821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best GPU to mine with at cheap electricity and "4GB vs 8GB" on: January 22, 2017, 06:46:20 PM
investing in an gpu is for the players who has double purspose. investing on a gpu is for the gamers and at the sametime for the miners. investing on a gpu if your not a gamer whill just end up stocking your gpu for a mining purpose.

if youre not a gamer better invest on a specialized machine where it has to do with mining bitoin. somehow this machine helps you to earn and at the same time has a low rate of electricity bill.

lol I guess you are newby or not minter so please before you write some shit like this again go educate yourself.

@OP Go for RX 470 4GB version. Best value at the moment. As for what basesaw said, better buy GPUs, since when you are done with them there will be someone still wanting to buy them so you will at least make some of your money back in case you fail

Be careful when buying this. He added credit today with paypal and now he is selling it for half price because ... ? After you buy accout he can refund payment and you will lose your credits
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: i need few answer from someone who is experienced in alt coins mining! on: January 22, 2017, 10:55:18 AM
You are too late. It will take you months to get everything set up and learn the knowledge of how to mine, and then ETHEREUM will enter the Mining Bomb and will be unminable.

If you have cheap or free power get an Bitcoin ASIC instead, you will make slightly less at first but the equipment will stay profitable longer.

With asic you are limited to minining bitcoin (well it was always most profitable) and if you decide to stop mining it will be hard to sell your miner. With gpu miners however you can sell them whenever you want since gamers will always buy your Gpus and new profitable coin appears every now and then.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: i need few answer from someone who is experienced in alt coins mining! on: January 22, 2017, 09:01:02 AM
Well if you have no idea what you are doing (you dont...) don't you think it's better to buy just single miner and see how will it go and then invest in larger mining farm ? You should always invest in something that you know. I agree with  t2yax said you should get. Other than parts electricity cost plays big role here. If it's greater than 0.06$/kWh don't invest in mining farm.

I received 5$ in my walled in exchange for review here and on trustpilot. I did really get money and for amount I got, I ordered 2x XCOM: Enemy Unknown Steam Keys. I have received keys in minutes after my order was complete and was able to successfully activate them on steam. Only thing I do not like about this site is user experience. Website design is not too good and whole backend software is not coded very well resulting in website performing poorly (before you say anything, keep In mind that I'm web developer and know what i'm talking about) so that should be first priority instead of marketing. Wish you all the best and good luck with sales !
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best hardware for a cpu mining farm on: January 21, 2017, 07:50:25 AM
For cpu mining you need powerful cpus and each righ can only have one cpu. If you have to pay for electricity you will never ROI, if you don't you will ROI in a few years

Hey, I'm interested in taking that vouch copy if it's still available
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why use ATI cards for GPU mining? on: January 19, 2017, 10:01:25 PM
As far as I know, Nvidia cards are not preferred in GPU mining. ATI cards are being used more often than Nvidia cards. Is there a particular reason for this?
Why do you prefer ATI cards?

yes. AMD cards are better at it. ROI faster then Nvidia cards

not true at all

you have a 1060 3gb which cost almost the same of a 470 and hash more on zec with far less consumption

It is true only for Zec however. No one see Zec being here in long term so what is the point in buying Nvidia cards if they are better at only one coin that is actually dying ?
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to hold during a bitcoin rally? on: January 19, 2017, 09:35:46 PM
Well If we take a look at last price spike and altcoin's prices during that time I would have to say Zcash. I've personally invested a bit in Zcash and mining it atm. I don't think it's good coin or that it will pay off in long time just want to make some profit short term
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Antminer L3 - 250mh - 400watt Scrypt miner coming soon on: January 19, 2017, 09:01:40 PM
Lookin at it's price its just way too high. Can't really understand why would someone go for 1year+ ROI time (with cheap electricity) when you can ROI much faster if you invest same money into building a GPU rig (not to mention resale value)
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why use ATI cards for GPU mining? on: January 19, 2017, 08:56:34 PM
yes, but nvidia uses less electricity than amd on some algos, and gives equal or more speed.
But in general amd cards are more used for mining than nvidia.

Any card can be tweaked further when you get it. But look at let's say 200$ price range Nvidia and AMD cards. Performance difference is just way to large for same invested money and goal of every miner is to hit that ROI as soon as possible
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why use ATI cards for GPU mining? on: January 19, 2017, 08:35:24 PM
The main reason is price. Nvidia cards are much more expensive than AMD so for same performance you pay extra. That is the reason why everyone got them and why guys developing mining software are focusing on AMD first. But this may not always be the case, look at Zcash for example. Nvidia is more profitable than AMD there (just one coin but anyway...)
833  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ✰ [ANN] BITMIXER.IO ✰ High Volume Bitcoin Mixer ✰ on: January 19, 2017, 08:33:44 PM
Just used this mixer for the first time in a while. I really liked this service but little note for bitmixer.io , I think you should work on your website design and make it a bit more modern. I know you'r probably not even thinking about it but It would enchase user experience a bit
834  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1x฿it.com - Most Competitive Sports฿ook & Casino | ฿est Odds & Wagering Options on: January 19, 2017, 08:23:15 PM
It looks like the only way to get a response is to say this.

