC to me?

It should show up on your transaction history. If there'a a tx incoming to your wallet you can check the details and see the sender address.

Should be bc1q8dc9vgekxf3xjrczjl4gtg2sekrxs9zxvp997h2qrdhvugunmk5sxtptwc

Is this your receiving address or the sender address? I'm double checking this as it seems knowing the sender address won't really solve your problem.

Judging from your previous post, I think you have trouble finding the address that you need to send the money to? BTC address start with 1, 3, or bc1. You can read further about this on Bitcoin docs or simply Google "Bitcoin address".
8157  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware of 24birdtrade.com ...Dont get fooled by telegram User on: March 28, 2019, 12:47:51 PM
You should move this topic to Scam Accusations board.
The modus operandi that you described has been used many times by scammer, and it's such a pity if somebody still fall for something like this.
8158  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Payment for KYC registration on: March 27, 2019, 09:16:28 AM
I just ignore this invitation for registration. They may promise me whatever, but the risk of using of my private info in a wrong way stays high and I do not wish to let it happen.

Unfortunately there are always people who give can give anything for money. A lot of people in my country is still now aware of the danger of giving away private/individual information to someone over the internet. In fact, they love Facebook so much.
8159  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [LOG] List Member Board Indonesia by BPIP on: March 27, 2019, 09:06:34 AM
Wah baru nyadar ternyata akun ane masuk dimari tapi most unlucky hero member itu maksudnya apa ya?

8160  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What crypto exchange are you using? on: March 27, 2019, 08:56:35 AM
Bitfinex has a lot of shady pass. Its payment processor is Cryptocapital, which is also the same payment processor of QuadrigaCX. They're definitely shady af, so it's not surprising that you face this issue. They've been unable to process fiat transfer for weeks, or months previously, and I'm not surprised if they do the same thing again.
