I dont think there will be any problem for SOMA to get fundings. They already did good campaigning and promotions. I just think google ads and Youtube ads will boost the ICO.
What is the state of the ICO right now ? 8.181.417 SCT sold so far out of 54mill. well, thats a good number, if you think that the ico got extended and will be running for a couple of time  Let's hope they will get investments until the end of the ICO. I saw a lot of recent ICOs who got hardly any funds in the last days of their ICO. probably all because of the fukin forks that happend and upcoming segwit32x will not do better to the icos ><" i really hate those forks... everyone sells tokens/alts to go into btc... Yes they sell! But if you are a real altcoin lover you buy now Everything is so cheap now!! Easy profit after segwit2x Cant wait to see all the money goes back into altcoins! Good day pal, i think this project does not need a minimum cap anymore because it has collected quite a huge amount already due to the decision of the devs to postpone the ICO which has contributed a lot in the project because it was on the extension days that this project got even more noticed and managed to pull in a oretty good amount of investors. I agree, UTRUST can easily collect hard cap- dynamics of the popularity of the project is constantly growing, I think investors can buy all the tokens on the first day, 3 days left to start ICO For me they dont need to get the hard cap After ICO they will burn the tokens so less tokens in supply the greater the value I think everyone want to be part of this ICO! Woah, hold it! They are still checking, nothing is not settled yet. If UTrust tokens are considered securities it is a no-go for US investors. There is also a chance UTrust raises a red flag in the US because of "activities that relate to transactions that involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses". Then again there are also crypto exchanges in the US like Bittrex and Kraken. These tokens can't be considered securities, not so far anyway. I think I remember that the dev's made some research into this. There was some statement about this. Anyway if you want to participate in crowdsale then you can just use some VPN |

About UTRUST, I was very excited about the project at the beginning. Then I read the whitepaper and didnt get impressive, so now I have mixed feeling. Aren't there others projects trying to do the same?I didn't find any groundbreaking concepts. Ok 1% is quite low, but other than that, for example the observer/mediator (or whatever its called) supposedly looking over the chat dispute doesn't seem very scalable to paypal levels. Did I miss something? If the dispute was overlooked by an AI chat bot, I could see a lot of interesting opportunities. Obv, not implying this is easy by any means.
I agree with you that Utrust and other ICO has similarity. I guess each and every ICO has edge to one another that's why Utrust is very aggressive to market their product. Very good question. I don't want to let this question go off into the dozens of pages. Would love to hear an answer to this too this is not only a god question... it is a essential question for the sucess of the project - i did not find the strategy out jet This is only my opinion. Data from datum will be more obvious and more trusted, because the data owner knows that theyre selling it, not giving it for free. And little a little guess, i think datum will offer cheaper price than others. Well considering that the data will be more accurate and was given for the client with a payment and that the platform allows for the data to be cheaper and more accurate, that will make the data more appealing rather than facebook and google, where they just take the data and use it or sell it. I am not sure if this really will apply. I mean, first of all, I still think that Facebook, Google etc is in a position where they always can sell cheaper then all other. Second of all I think that companies are more happy with data batches instead of buying all the data they need one by one by one by one .... You know what I mean.
