8161  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Looking for some people to partner with, D3s and L3+ in cart on: September 19, 2017, 04:15:46 PM
I know I'm new on the board here, and probably will get called a scammer, but I'm legit and not looking to gouge.  So basically what happened is that I was able to purchase someone's cart on Bitmain, and it has 5 each of the D3s and L3+s in it.  I'm not at all interested in the L3+ machines, so I will let them go for $150 over cost plus shipping to you once I receive them.  As for the D3 machines, I plan on purchasing 1 of them, however, I would like a second.  So I would like to offer the remaining 3 for $500 plus shipping over cost to cover the purchase price of the second.  Will accept PayPal only, contact me either through PM here, or preferably through email at mstudent100@gmail.com .  I have to check out the cart by the 22nd, so if you're interested, be speedy.  Will provide copy of my photo ID upon request.

You're really right man.  People 100% will assume that and should.  Photo ID can be fake so how does someone blindly give you 10s of thousands of dollars and just cross their fingers you are legit....

Does not accept escrow

i don't have time for escrow shenanigans and am happy to take the associated pricing discount to move the equipment. if you want escrow, go buy it on ebay.

If you accept escrow I will buy some.  You obviously don't realize dam near everyone selling stuff is some sort of scammer.  Take a look at the scam pages.  Escrow is quick, easy and safe.  If not then I think you are better off selling on ebay.

Dam these look nice glad btcc decided to go with silver.  Will be around watching this one.  Never used a reshaping service so will have to see if that's something I would be willing to do....

I got a 2015 cryptonic and the 3 brass coin set (that I think I saw you auction off recently?) Missed out on getting some of Smoothies brass 5xmr coins... looking to sell a funded one?

I will update this post when I get the coins back next week as really want a 2014 to fill my almost full collection! Cheesy

Hopefully you aren't going for the full Monero physical coin collection, as you would be on a "hunt for Bigfoot"... I'm sure you are aware of Luigi's 1000 XMR 1 ounce gold coin, right?

Edit: sorry I didn't see you had posted on that thread! Lol

That coin.....I wish I had one.

8176  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Bitmain Account with Antminers D3 and L3+ Pre-order ⚒ ⚒ Bitmain Account⚒ ⚒ ⚒ !!! on: September 16, 2017, 11:45:13 PM
Check this Amazon link:
https://www.amazon.com/AntMiner-L3-~504MH-Litecoin-Miner/dp/B06Y6KTH7P
Each Antminer L3+ is selling for $6200 while you are buying for $2280 directly from Bitmain using the account. For 20 miners do your calculations on the profit even after accounting for Customs and shipping. Even if you consider atleast $2000 margin, that's whopping $40K profit.

So take your money and buy them, then sell them here.  Otherwise this is not a goods sale and belongs in a different section "account sales".  And as far as $6200 on a November batch of L3s that's straight up dumb right now
8177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★ GameCredits - The future of in-game monetization ★★★ on: September 16, 2017, 11:39:03 PM

Gee wiz, this is the "universal currency and virtual wallet for 2.6 billion gamers worldwide"...
But the web site is 100% hype and THE FUTURE IS NOW...
Please kindly post some links to actual in-game usage stats for GAME.

The store open beta was released a few weeks ago here: http://play.gamecredits.com/ with payments live. However, as we are still expanding the games in our store and the payment providers in our wallet, we haven't begun mass advertising. We have quite a large budget for advertising, roughly 25-50 million dollars which we raised during the mobilego crowdsale. And using this budget we will acquire gamers to our platforms. Our marketing tactics will include targeted facebook ads, twitter ads, youtube ads, gaming tournament sponsorship (such as ESL southeast championship which we sponsored in June), twitch ads, twitch streamer sponsorship, gaming website ads, and more.

However, we're not just hype. We have a working mobile store with gamecredits integrated and accepted in multiple games (which you can view on the website above. Some of the largest games include the cut the rope franchise and Real Cricket 17) and many more games to come. We recently announced partnerships with PayU and PayTM the two largest payment processors in India (our first target gaming market), and will be accepting them as a form of payment for gamecredits in the coming weeks.

If you want an idea of some of the stuff we're doing you can read our latest Development Rundown which outlined the products we're working on and will be releasing in the coming months.

http://mailchi.mp/gamecredits.com/gamecredits-and-mobilego-development-rundown-98

Even though GameCredits may not be used by millions of gamers just yet, it has working products (which very very very few projects do), has a niche but massive target market, industry partners and team members with experience building games with millions of players, and more.

Wow when you say it like that "$25-$50 million" for marketing, that is a lot of marketing dollars for even a large company.  Nice way to position yourself until things get really rolling.
8178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Viacoin (VIA) - Safe | Segwit | Lightning Network | Auxpow | Fast on: September 16, 2017, 11:35:43 PM
i cannot find via white paper on the web. Can someone tell me which purpose via fulfill?

This is just my take on VIA, others can add their own opinion. Over the Summer VIA was working on implementing segwit with a handful of other coins (BTC/LTC/SYS/VTC) and now has been focusing on lightning network/atomic swaps, which is a feature all 5 coins (plus others) will soon have. Once LN is established, VIA is positioning itself to have anon feature in conjunction with atomic swaps - so it will bring an added value to BTC & LTC for anon transactions.

Aside from that, there are some other features being worked on that I won't be able to explain the benefit of well, because I'm not a techy guy; schnorr signature, color coins, etc. VIA also does merged mining with LTC, so there is an added benefit that it goes will with LTC similar to how LTC is often paired to BTC. I look at BTC = gold, LTC = silver, VIA = copper - and soon will have the added benefit of Styx (anon transactions).

When Styx comes online that will be a real game changer for VIA.  As far as alt tech goes I like how via strives to stay on top of things.  Will help them emerge from a cluster of a zillion coins out there
8179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: L3+ Owners, Need help please! on: September 16, 2017, 11:32:59 PM
Hi there, I recently got my L3+ miners finally.

Now I am trying nicehash but their calculator and real earning does not fit each other.
They claim one L3+ will make 0.00599477 BTC daily and 0.26201395 BTC monthly.

However, at the moment I get 0.0124 BTC/day and testing it since 2 days.

- Is this normal? I am really confused that there's really big difference between numbers.
- Which pool and what coin do you recommend mining with L3+?

Thank you very much for responses!

I wouldn't ask questions but yeah that is strange.  Nicehash is usually spot on with their payout expectations to actuals.  Either way good for you

anyone have any idea what is a good dash pool?

or are people just gonna use nicehash?

Mine will be going on www.zpool.ca but I guess I'm biased.

Was thinking the same thing...what pool am I going to use.  I like nicehash but wondering if some of the dash pools are actually more profitable in the end.  Will have to do some searching this weekend before mine come
