821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple will Die on: December 26, 2018, 10:35:25 PM
XRP is not likely going to die, because it has got a lot of supports. Although, I do not know what will happen in future, but I do not see any imminent death. Most especially now that it has been added as trade base pair on some exchanges, most especially binance. It might give it more leverage to continue to grow. Although, whenever I remember it is centralized, then I turn my face away from the direction.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not give up, you can still make it on: December 22, 2018, 11:37:08 AM
This is an encourage those who have lost hope and the market is gradually becoming encouraging.
Rewards are still being paid and many projects are managing to list on exchange sites, even in the bear. Presently, the market is tending towards recovery and this might span through early next year. If there is no break again, we might likely move into bullish market.
Giving up is not the solution.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this a good sign for ethereum on: December 22, 2018, 10:55:10 AM
It's good to see that Brazil is o e of the countries that will bring good impact, not just to ethereum, but also to the crypto space in entirety. It's a good development and this might make ethereum to have more adoptions in future.
We have seen ethereum plummet over time, but it is presently picking up. If this continues there might be so many who would want to use the platform of eth.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lesson from bear market on: December 22, 2018, 10:05:15 AM
A close watch on the market is very important, followed by swift action. The mistake some people are making is that, they invest in a project, forget about it by not looking at what is happening for a very long time. By the tine they come back to check after a long time, it is something else they would meet. This sometimes happens when the person has invested in a shit coin. Cryptocurrency is volatile, so anything can happen.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptoworld is all encompassing on: December 22, 2018, 09:54:06 AM
I am amazed at the rate at which cryptocurrency is going, most especially blockchain technology. Owing to the fact that the two work hand in hand, if the one is growing, the other will also do the same. Many countries are now seeing how they can make use of blockchain, to harness the the development and growth process, most especially the economy of their countries and some are already doing that.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Instructions are Extremely Important on: December 22, 2018, 09:50:19 AM
OP, you are right and the point driven is very much important. It is like acting as an ambassador and yet, the person is not representing well and in a way tarnishing the image of the project.
I would also like to add that, every one involved in a project, be it the bounty participant, the manager, the team and other, have their respective roles to play when it comes to adhering instruction.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple Recover? on: December 22, 2018, 09:22:46 AM
There are two different school of thoughts on ripple, but almost everyone knows it will rise. If government should eventually have their ways on cryptocurrency and centralize crypto, ripple would rise, since it is already a centralized coin. Although, thus nature of his is what is causing controversy, because the team behind it own the bulk of it and they may likely dump it at anytime.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ICOs should be protected from dump on: December 22, 2018, 08:22:45 AM
The proposed measures, I think, are partially unreal, and in another part they will not give the expected effect. What is the use of freezing tokens received by investors? As soon as they are unfrozen, the token will immediately fall in price. On one ICO, I saw a good option in this regard: they indicate in advance that the tokens for investors will be frozen for three, six and nine months depending on the percentage of the bonus received. The higher the discount percentage, the longer the freezing period of the token. This option of freezing is likely to bring some results.
With respect to bounty hunters, there should be no KYC checks. This is illegal and has no effect. At the same time, it is a good tool for ICO teams, so that a significant proportion of bounty hunters do not pay out the tokens they have earned.
Freezing of tokens does work. When tokens are locked and released gradually, it makes it better. It is not as if tokens will not or do not dump, but one of the strategies to prevent serious dump, is the gradually release of bonus. Over time, i have noticed that the bonuses given out during investment, sometimes gives investors more reasons to sell below ICO price, because they have something to fall back on.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not give up, you can still make it on: December 21, 2018, 11:59:06 PM
One of the morale boosters as bounty hunters is when you get the reward of your participation in bounty.

Some people have given different testimonies of their earnings so far and you some times ask yourself, "Will it be possible for me to earn that much?"

You might be facing some challenges now, such that the ICO you are promoting is taking a long time; you are not being paid early enough or not seeing your tokens list on exchange and sometimes falling victim of scam project. All these might make you think of quitting, like i have seen some done.

One thing i want you to know is that, this is one of the best times you should not quit, because some cheaters have been discouraged from cheating with multiple accounts and now find it hard to cheat.

Aside every other things too, an accumulated work done can bring about accumulated reward.

