821  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 22, 2022, 04:22:45 PM

Depending where you live it's hard to imagine someone could live without a smartphone and internet connection nowadays, but it's still the reality of some regions in the world. I know people who are active negotiators and deal with goods and paper money all day long, but have no idea of how to use a smartphone or any device of this kind, sometimes because they have low financial standards, and on another cases it's a cultural matter, especially among elders. Definitely, these people couldn't be integrated to a cashless society, so governments aren't going to apply this measure soon. Maybe for the future generations it will possible.
But for the world to go cashless. This is hardest thing. I am not sure how it would happen, but here in our region most of the people don't have smartphones.
The internet connection and the literacy are the main problem.
822  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 20, 2022, 10:06:10 AM
If we really embrace cashless policy, there wil be an Economic Disparity. If the standard payment technique gets changed into the cashless system completely, the chances are that purchasing smartphones or devices for example will become necessary. In a country like India, where many citizens endeavor to provide for their daily food and necessities, purchasing a smartphone is most definitely a luxury these poor sections cannot afford. If cashless acquisition becomes the standard rule, then inequality can be seen in society because not everyone can afford it.
Maybe in a coming day and in near future we will adapt that in our region.
But yes - the point you have mentioned that that for the poor people it is difficult to buy a smart phone. That is the issue. And on the other hand illiteracy is also a serious issue.
823  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 20, 2022, 09:57:56 AM
The other day I heard sad news from my friend that he is borrowing from various sources from relatives and now cannot pay. Even though he has also been in this market for many years, I feel the temptation of money and wealth is scary. For many people, there is no end to the satisfaction with what they earn and then fall into financial debt. For me, the balance in life as well as investments requires thinking more carefully when you act. It will affect your life as well as your family's. Through that friend's story, I also hope many of us also need to re-evaluate what we are doing with this market.
Yes - I agree with it. We want to gain money and then we end up in nothing.
So its better not to lend money. I have my rules set straight - I don't lend money and I don't borrow money.
824  Economy / Economics / Re: Where should I invest? on: June 20, 2022, 09:53:23 AM

We must be smart in managing finances and one of the results from the signature campaign is used to open a business,
We have to appreciate things like that and we need examples too.
The most important thing is don't waste money on things you don't need before you really regret it in the end
Look into the local opportunities. You can always look for the gaps and fill them.
Also if you are lucky enough you can invest in the crypto as well. But I have suffered huge loss in crypto so I may not dare to do it again. I took out my money invested in property.
825  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will Replace Russian Gas Supplies to Europe? on: June 20, 2022, 09:40:53 AM

This was actually started by Iran years before Russia even thought of it. Right now we are discussing usage of a new currency among the Eastern block that could be something similar to euro.
The country is either Sovereign or Colony. I think the statement which Russians issue have a a great message.
What EU has done - without realizing what disaster they have done to the world.
826  Economy / Economics / Re: Apple wants to replace all passwords with biometrics on: June 20, 2022, 09:11:51 AM
So, if I want to share my password with someone I would need to cut my head or fingers and pass it over?  Grin

Biometrics is considered as of now slightly less secure than other methods of protection, I would not like to loose my user / pass access, old style, that, until now, has given me zero problems other than an occasional need to reset the passwords and the like.
If apple makes it a rule - than obviously people will do it.
But I am not sure why would they want to go to biometric since that might not be possible for the other regions. However may be in coming future they manage to do it.
827  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there a place in the world you could live like a king via sig campaigns? on: June 20, 2022, 09:09:32 AM
Lets imagine The Pharmacist chooses Indonesia as a place to live his next 5-10 years. Obviously, he wont be spending his whole time vising sightseen place. One day he will figure out, that he should have a money pillow, in case signature campaign puts on a pause or ends. What job as a foreigner can he get quickly in Indonesia, besides becoming a freelancer? Is it easy for an English speaking person to get a highly paid job (more than "$80 every week")?
Indonesia is a progressing country - people like going there. They have tourism and they have beautiful sites
If someone from the west moves there. and get money from the gov they will be able to happily make there living there.
828  Economy / Economics / Re: You win or you learn. on: June 20, 2022, 09:06:30 AM
I’m a fan of that book too and I can relate on your experience. I remember when I start in Bitcoin and doing faucet and revshare, I don't have anything except my girlfriend laptop that lend me every weekends when we have no class, I’m college student at that time and literally broke as fuck because my family is not that reach while I’m studying on a university.

