8181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheapest way to participating in coinlist sales on: April 03, 2021, 06:56:25 PM
Depends on the platform and where the sale is happening. If they're also supporting coins like BNB, LTC, and Doge for their sales, you can convert them into those coins and have your own purchase with lesser fees using those coins. But as for checking that exchange, it doesn't have support for those coins that I've mentioned. What protocol does that exchange has for USDT? the cheaper one is TRC20.
8182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: April 03, 2021, 06:21:46 PM
Just because of Lebron having some injury, the stat made became lower for the Lakers. No doubt about the Nets and the Jazz.
There's no question on them being at the top. I think that list is fair enough if we're going to look at their matches and stats.

That's a weekly report, that could change next week or the succeeding weeks, but one thing is sure, as long as no injury in a certain team, they will not easily slide down on ranking, Nets is already consistent despite of some injury but Bucks and Jazz will remain consistent in the following weeks.

BTW, let's look at the Nuggets, they are in win streak now and Gordon is a big piece of their success.
That really will change if no one gets injured. Those teams are strong but with their superstars taking rest and being injured, they will only able to boost their teammates just for being at the bench but not contributing to the game through points.
Nuggets is another one that's interesting to look at that only a few notices, thanks.

Looks like we already have a hint when Andre will go after the Blackwater Elite.
Yeah, that was already discussed, and verified that he's going to go with Blackwater Elite as his starting team after the team has drafted the team. And he's given a two-year contract on that team.

I'm afraid if Ginebra is really intersted on him, he might be traded before the contract expires, and Andre is also eager to play with Ginebra as that was the dream. Hmmmm.... we are seeing this kind of trend, but let's just wait first and see how he will play, it's important that he will impress everyone and stay healthy to maintain his good value.
Yeah, that's possible. Blackwater will trade/sell him for a higher deal on Ginebra but that's okay. He's just starting out and he can enjoy wherever he is right now.
Everyone heard of the news about extended ECQ for a week? this will really affect the start of the season which should about to happen next week.

That's how it is, the government are looking at the entire situation and there is a need for a strict measures, we should see some update from the PBA about this matter but as far as I read before, there's an article saying that the start of the PBA season is doubtful due to the ECQ. However, if they will really like to follow the schedule, they need to get back to the bubble set up.
Yeah, it's now doubtful because of the situation and more cases are always being reported which is hard to believe though. But that's it, the league's purpose won't come by this opening schedule, IMHO.
But we will see if they're going to have an alternative or they'll just simply move the opening.

8185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New to this on: April 03, 2021, 10:06:58 AM
You don't play with that kind of coin. But if you can drop your money that's affordable to lose, that's your decision and it's your money that will be in a gamble for that coin.
If that's an easy thing for you and you're aware that the potential percentage of losing is higher then you play safe if you can and just choose other better coins.
8186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bgl coin, what's the future of this asset? on: April 03, 2021, 09:22:23 AM
Very hard to see the development for the early days of a project. I usually see the signature bounty of it and other members wearing the bounty of it but never get through what the project is all about.
Looking on CMC, it had a pump on March 31 and it starts to drop by this time. I may agree to the guy who says that it's not sustainable at its early stage.
8187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao offered $10 million to fight Terence Crawford on: April 03, 2021, 03:05:43 AM
It all depends on whether they can meet Pacquiao's financial needs, because it seems that before that there was a sum of about forty million for Pacquiao. By the way, Arum's statement can also mean a fight with another boxer, although of course he would gladly expect a confrontation between Pacquiao and Crawford in early June, because Pacquiao is not getting younger and I want to see a fight right now.
Sure there will be a demand from Pacquiao in terms of monetary and share that he wants to get if ever there will be a fight other than this match against Crawford. The $10M offer for Terrence, it's still in negotiations and having said that this match might happen soon, we can only hope that there really is a negotiation that happens on the side of both boxers. But with Pacquiao, he's always on the go whoever his promoter picks his opponent.
8188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did YOU start trading in bitcoin? on: April 03, 2021, 02:16:09 AM
I started trading by attending some lecture on bow to trade cryptocurrency. After this, I began to research on how to become a profitable trader by reading a lot of documents online and watching YouTube Video on strategies. It takes some time to get most of the things rightly (2 years of consistency), but I am a better trader now.
2 years that you're able to spend on what you are right now? That's a lot of patience that you did there and that's also what many of the newbies must hear from you. Because a lot of newbies today think that it's easy to go and trade as much as they can and earn just like those experienced ones do. But they don't realize that people like you who trained yourself to become good at trading and include me to those investors who have strengthened the discipline of being patient.
8189  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ang dahilan ng btc pump (tesla) on: April 03, 2021, 01:44:24 AM
8190  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: New Cryptocurrencies Added To Abra :) on: April 03, 2021, 01:01:43 AM
I don't know about you but personally I prefer buying  these coins sa Abra than Binance kasi madali lang siyang iconvert sa pera natin if you want to buy and sell these coins. Grin
8191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is falling fast right now. At what point do you get out? on: April 02, 2021, 10:44:44 PM
I still dont know why people are doubting ETH . It is an amazing coin and second largest currently. You are right once the fee gets lowered down i think the price will skyrocket then even more. I see it now going to 2500$ and maybe correcting back to 2000$ not below for sure
$2500 is going to be the next target as it's able to get on $2100. And there is no question that $2500 is going to be seen for Ethereum anytime soon.
You guys are right about solving the high transaction fees. When it's done, then that will make Ethereum more worth it and people will be back on it and won't worry about the fees which will make the demand even higher as it is today.