1xbit will not deny a relationship with 1xbet

1xbet has a D rating at SBR and a very recent complaint

http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sports-betting-news/1xbet-sportsbook-player-has-soccer-betting-complaint-77432/

Both these sites have same layouts and looks, and I think the admin might be the same.
I hope we don't see any relation between these two sites, or everyone's trust will be shaken.

I believe there is a relation between both 1xbit and 1xbet, it can be a partnership or even operated by the same company. Indeed 1xbet has bad reputation, certainly it might affect 1xbit. But if 1xbit can give better services without any significant issues then 1xbit might be a better site than 1xbet.

Well maybe the reason why they won't disclose any details about relationship between two sites is 1xbet's reputation. It would be to late now since they forgot to do it earlier, now it would just hurt their reputation even more
835  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Website feature: get a new BTC address for each new visitor on: January 19, 2017, 08:19:52 PM
https://blockchain.info/api/api_receive - this thing does what I require, right, except that I depend on 3rd party?

Yeah that is the one. You are depended on third party anyway since you will be creating addresses using some wallet (probably). What are you looking at is Blockchain API. It will make new unique receiving address and you can set up what they call callback which is basically webhook that will post data to your script when payment is made so you can verify it and do something (serve your customers for example) with it.
836  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: SporeStack: Launch disposable servers with Bitcoin on: January 19, 2017, 08:15:10 PM
Looking at your site it's interesting. But why you only sell servers for 1-28 days ? I don't understand if you are able to continue with same server after that time period (renew the contract after every 28 days for the same server) or new server is generated every time ?

28 days is the max life of any one server that I offer, by design. If you want to have them for longer, just create another one near expiry time and switch over.

Server failures are pretty inevitable so if you iron out an automated process to replace them every month it should be beneficial once you get past the annoying phase. Handling failure is a part of good infrastructure design. It also makes security patching a bit easier as you just replace the entire server.

Yeah but think about someone wanting to launch their app with your service. That person will have to migrate files and database every month and if he have somewhat decent website (decent like got some cool features) it will for sure be pain in the ass
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PinIdea.io x11 asics on: January 19, 2017, 08:10:27 PM
Well I was hesitant and I did indeed have my doubts which is why I ended up posting this thread.  To be fair I only gave them a few days to respond to me before I posted this thread so it hasn't been very long but total silence + they have my money is a bad combination.

I bought from them for a couple of reasons, for one they did deliver a product, or rather several products so they were certainly legit at some point (and possibly/hopefully they still are).  I saw evidence of that in threads on dash.org and I can still find hardware resellers that have pinidea hardware for sell.  The main reason I bought from them instead of the hardware resellers is that they list a newer model with more desirable specs than the models for sale from the resellers.  Also these miners look like a better deal than the baikal miners.

I could not find recent conversations (like this thread I started) about them so I wasn't sure if they were reliable or not and I deliberated for some time on whether to take the plunge and buy it.  At least at this point there will be this thread for people to find some recent conversation about them and I will post in here as to whether or not I receive a miner and how well it works.

Almost all hardware manufactures will hold your order for a few days. It's not so easy if you are them to find and ship your item (if they are legit of course). Good thing is your order is now processing so maybe you should just be a bit more patient Smiley

Where the calculation come from? Where a calculation for the difficult? How much power to earn that profit?

Bitcoin mining will profitable when you have good equipment (hardware, cool room, cheap or even free electric bills) and big capital.

And I don't know why cloudmining(real mining) build a service to share to people the revenue when they can earn more profit just for them, plus it's hard to manage a share income, why make it complicated Roll Eyes

Umm I do not really understand the point of this post. You basically said mining is profitable if you have low electricity cost, well no shit man. And bu the way whatever is on haobtc.com we cannot see it since it's not working anymore...

Obviously promote hao Roll Eyes

Yeah well most of the guys here will never invest in something like cloud mining or that hardware rentals or however they are called now. But if OP tried to promote hao this is such a fail since website is offline lol
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An altcoin video series on: January 19, 2017, 05:39:54 PM
I think you should start at some PoC coins (proof of capacity). They became more popular in last few months but there are not a lot of videos explaining some of their features so a lot of folks don't even understand what is going on there
