823  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bitcoin bubble is broken or not on: June 21, 2018, 04:20:10 AM
Let me remind you that it went up to 20,000 dollars. A lot of people bought it at that price and they will wait to collect their profits for as long as the Bitcoin network is functioning. They will hold it. The supply of Bitcoin in exchanges will be low. So bidders will bid for supply at a very high price. That is the dynamics of pricing. You don't even know the difference between a bubble and price mechanisms/dynamics.

Bitcoin was $1 in year 2009. It looks super-HYIP in disguise. How did Bitcoin get $350,000,000,000, I fail to understand  Huh

1500% or 2000% profit in 15 years look OK.
824  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: June 21, 2018, 04:13:38 AM
If your objective investment of gold to get more HUGE money . gold is not an option because that is not the purpose of gold and its not worth to do.

I am happy with 10% to 15% p.a safe and guaranteed profits/interest for next 50 years which gold is famous for
825  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bitcoin bubble is broken or not on: June 21, 2018, 01:04:02 AM
$6000 is lots of money. If  Bitcoin goes to $12000. That is 100% profit only. That's how bubble burst.

There are more sellers at $8,000 but who will buy 1 Bitcoin for $8,000
826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcointalk.org user loses $2,000,000 in Bitcoin on: June 21, 2018, 01:01:19 AM
is it real news? or not? less bitcoing on the earth, more value for the price, imagine in the long future, like 20% of them will lost forever, and not possible to recover them.

People are not reading bitcointalk.org ??
827  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: June 21, 2018, 12:59:56 AM
Correct. They are safer than crypto but  what about the returns. The comparison OP did is based on just aspect which is not fair.

There have been 5904 bank frauds in India in first 3 months of 2018. Source CNBC TV18

The biggest bank fraud is Punjab National Bank (PNB) and billionaire Nirav Modi where PNB was scammed of $2,000,000,000 by Nirav Modi.

Banks give less than 5% interest on deposits and then they lose $2 billion to a scammer.

830  Economy / Economics / Re: China tells people to buy gold & silver on: June 20, 2018, 03:18:51 PM
I'm guessing it is because they have a large amount of reserves and they are worried that people will switch from metals to digital currencies instead. This is going to be the new trend, as crypto is more profitable to experienced traders.

Do you know the fact that a country's Fiat currency is directly related to the amount of GOLD deposits held by the Central Bank,
So basically if a country estimates $ X worth of paper money, it's backed by $ X worth of Gold. So buying Gold is always better than on bank deposits
831  Economy / Economics / Re: 5904 banks frauds in 3 months in India on: June 20, 2018, 10:21:39 AM
Two billion dollars is not a small amount that to be earned by scammers and this is a big new in regarding to banking industries that this easyay they have lost two billion but why dont have any links of proof bout this issue since this is a serious matter and must be tackled.

I saw on TV "5904 bank frauds in FY18". It was on CNBC TV18 and I shared/posted it here since this is economics section.

Bitcoin has become just a speculative asset where people say $20,000 or $30,000 for those high profits. It looks like hidden ponzi/HYIP
834  Economy / Economics / Re: 9/11 terrorist attacks and money wasted on movies on: June 19, 2018, 06:57:22 PM
Movies are a big part of the economy. Not only the producers but also lot of merchandise of many kinds are introduced focusing on a movie. People still pay lots of money to watch these films. And sadly, this nonsense actions are the one who attracts more customers or viewers. This is all good business.

How many movie watchers and other people died in 9/11 attacks because Superman or batman or Rambo did not come to help them when USA was under attack on 09/11/2001 ??
835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 650,000 Bitcoins got lost from Blockchain ? on: June 19, 2018, 06:25:28 PM
It is just a known number from single source but the real number of lost Bitcoin is much more than this number. We don't have the mass awareness regarding the usage precautions while using cryptocurrencies and hence some people make mistakes resulting in a irrecoverable loss. Even there are theories claiming that Satoshi's Bitcoins are lost but that must be the different case.

Blockchain technology can be trusted ?? Is it reliable and 100% secure/safe ??
836  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Cryptos turn USA into third world country? on: June 19, 2018, 06:23:24 PM
Only 8% Americans or 25,000,000 Americans have Bitcoin and bitcoin growth has stopped after super-HYIP profits of $1 to $10,000
837  Economy / Speculation / Re: This price drop has occured before on: June 19, 2018, 06:21:05 PM
World Cup 2018! Thats it

839  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: June 19, 2018, 05:34:03 PM
I prefer saving my money in the bank. At first i dont want to keep money or having gold and silver because it easy to steal. And i dont trust the people around me. It is safer to deposit it in the banks.

You can store gold and silver in bank lockers or vaults owned by gold and silver dealers in other countries.
840  Economy / Speculation / Re: Oh My God, What Happened to Bitcoin? on: June 19, 2018, 04:28:57 PM
Bitcoin is at a great danger and it is a serious matter to be discussed. I hope bitcoin can recover and will able to solve the problem in no time.

Bitcoin can go to $0 because Bitcoin is creating money from thin air.