NBA power ranking report.

https://www.cbssports.com/nba/powerrankings/

Quote
*Keep in mind that our Power Rankings are based on the team's performance the previous week, not the entire season.

1, Nets
2. Jazz
3. Bucks
4. Clippers
5. 76ers
6. Suns
7. Nuggets
8. Trail Blazers
9. LA Lakers
10. Mavericks.

I only take the top 10 in the ranking. Liking the Jazz and Nets as they stay consistent, whiel 76ers also have some great performance despite missing Embiid.
Just because of Lebron having some injury, the stat made became lower for the Lakers. No doubt about the Nets and the Jazz.

8194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was paper money rejected by religions as much as Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2021, 08:49:48 PM
"...Because several of the youths involved in crypto currency will end being unemployed.."
How about if it's considerable that many will be ending up unemployed because many of them are early investors of bitcoin and have bought a lot of it before the bull run? and the total value that they have are considerably good for retirement based on the cost of living in their country.
But regardless of it, I respect all of the religion and if they don't look at bitcoin in a positive manner, we need to wait for them until they change their stance or we should remain to respect them with that.
8195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Converting Bitcoins? on: April 02, 2021, 08:04:26 PM
I am in the US, looks like I have to pay tax if I convert GUSD to Bitcoin. I have earned GUSD interest in Blockfi so I guess I just kinda have to leave it alone or else I have to pay taxes 😳
Then that's it. On the Legal section, there were similar threads that have asked for the same thing. Just like this thread and read some insightful replies there which answer your question.

Go through each of the replies there, there were plenty of helpful explanations.
8196  Economy / Economics / Re: The President creates a "Ministery of Extraterrestrial Affairs" on: April 02, 2021, 07:38:17 PM
Is the idea about extraterrestrial and celestial bodies related to crypto? Elon Musk's SpaceX has an answer on that with his recent tweet about Dogecoin going to the moon.  Tongue

Funny though but that seems the connection of it.
8197  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can you help me ..? on: April 02, 2021, 06:51:29 PM
I just found out what Bitcoin is and how it can be used  Wink Wink . I want to buy bitcoin for him, but which bitcoin should I buy? Where best to follow the Bitcoin market. Can you write comments that might help me with these things?!  Huh Huh
You only buy BITCOIN with this symbol BTC with orange background on it. The other bitcoin's that you probably have seen are the bitcoin forks, you don't buy them like e.g Bitcoin Crush or any other names that are putting another name next to bitcoin just as Bitcoin + "another name". You don't buy them, only BITCOIN alone. The acronym is BTC = BITCOIN. No more, no less.
8198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Converting Bitcoins? on: April 02, 2021, 06:12:02 PM
Check your country's taxation rule. As for the other countries, you will be taxed no matter what you convert as long as your case and status are in profit.
Each country's taxation for crypto is different but there could be similarities, still check it first.
8199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: April 02, 2021, 04:56:02 PM
Ripple may not be preferred by the gambling sotes because I guess if a gambling site wants to add ripple then they need to get further licences and it applies to every centralized coins ( correct me if I am wrong).
They don't have to. There were casinos that have Ripple on their list, there's no list for such license, they only need to add just as how they've added the other coins on their supported/payment option.
Ohhh, I thought we need it for everything anyway if they want to add any project with stable value they need the license of fiat casino as well because the value is same as USD so they need both the license if they are operating from regulatory region.
Casinos really require to have a license before an operation, I don't know with stable coins but they're just the same as other cryptocurrencies. What's important for the license is their operation and they're licensed to operate from the government and as well as the gaming license.
8200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum to 100k? on: April 02, 2021, 04:09:38 PM
$100k is too high although Ethereum just reached $2k today, it has to break a lot of walls before going to $100k. That's one measure if we're going to talk about the possibility.
And also after the ETH 2.0, that's probably when Ethereum will break 6 digits and reach $10k first and so on and so forth. But what if after 2.0, that's the start of the bear market? we all don't know.

Not impossible for a small market cap coin to get 50x gains but definitely not easy for ETH to even get 5x to $10000.

That scenario can only happen if Bitcoin gets to $100,000 also though it is very difficult to see ETH gain even 10% of Bitcoin ATH as we have seen in 2017 when ETH did its best.
Within just a few years when we saw Eth at the bearish market, it did more than 10x. Yes, it won't be easy but we'll have to see that in the future, and for someone who holds ETH, the belief is there and that's the possibility that we're thinking about.
I like that to happen, bitcoin to $100k and ETH is probably on $10k or even for $5k that would be fine.
