I just bught my first stake in DIBS.... yes, maybe it is scam... but i'm a trader and looking at risk and reward. Now the reward can be interesting when you compare it with the risk, of course, be smart and only invest the amount of BTCs that you are effort to lose.
If you think it's lowest value now, good for you. Better invest into old coins and coins in active development, doing some analysis prior to that. This is high risk coin with scam backround from the beginning, including ICO stage. Good luck! No pump group, no volume for wbb. Soon Bittrex will delist this coin if no trades occur. Only miners are dumping on you. I am not saying this coin is bad it is awesome, what it needs it's pump, not sure now they are accumulating now or not.
