821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One of the largest banks in France issues a token on Ethereum blockchain on: May 05, 2019, 07:43:39 PM
https://www.coindesk.com/societe-generales-work-with-public-ethereum-is-a-big-deal

What do you think of this? How much does eth benefit when a new token is issued on it's architecture. Does this have any influence on you wanting to buy into eth, or is it not a big deal?
Banks are gradually moving towards the adoption of the blockchain and very soon once the have the right team they may created they own blockchain instead of relying on the ethereuem blockchain for they token operations. But I don't think this will add much to the ethereuem market because it not a direct investment in the ethereuem market.
822  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get tokens listed on big exchanges on: May 05, 2019, 07:40:18 PM
as i know there is no faster way to get listed on the big exchange unless you are willing to pay
i found this post about listing fee for your coins to be listed on an exchange but i don't know if the info is correct or still same?

I found this thread very interesting and informative  Cheesy

This is info that i received in October 2018, so i don't know if the listing fees are still the same  Wink

Listing Price
Binance - 50 BTC
Poloniex - 30/50 BTC
COSS - 40 BTC
KuCoin - 30 BTC
HitBTC - 10/15 BTC
Cryptopia - 15 BTC
CoinExchange - 2/4 BTC
LiveCoin - 4 BTC
btc-alpha - 3 BTC
Meratox - 2 BTC
Crypto.bridge - 1 BTC
YoBit - 0.1/0.5 BTC
Stex - 0.08 BTC
Crex24 -  0.3 BTC
Even with payment of the listen fees you will still have to wait to go through all forms of documentation and finally getting approval the time it will take can not be speculated as it totally left for the exchange to decide. If your team and token is legit then you may get approved on time but if not you application may be decline at any time.
823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you buy lottery online in bitcoin payment? on: May 05, 2019, 07:13:57 PM
I just checked the website. So, the payment on the lottery ticket will be based on SPG token. How will winners receive their winnings? Will it be in SPG, BTC or direct fiat?

Going thru all this bring inconvenience to gamblers, there are lots of gambling sites with lottery, so would be better to think of something that would attract lottery players using your website.

Winners will receive their winnings in stablecoins(we use GUSD now). SPG is a token that we calculate your effort (generally, your order amount and your referral amount). And we'll pay rebate back to you after then(also in stablecoin). You can get some SPG after you place an order or referral a friend.

Thank you for your advice.
Why collect payment in bitcoin and then pay winners in your token why not the same bitcoin and if I buy a lottery ticket from your platform can I play it in another lottery sites or the ticket is mean for only your platform because you state lotteries ticket in your post.
824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Court issued an order for Craig Wright to produce his public bitcoin address on: May 05, 2019, 07:09:28 PM
The truth will be open to the whole world now as Craig will have to produced those documents to the court, if he is the real santoshi he should be able to provide those wallets but if otherwise then the whole world will know the fakesantoshi.
825  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 3 arrested in Bangladesh for merely trading Bitcoin on: May 05, 2019, 06:35:11 PM
“The gang sold bitcoins and other forms of web money to their particular customers.
“Digital currency transactions are functioned online where all information is kept secret. This type of digital currency is called cryptocurrency. “
Cryptography method is used for bitcoin exchange and the code used in this method is quite impossible to figure out, the SP added.
The funny thing that i found in the article is that, the authorities are claiming that it is impossible to figure out the transactions and yet they found those transactions and arrested three people. Are they trying to claim that they are intelligent enough and they can decipher anything which are quite impossible and i am not sure what all stories they are telling. The people who got arrested might have done something fishy, if not they wont get arrested like that and i am sure there are many people who are trading bitcoin from Bangladesh for years and now they are claiming that they arrested for trading bitcoin.
The issue is that those 3 arrested committed other crime apart, they can not be arrested for just trading bitcon or cryptocurrency because from the news it clear there were operating a fake site which is related to crypto which can also be used to fraud others which is illegal before the law.
826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A first person account of using Bitcoin in Venezuela on: May 05, 2019, 06:31:21 PM
My friend was talking about this possibility and I remain not to trust his opinion, now here everything I was really sure is just an assumptions and nothing have changed there. But, I think there are still positive impact for them even just a little.
Venezuela as a country is considered as one of the cryptocurrency friendly country and at the same time the cost of electricity in Venezuela is cheap at that it can be the best place for cryptocurrency mining but don't know about the ICT there that is another determining factor and also the law how the police operate and what is they mindset towards cryptocurrency.
827  Economy / Gambling / Re: Powerball, Mega Millions at MatchBillion.com - Millions in Jackpot + 2 BTC on: May 05, 2019, 06:08:15 PM
That's not the issue on here which its clearly been talked about on where those jackpot prizes had accumulated if the tokens are totally don't have value.
AFAIK, the team had already some talks in some exchange sites and they aiming to be listed in a good one and definitely not on dex though no certain date. I guess the team should clarify that.

