It was a productive day for Arsenal. They defeated Aston Villa 1-0 and got another important victory. It is important for them to keep the fourth place in the league table. And they are able to do this even though they have missing games to play. And tomorrow, I'll be looking forward to watching the Tottenham - West Ham game. It is also a game that is important for the challenge for the fourth place. Tottenham are the favourite side to win this game too. But it would be by a close gap even if they do it.
If only the perform like this since the beginning ... they might become a serious title contender and become a champion unexpectedly. Arsenal now 16 points behind the leader manchester city with 1 game in hand , that's an astonishing achievement though. What's the odds for arsenal to win the league with the current standing? Out of 8 games in the first leg we have 4 draws which will make the matches of the 2nd leg more interesting  Juve and Ajax missed 3 points, Chelsea winning isn't a surprise and ATM wasn't able to keep its advantage in its stadium today... So far, we have Real Madrid, Juve, Ajax, ATM/ManU at risk of quitting in case of a (surprising) defeat! Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool played successful first leg matches. However, Manchester United failed to deliver what was expected. It doesn't surprise me anymore to see 4 English teams in the last 16 of the champions league. They are truly in the best places in world football. Let's see what Manchester United will do in the return match. If they are successful, the 4 teams that are probably among the last 8 teams will be English teams. In the last few years English teams seems dominated champion league competition it proven that almost every season there always be English teams who at least went to knockout phase and for this season if these 4 teams could able went to quarterfinal it could be good achievement however for Man Utd I'm sure for second leg they will do more and they have good opportunity went to quarterfinal especially playing for home ground match at Old trafford Manchester United ere showing more solidity in the champions league as it still their last thing to play for, its treu that its very hard for them to get the title but why not qualifying to the quarter or semi final and did some great matches, i think this will be very motivating for the team and their new trainer |

I think Barcelona gave the squad and attacking players to unlock this Napoli defence, since Xavi Hernandez came they have been lot of improvement in the Barcelona attack,he has brought the team back to top four in the league now with the added players that came at January ( Aubameyang, Adama Traore) not forgetting that they didn't allow dembele to leave so there is enough fire power In the attack.
I think the same thing especially for now they are more coordinated in attack and their tiki taka is slowly returning after a long absence. I think the strategy will still be the same as in the first leg, they will try to hold the ball longer and create a bait so that Napoli players get out of their defense zone because in the first leg Napoli only secure their territory and rarely counterattack Regardless the first leg i believe Barcelona would be able to beat napoli on this match and get the qualification if they will play all for the attack cause if they score 2 goals, receiving 2 goals will not be a problem and they will qualify this is why i believe that Barcelona will play all their offensive cards, scoring a goal in the first 30 minutes will make things easier and easier for them and that what they will try to do for sure |

Tottenham are rising in the standings finally thanks to their new coach Antonio Conte. And as I can see, they have a really comfortable match waiting for them tomorrow evening. They are going to be hosting Crystal Palace. And Crystal Palace have been in a really bad shape nowadays. They managed to win only one time in their last five matches and lost three of the rest. Maybe there is not a big gap between Tottenham and them (6 pts) but Tottenham still should be able to destroy them. They can prove their quality and determination again by doing it.

If the Spurs were a bit careless, Saha and the friend will make them surprised. Tottenham must have to watch out for the Crystal Palace wings when they want to not draw. We see an Inter - Milan rivalry again for being the champions of the Serie A. We witnessed this in the last season and Inter started pulling away a lot after a point. This time, Milan will focus on not letting the same thing happen again consecutively. As they are out of the European tournaments now too, their main focus is going to be the Serie A of course. While Inter have the Champions League to focus on also, I hope that Milan could benefit from it and we can see a different title winner this time.

Hardly anyone seriously perceived Sevilla as a real rival of Real - they do not have enough strength to go through the entire season exactly. The only potential competitor was Atlético, but it unexpectedly fell into the middle of the standings in just a few matches and ended up next to Barcelona.
As for the odds for Barcelona, they have really grown fantastically, the problem is that Barcelona is playing according to these odds.
This won't be real Madrid great season at all but a season where Sevilla is looking as beginning there closest rival then you can understand the situation of Barcelona and Atletico madrid, I think it's been a poor laliga season thiay affect view finances the league usually gets when most recently Barcelona had Messi, I don't have interest to watch any laliga match not even if it's the el-classico. For tomorrow's matches, my favorites are West Ham United, Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City. I think these teams will win their games. I'm not so sure about Chelsea. I wish everyone was healthy and some matches weren't postponed. The balances in the league will change due to match deficiencies. Manchester City can open the points gap with Liverpool and gain the psychological advantage. I agree with the 4 team you mentioned above, they are favorite to win their respective match but I have a little doubt on West Ham considering they haven't been good enough in the last few match. One of the most interesting matches tomorrow will be the match between Manchester City vs Leicester. I think it will be the most interesting game among the match involving Arsenal, Tottenham or West Ham. City are favorites in that match, I'm not sure about many goals but more than 3 goals is possible. Is a London derby so is going to be a difficult game,but I think spurs will still win the game because they are in form and the style of Patrick Viera we leave a lot of space for Antonio Conte to penetrate, the match will be exciting for the neutrals that's for sure, and I we like to know if Antonio Conte will go with Alli or he will consider his favourite three Son,Kane and Lucas Moura.

Sociedad's 1-0 defeat to Espanyol opened up a big enough chance for Atletico Madrid to break into second place if they beat Cadiz tonight, but they also hope that Real Madrid can beat Sevilla, on paper Atletico Madrid's chances of getting three points are very wide open because the opponent Cadiz is facing is in the bottom half of the table at the moment.

Chelsea looked much stronger than Man U, but in this match there was no miracle in the final seconds, although the defender could easily have scored! Man U did well to take advantage of what was probably the only good chance they had and scored a goal thanks to a mistake by Chelsea!
Nothing like stronger team when it comes to top team matches, the final score matter most, a team can play badly and win while the better side with good ball possession, shots on goals, many corner kicks etc might eventually lose or draw, statistically in today's match Chelsea has it all to their advantage, Man Utd were tactical displined curtailed all Chelsea attacks though with less ball possessions but took their chance and scored Fred could have added the second goal but misfired, I think it's a good performance by Man Utd. I agree with you and i see that the first carrick match wasn't bad at all, Chelsea was very close to add the second goal in the last minutes by rudiger but the chance wae in Manchester United Side Let's see what the old United player can do with the club in the next rounds |
