Numerous users have expressed interest, this remains open as of today June 15, until the bot has been received. Currently I'm on my phone as I'm travelling but within twelve hours I'll send out information to all who have posted above
822  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 5 reasons for global marijuana legalization on: June 13, 2016, 11:28:10 AM
"Kids these days" think marijuana is the best cure for everything from depression to cancer. Once it's legal, you won't have to go somewhere on a back alley to get some harmless weed while some dude tells you it's the end of all evil and wars, you will talk to your doctor and he will tell you it might be good for cancer treatment side-effects, but not if you smoke it mixed with tobacco. It's good against seizures but not against panic attacks and anxiety. Once they legalize it, scientists can actually play myth busters with it once and for all. I'm tired of all the weed mythology that goes around everywhere.

Marijuana is not a magical cure for cancer. Right now, there are no effective medications for cancer. You need to burn the tumor with radiation, or cut it off through surgery. However, taking marijuana can lessen the pain which results from cancer, and can be very useful for patients suffering from end stage cancer.

I have also heard that it stimulates appetite in patients when radiation from the chemo makes them lose it. The same goes for aids medication. Maybe it is not about one or the other but how they can be used jointly (pun intended)
823  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Shooting erupts at Florida gay nightclub, 'multiple injuries': police on: June 13, 2016, 11:22:28 AM
Florida is so shit in terms of civil rights, just like Texas.

Why do you want to mention civil rights in this topic? The attacker was an Afghan Muslim, and the majority of the victims were white. Now what this has to do with civil rights? What is the relation between civil rights and ISIS (which claimed the responsibility for the attack a few hours ago)? Race was not a major factor here.

Civil rights are about rights for LGBT people too - interesting that you assumed it was purely about race. Some of the victims were black. Note also how some of the Christian groups have been cheering these deaths. Also, the attacker was born in the USA - American born people getting access to guns and going on shoot-outs, where have we seen this movie before?

At the aurora theater I reckon!
824  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Shooting erupts at Florida gay nightclub, 'multiple injuries': police on: June 13, 2016, 07:21:50 AM
Not the worst mass shooting in US history. To state that is to project gross ignorance about Native tribe genocides. Also, the shooter was a US citizen so this was clearly an act of domestic terrorism. The guy was visited by the fbi twice and they knew he was linked to isis but didn't do shit. If their governmental regulation didn't work those two times, why do liberals think it would work for gun control?
825  Other / Meta / Re: Members with many accounts on: June 13, 2016, 07:18:25 AM
There are folks on Bitcointalk who have 2,3,5,10 or even 15 accounts and more. There are many reasons to have a bunch of accounts, fun, propaganda, signature campaigns, schizophrenia &c., you name it.

This forum is very liberal. Do you supports the forum's decision to allow this practice?

AD campaigners especially with multiple accounts are just filling the forum with dribble

somethings needs to be done asap

Surely, every post adds something to the discussion, just that, here, it's mostly garbage of entertainment value, especially in the gambling section. So many repeat threads of "if you.. What would you do"

Thank you! This needs to be point number 6. It will reduce stigma and common misconceptions about marijuana, this is the realistic end goal.

if OP can provide the signed message, I will offer 0.1 BTC for the account Wink

That is way too low. I really do not like the idea of reducing accounts to mere pennies.

ISIS has moral principles rooted in homophobia and misogyny, as well as anti liberalism, just like the far right at home. It has everything to do with civil rights.
829  Other / Meta / Re: Members with many accounts on: June 13, 2016, 04:57:50 AM
This guy has accused me of buying this account to support scams. Throughout my time here at bitcointalk, I have been very consistent with my posting style throughout, mainly political satire, humor and psychology based. Yes, I participated in a bid to but a cheap bitcointalk account, but that was done for trading and reselling purposes. It's shameful it was used to try and impugn my integrity. I just thought I'd make this post in my defense.
830  Other / Meta / Re: Members with many accounts on: June 12, 2016, 02:05:33 PM
Please, everybody knows how to use a VPN, we're on Bitcointalk, for Christ's sake.

I'm sure you'd know it better.Your's is a bought account anyway, account sold to you in February. Its ironic how the post is about people like yo endorsing scams around the forum by selling/buying of accounts and you have guts to post here.
Seems like you lost this auction for a Hero Account here.
Not really, 0.055

Yeah, I have never bought accounts, if you read the post right below it you would find out why. I cannot afford that shit, not with BTC no.

But hey, if we're going to play this game, then you should be a lot more shady to have searched the forums for auctions like those.

Let me just tell you that I am the rightful owner of this account. The email address has been assigned to my name before you were even around. Awesome31312 has been my alias everywhere.

I like how you make assumptions about my account or myself, I have barely exchanged goods and services here on Bitcointalk. Nice try though. February, where did you even get that from?
831  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Muslim Bitcoiner on: June 12, 2016, 02:02:36 PM
Assalamualaikum everyone..
I am Muslim and i have been using bitcoin for several months. I just learn bitcoin and i saw many a lot of devious scheme to earn bitcoin. Just like HYIP, PONZI, Gambling, Bet etc.I am very afraid of RIBA. therefore, for guidance and assistance will be appretiated

Thanks Grin Grin Grin

Certainly a lot of scams out here in the bitcoin world. definitely do your research before you invest in any of the investment companies. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

Bitcoin promotes multiculturalism as well, so there is no discrimination against any race or religion.

Of course, it's money. Money does not discriminate Cheesy

Also your blockchain data is waaaay off.

First update Bitcoin, start Bitcoin-Qt and let it sync with the network.

Next, grab Armory 0.94.1 and install it. Delete the content of your database folder (C:\Users\DELL\AppData\Roaming\Armory\databases) then start Armory.

Will that erase my coins?
833  Economy / Services / Re: YoBit.Net - Signature Campaign - Realtime Payouts (daily) on: June 12, 2016, 01:46:26 PM
Campaign status seems to be great right now. Payment is stable, as are withdrawals, and so is post counting. No issues for me at least. Joining is recommended.

Hey, welcome back! We are glad you are here and were able to recover your account

It is trivial for someone to avoid detection of being an alt of another account, even by an experienced administrator with access to IP/browser information. Without going into detail as to how to avoid detection,

Please, everybody knows how to use a VPN, we're on Bitcointalk, for Christ's sake.
Maybe not how to use a VPN in a way to avoid as appearing to be the same user as when you connected to the forum at another time.

Also there are a very large number of people on here that have very bad security practices.

That is true, however, a large portion of Bitcoin users spend time on TOR. I do not use a VPN, I am very transparent as to where I live as well as my activities. However, there was a time when I made an anonymous post using a new account. It is possible to do it, most are just too lazy to.
836  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: June 12, 2016, 09:24:43 AM
Depends on how many Bitcoins. There are too many people, good thing Bitcoin can account for hyperinflation.

can we please move this thread somewhere else

religion has no place here.

That is interesting because I mentioned opening up a subsection of religion and spirituality in the politics and society section, but no one wanted to agree with my suggestion. With nowhere else to post, the forums will remain shitty and disorganized.