I would agree that the issue of exchange should be a priority for the team to realize it soonest possible. Without an exchange, it leads winning into something meaningless as people can't cash them out, which leads into discouraging people for playing.

Based on the previous post by the admin, They are launching an IEO first to finance their platform. They already start asking for opinion for an IEO platform. So Exchange listing will probably come after their IEO Fund raising.
IEO have been the only option for new coins trying to come into the cryptocurrency industry to raise found since the ICO market have failed with lots of scam projects but in doing this we most take not of the exchange behind the coin because there are lots of exchange with fake volume.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you interested in knowing the real Satoshi? on: May 05, 2019, 06:04:04 PM
Do you really think the website will be able to review the real identity behind the name santoshi because many faces have come out to claim but all fail and at this moment am lead to believe that santoshi is me and you and the entire bitcoin community and it an acronym that refers to a group of people that believe in one system.
829  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Facebook bans Alex Jones and others on: May 05, 2019, 05:47:22 PM
All these sanctions reduce the sanctioner, and are often counter-productive by strengthening the sanctioned. Washington's actions are creating more problems for the US, than for Russia, China and many of the other countries it is attacking. The same seems to be happening with Facebook, YouTube, and the like.
The US have been known for creating war and solving them so all this are political jimix that is channel towards am individual and now dragging the ties between two country a part creating problems they might not be able to solve and also putting the whole country peace at risk.
830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins labelled a gambling device on: May 05, 2019, 05:43:06 PM
How can bitcoin be likened to a gambling device do we now play games on the bitcoin as a currency, the fact is bitcoin is a machine that is run by different components and all working toward the same direction. But were we are heading and were we will be in the future is unknown to all of us.
831  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blitzmoon.com provably fair game on: May 05, 2019, 05:25:12 PM
the blitzmoon.com provably fair game has updated.
it's more fun and has better performance. the new ratio for the prize is available now.
also, you can signup to get daily faucet and free initial credit to play blitzmoon.

let's play https://blitzmoon.com

I checked out the website. I like the design and that there's a tutorial that explains how to play. The demo version allows to experimentally place the bets and see how it goes, which is also good. I did not like that there was sound right after opening the website, and I wish the game had more animation. These space creatures are funny, but it would be more engaging if they were moving and, say, taking out the right number or something.
Your 'terms' page should definitely say more than it does, just look how it's usually done on other websites. I also did not see the house edge/transaction fee your website lives off, and it should be stated in the Terms or elsewhere. Apart from that, I think it's a downside that one can only register using existing social media accounts, rather than just an email. People might not want their gambling accounts to be linked with personal profiles.
I like the fact that there is tutorial already that serve as a guide to all our activities on the gambling site with games and deposits methods, but don't forget for a mobile version of the site which will allow plays to platton the go.
832  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Another conspiracy of Google hmm on: May 05, 2019, 05:20:37 PM
Its really scary, everyone is now using gmail, google chrome, and youtube.  I try to avoid using any google service but sometimes its really difficult not to.