By the time you begin to reap the harvest of the works you have done, it might seem like a dream.
Yes mate, giving up is like saying you have lost, but staying to achieve your goals, shows how strong and resilient you. Cryptocurrency sometimes can be very different from the angle we are seeing it from, which is why we do not need to relent.
Not everyone knew there would be improvement at this time and that is why no matter what is happening, we should also look at things from the positive side.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook to Develop its Own Stablecoin on: December 21, 2018, 11:56:46 PM

mass adoptions in crypto is on its way  Wink
I have been reading and hearing about Facebook lunching her own coins, but it is yet to happen. Seeing this now, i asked myself, when it will come up. Well, let's see if that will happen. Such coin might be centralized, except there they are looking at it from a different angle.
The only thing that might make me to trust it, is because of the integrity Mark has built over time.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ICOs should be protected from dump on: December 21, 2018, 11:52:23 PM
Yes mate, you have made good points, most especially point no. 7. I came across an ICO that used that strategy and I believe ut will work well for it. Although, the supply is high and with such, that is what will help and prevent it from dumping. When the team of a project understand the market and know the approach useful to prevent unnecessary backdrop of the project, then the better.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves will replace ethereum on: December 21, 2018, 11:48:38 PM
a lot of good news coming in wavesplatform
in the last few days, waves price growing hardly, even rise more than 100% my friend

is this a sign if waves will be the next ethereum ?

There is no sign in it. That a coin is mooning, does not mean it is better than a coin with lots of uses. Considering the fact that it is used by ICOs alone for smart contract, is enough to overthrown waves. Although, waves' platform is also used by ICOs, but not as much as ethereum. Ethereum has got a good value and not just price in this case. I still believe it will also rise
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does KYC gives you ? on: December 20, 2018, 10:00:19 PM
Hi.can someone tell me if KYC is ok ? what could be the effects of doing it especially in bounties/airdrops, they are requiring to pass KYC before joining
KYC is mandatory for some projects, but not all. Although, i feel every project should call for kyc, but the problem is that they are not all genuine. Some of them are real scam and i cannot advise anyone to give out his personal details to a scam team in the name of kyc. Meanwhile, i have seen several of them and that is why it us always important to know those you are giving your details to.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have learnt my lessons on: December 20, 2018, 09:48:30 PM
It is never a good thing to sell hastily.
It is never a good thing to sell below ICO price.
It is not also good to sell at exactly the ICO price.
OP,  you are right, but most of these things have been happening and most times not only bounty participants, but also investors sell below the ICO price. It now seems to be a normal trend, that whenever a coin is listed, it just has to sell below the ICO price. Well i perceive that this will change very soon and by the time it is regulated, then there will be more and better control over price.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / It might not be easy, you just have to let go on: December 20, 2018, 09:37:45 PM
Year 2018 seems to have the most prolonged dip from what i have seen so far. Some people had serious loss along the line; some vowed never to invest in cryptocurrency again; some sold all their assets and left.
Your encounters though might seem not encouraging, but do you know that you are better of than the person that is just coming in, because of what you now know.
Let go of your mistakes, but whenever you remember them, tell yourself it is not yet over, the crypto space will still get better and you will be glad you're still in the system.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Your past experience will always be an added advantage on: December 20, 2018, 09:26:16 PM
Experience is very vital in life, either good or bad.
You might have encountered some challenges (while trading, investing or in the use of some crypto tools) in the crypto space, your manner of approach and how you were able to solve them or perhaps you could not, all these together can help you to make good decisions in the future.
Only the fearful will never dear to take a risk that will be an advantage to him in future.
This is a trending technology with a bright future. Learn more about it, teach others, make use of it and very soon, you will see it working for you.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience: The key factor to succeeding in the crypto space on: December 20, 2018, 09:15:31 PM
I have always imagined the act of impatience that some people have exhibited, just because the market was down for some time. There were people that sold their assets at loss, because they thought there will be continuous downtrend, but to their surprise, the whole thing has changed.
Well, this time also requires some level of patience, in the sense that, we do not yet know the direction the market will going the next few days.
In everything, patience is the key.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: December 16, 2018, 10:01:34 PM
Different places with their challenges. In my own country too, similar thing is happening. As a matter of fact there are more jobless youths than thise who are employed and not everyone of them is gainfully employed. So i got to know that so many of them are into cryptocurrency. They have decided to go for this alternative simply because it is the best they have been offered.
839  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret it not selling at peaked on last jan 2018 ? on: December 16, 2018, 09:53:26 PM
Do you regret it ?
or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?
The time for the new bitcoin ATH had not yet come, but i know it is imminent. During the last bull run, i was able to sell larger percentage of coins and that made me to be safe at least. Although, some of those who i know and who invested in cryptocurrency late last year and could not sell at the right time, are now blaming themselves. Although, it is not over until it is over. More opportunities are around.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Santa gift can early on: December 16, 2018, 09:41:46 PM
OP, I am really happy for you, because have made this great fit by taking a right steep, despite the present nature of the market. One of the things we have failed to do or realise, is that investment requires knowledge, skill and taking bold steps.
I can't imagine that despite the opportunities that the bear market has posed to crypto enthusiasts, yet some are afraid of coming in, because their thought is that the market will continue to fall.