To make the story short, I earn massive profit on 2017 bull run and manage to take profit that I still benefited until now but I lose almost 70% of my original profit due to poor risk management. I admit that it was very easy to purchase shitcoins without doing research if you are joyful on the profit that you get in short term investment. You will just realize how foolish your action when you lose all the money that you earn.
This is exactly like the same quote - some people came as blessing and others as lesson.
But there are a very few who actually learn the lesson - other make the same mistakes over and again.
829  Economy / Economics / Re: World are going to WEB 5.0? What is WEB 5.0? on: June 20, 2022, 09:02:29 AM

If so,what's the difference to web 3.0 then? Is it for the sake of better name and assumption of better usability? Even now,web 3.0 is still in development and we don't see any solid feature that make it better from the web 2.0 that we use now.For now, just wait and don't jump to this kind of bs project with no certainty.
If there are rumors of web 5 then something is surly coming up. The web is making so much development and the things are beyond our imagination.
But I agree to the OP - the data of the person is in third party hand. We are so much exposed to the other parties that we have no idea. Has anyone watched Snowden?
830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 20, 2022, 08:56:09 AM

Even if that's the case, professional players take care of their status. No mafia or higher-ups can influence them. That will result in the permanent removal of their status as a player and maybe, a lifetime ban from participating again in any sports.
That is correct - MAfia has their own role to play - even if there are strict rules about them- they will find the ways to make the black money white.
However talking about the OP - I cannot make a guess. Every time I did that in the past. I lost miserably so I decided not to do it anytime sooner.
831  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: June 20, 2022, 08:53:48 AM

Brand name is just an ideal for the existing name that is already created a good reputation in the industry and this is gambling platform there's no franchise of the gambling right here that's why if you want to become a known brand you need to give the highest of the best quality of services to the players which is surpass other platform by that the users will see that you are one of the most reputable. Brand name will become useless if you have a poor quality of services.
Gambling can very be a way to earn income - since I belong to that religious group who don't gamble. For us drinking alcohol and gambling is considered as sin and there are big punishments. Those who do it - they do it in hiding and they know if they got caught they will be in serious trouble.
832  Economy / Economics / Re: From Sideways to Downhill on: June 20, 2022, 08:50:13 AM
After a string of happy times with easy returns in this and many other financial markets, perhaps the hard times are just beginning. Although I am also very optimistic about the future, I have witnessed some horrible cases in the past with some big projects in this market. I am calmly reviewing the strategy to be able to return to investing with it.
In each different period, we will see opportunities as well as risks, and for me personally, this is not an ideal period when the panic and anxiety of many people who are losing money with it is present. The worst could be on the way and then the chance that I really think.
Now here in our country people are very worried about the stock market - there are not very particular about investing into the big projects.
The market won't get stable very soon and people and investor are planning accordingly. Wish and hope the things get better soon.
833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 19, 2022, 08:54:25 PM
We often hear that life is like a spinning wheel. Sometimes you are at the bottom and sometimes you are at the top. The principle is the same as what we do in investing in bitcoin or any other investment.
and the position of the bitcoin price is currently down and all you need to do is hold it firmly and let the price rise again even if it takes an unpredictable time.
and it's good to use it to make purchases gradually as long as it goes down to grow holdings and hold them, so no need to worry because what happened to bitcoin is bound to happen again, and those with weak hands from not having much previous experience.
Things will not get better but we will get used to them.
Everytime people speak about inflation - they shout and then they get used to it. This seem like a regular practice.
834  Economy / Economics / Re: Wheat War I is going to be World War III on: June 19, 2022, 08:35:24 PM