I would not trust them, same thing with Facebook.  They will permanently store your data and sell it to the highest bidder.  They are also working with the US government no doubt.
I believe google is the internet and at that it products cover large portion of the internet they Google browser and Google play store for all android users and so many others product that make up most of the statistic of the internet.
833  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what type of ideas you should share here? on: May 05, 2019, 04:59:52 PM
I suggest to the OP to go around this community. We like to help newbie but we don't want to spoon feed them. So go to each respective boards explore, used the search function. If you still have doubts then ask, everyone here is helpful.
Very correct after all he can fine his/her way around on the forum rather then wanting to get a total package of the foundation of bitcoin on just one thread, you can fine all the information you are looking for in the various section of the forum. e.g if you want to get information about mining in the mining section.
834  Economy / Gambling / Re: CoinsGainer.com - provably fair multiplayer game of chance on: May 05, 2019, 04:54:40 PM
it will be hard to nearly impossible to compete with the likes of bustabit, for example, if you have no community built
and the number of players chatting doesn't look too encouraging ....

the dev should add a chatroom for players to chat with each other in their language, so an example like the picture above the dev should add Global and Russian Chat room
I think the same too they team should make a chat room on the site for user to be able to communicate with each other. Casinogainer is big enough to have such feature in they site or better still they have a forum main for the discussion.
835  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore on: May 05, 2019, 04:38:55 PM
because bitcoin prices dropped as a result no new rich people arrived suddenly. . . on the contrary, many people go bankrupt because they suffer losses ... haha haahaa
AFAIK this theory only applies to holdlers who are waiting for the price to grow their money while it's seated in the bank!

On the contrary Traders out there can make money and become rich from either bitcoins upward or downward price movement.
.
That is the fact we have two set of people in cryptocurrency those that hold bitcoin and expecting the proto rise before they sale and those that are the real users those traders that make profit from the price volatility. This set of traders are busy making huge profits while the market keep growing.
836  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin be worthless? on: May 05, 2019, 04:33:39 PM
I don't think there will ever be a time bitcoin will be worthless, bitcoin will forever be used be individuals and will continue to have high exchange value because bitcoin is a system that will be run in the blockchain.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto suffer from inflation? on: May 05, 2019, 02:09:35 PM
Most of the shit coins in the market today are already suffering from inflation because the coin supply is more then it demand and that always result into gradual decrease in the price and if care is not the most of them will still become worthless. But if a coin like bitcoin who have sustained is balance between it demands and supply it very difficult for it to be affected by inflation.
838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lil Pump now accepts Bitcoin as payment on: May 05, 2019, 02:02:00 PM
The entire entertainment industry is gradually moving towards adopting cryptocurrency as many music and movie stars are promoting the use of cryptocurrency, I hard Rick Rose is working on a new song and bitcoin and litecoin are mentioned all over the song lyrics. And now lil pump again this is really a great news.
839  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEtking.io on: May 05, 2019, 12:47:49 PM
BEtking.io is probably the most popular betting site. I've already heard of BEtking.io and it is well-reputed betting site. BEtking.io is the top-ranked betting site of this period which is probably the safest and best betting site. There are many facilities available to the player and the best experience of the player is given. I thought Betking.io was a good betting site and I have never heard of cheating about BEtking.io.
That is one thing we should be at home with in the gambling industry, no matter how reputed their are any thing can happen just like in the case of betking any site can go into exit that is certain but the team must try as much as possible not to exit with players found and avoid being tag as scam.
840  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crypto Millionaires on: May 05, 2019, 12:44:19 PM
How come none of the exchanges are in that list? Like Binance or Coinbase CEOs? Brain Armstrong's (Coinbase CEO) net worth is $1.3 billion and Binance's CEO Changpeng Zhao is also worth about $2 billion. This list is incorrect.
Even with the fact that this ranking of cryptocurrency millionaire are base on individuals and not group or institution the name of binance still come out on the list with ZHAO from binance in among the list of the millionaires. Even at this there are still other individuals who own cryptocurrency worth millions bit did not make the list die to the privacy nature of crypto.
