Единственное упоминание в одной из статей в сторону уменьшения комиссий - Shard Chains, то есть после внедрения этой технологии. Теоретически это может снизить комиссию, поскольку нагрузка будет распределяться, но это ведь нагрузка, а не спрос.

Новое голосование на Snapshot от Stargate.

Pep has already built the team to the highest level that without his presence for three months or more,the players will use his playing pattern to win their matches because they are all professionals and can take care of whatever challenge that they will face on the field during his absence.