I would not hope for these crops. Perhaps by the end of the summer only ashes will remain of them. There is a war on the territory of this country and there is no guarantee that the crop will be able to save. It is surprising that Ukraine sends its grain to other countries. It's too complicated for me to understand Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Everything will be fine. There will be no crisis. Hardly it happens that food crisis happen. Even of does. There are always help available and also there are already so much alternative available that people would make sure things won't get out of control.
835  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: friendly and profitable board for beginners, have you realized it? on: June 19, 2022, 02:09:12 PM
Since our beliefs are bit religious and we believe in the presence of power above us. We seek help from Him.
Than we work hard and try to be honest and give our best. Rest we leave it up to God.
For those who are starting gambling - they should do their research and believe in themselves and give their best.
It is better to work hard and try to make money through other avenues that are not related to gambling than to try to make money from gambling. It will be better for us because at least we don't lose money before we can make money. Those who start gambling should not rely too much on gambling because it will not be easy and we don't know when we can start making money from gambling.
THe best practice is to search a good venture - think 1000 times before investing - but once you do.  Don't give up hope. And believe in yourself.
I remember in 2020 I suggested my friends to make an online platform for the artist - everyone made fun - who will study online - I gave up hope. After 6 months - during COVID the whole world turned to online. I repent for giving up on my dreams.
836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 19, 2022, 01:50:48 PM
There are sports that are easier to fix.  Those that rely on judges is the best candidate.  Aside from that, there are seldom instances where a referee's call is out of the blue.  It is either someone bought that referee or it is part of the sports commission's plan to support or build up a certain team or player.

I think it makes no sense to have a judge involved in the conspiracy, because if his decisions are obviously unfair, it will cause a scandal. Usually, fixed games take place in sports where not teams but individual players compete - table tennis, tennis, chess, etc. Unexpected results can be explained here by many logical reasons such as poor form or microtrauma.
earlier when there was less technology - people were very sure to tell. The matches are fixed. But now even the players have become smarts and know ways to do the stuff. Now it is hard to tell if it is fixed or not. However I am not much smart to judge it.
837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 18, 2022, 03:59:25 PM
Without a doubt it is easier to fix a match in which a single individual is facing another than those in which  a whole team needs to be convinced about throwing the game way, so sports like boxing and tennis are perfect for those that like to fix matches, however this does not mean that team sports are exempt of this, as we have seen many examples of this in the past, and those are only the cases we know something about, and it is very likely there are many more undisclosed cases we have never hear about.
I am not good in foreseeing -  so I particularly don't try to make bets over this.
Whenever  I did - I lost the bet. So I have stopped doing it.
838  Economy / Economics / Re: From Sideways to Downhill on: June 18, 2022, 03:53:58 PM
Wait. Be patient. That's all you can do if you are a long term investor. Just don't look at the market for now if you cannot take it.
This will happen eventually and it's always just a question of "when?". We didn't know. No one knows. There might be those analysts that made the right prediction but those are guesses which doesn't have 100 percent accuracy.
The other thing you could do is buy more for a cheaper price then be patient again.
The inflation has made the life difficult for everyone. So the life is going downhill for everyone.
The rise in petrol prices and the hike in the prices of everyday items has been done in our country. Don't know how we will be able to survive the inflation.
839  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I survive in a place where BTC is restricted? on: June 18, 2022, 03:45:20 PM
The truth is that every country's legality is different, it's hard to say that Bitcoin is profitable. Meanwhile, today BTC is experiencing a deep decline. Then, for people who are really addicted to Cryptocurrencies, it becomes a common thing. For example, in my country, Crypto legality is only limited to digital assets, it does not apply to trade for daily needs and I accept the rule. I don't know when, Crypto will be accepted in any country.
That is correct. And in most of the counties this crypto is banned. When government wants to have strong control over the people.
But the best option for the user to survive is having peer to peer transaction. We do the same for paypal because - paypal in banned in our country.
840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can You See Or Tell If A Fight Or Event Is Fix ? on: June 15, 2022, 08:48:54 PM

More on that side, if there's are facilitators to rigged that kind of series, I'm sure they will aimed for longer series as they can suck more money out from each game that they are facilitating, we can only speculate but there's no way that we can prove it, even there are rumors that being exposed on the social media outlets, the league officiating can manage to fix or hide it, not saying with any proof just an opinion.

Game fixing is always part of any sports in terms of rumors activities, but proving it is something that is really tough to expose.

I have a very poor farsightedness. Everytime I make a guess and give my bet. I loose - I lose terribly.
SO I no longer bet now. ANd no I cannot tell whether the match is fixed or not.
