821  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For sports bettors on: June 22, 2017, 05:41:43 PM
I guess it depends on what you do. If you are a sportbook pro then you'll likely be betting on more than just one game. Since you will likely see a lot of opportunities for you to profit. If you don't bet on more than one event then you lose that potential profit because you limited it to just that one event you wanted to bet on.
Yes that is only OP is asking will you bet more than one event in a single day. Yes, I will do, but most of the time I make multiple bets on the single game. That means live betting. Suppose if I feel my bet is going to lose on the safer side I will make one more bet with the high amount to get back my loss. This kind of betting I will do. For multiple events also I do but not every time.

Roger Federer has just won 2-0 against M. Zverev and is in the quarterfinals at Halle.
Now he has an easy draw to the final: quarter-finals against Mayer (134th atp), semi-final against Khachanov or Rublev.

Federer is improving his shape to be 100% in Wimbledon, where he will be the big favorite
Yes he is in incredible form, and he is preparing to win Wimbledon. I have expected a tough fight against Zverev, but he won the match by straight set. Next matches he can win easily without any doubt. Let's see how he will prepare for Wimbledon I think he will win this cup or Nadal will win. Other players have a chance, but these two players are a hot fav.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [vDice.io]►Ethereum Blockchain Gambling►►**New & Awesome Version of Site on: June 22, 2017, 09:34:53 AM
Just like what Edgeless will soon offer, they have included sports betting in their white paper.
I'm sure if you add that game it will be more fun, sport betting industry is a very big market, we should be looking at this kind of improvement.
THIS! I don't know whether Edgeless will be meet its obligations about sport betting, but this would be awesome.
I read gambling section of Bitcointalk everyday - DirectBet is now closed, and people are desperately seeking alternatives where they could bet without account.
vDice might get the jackpot here if they would release a their own sportsbook.

I also think that entering the sports betting market and that too with ETH also is a good project and it will surely be a success one as their is no eth sports betting site apart from directbet which is shut down now.

If someone comes with a similar concept like directsite and if they manage to gain a community trust then they can surely make a lot of money from this business. As of now, no one has filled up that gap and many players are eagerly waiting for directbet replacement site including me.
824  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: June 20, 2017, 06:07:24 PM
Everything has its own time. Our perception of money, how it is earned and valued is undergoing a major change. As it stands, cash is being phased out in the West and and developed countries.

They use use more credit and debit cards, online banking and mobile money, In a few years, developing countries will follow suit. We are a long way from block-chain dominated currencies, but I see it happening. Paper money will disappear, but  it is still king for now.

Yup now almost all country govt are telling their country people to use only digital transaction. Becasue to avoid black money storage. We can make black money only wth the fiat currency if it is not there means we don't have other options we must use online or credit or debit cards. So if it happens in all country then automatically the bitcoin will become more popular in all over the world.

825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Casino with 0% Edge? on: June 20, 2017, 06:00:22 PM
I don't think it's practical because the casinos need to make their money and offset their bills and staff salaries so with a 0% house edge it's just unfair and unrealistic for them to survive in business.
yes that is right that it can not be possible and I do  not think that any Casino can continue wit 0% edge for a long time. they must change their policy if they want to survive for a long time. because most of the casinos run on their hose edge and if they are not have any hose edge then they may not be able to continue surviving for a long time and very soon they will become bankrupt and will close their casino because of their continuous lost.
you guys need to completely understand about what actually house edge means and how it really works before join more serious discussion , i myself don't fully understand yet about that , the only i know that the house edge are thing that give casino profit and it is unseen.

0% house edge works only on a player vs player game and the casino take fee as their profit .
The good question before discussing this topic first we must know what is the 0% house edge means. It means the house will not come in between two players you people will play with betting some amount and the house will take care of that bet so that they will charge some percentage of overall bet amount. This is what I understood if it is wrong, please clarify this. Thank you.
826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: June 20, 2017, 05:54:16 PM
Dont know how can gambling help us in our life, yes it can make you asking for help if you are not handling to gambling well and gets addicted to it.
For me gambling gives me some fun and a way of some enjoyment for me,but it cant help in anything in my life.

You, having fun in gambling simply means your are not being stressed.  If you are before you play gambling games and indeed you enjoyed it and entertained, forgetting all the stress and problem while playing is enough sign to say, gambling does help you in your life.  Unwinding, and stress reliever is one of the stuff where gambling can help us in our lives.

Gambling financially not helped us, but it helps in the form of big relief when we are in work stress. Whenever I play, i will enjoy the game I don't concentrate on only winning money in gambling. Yes giving big relief is the best help can do by gambling. No other games will do this type of relief. If we play other online games within few min, we will get bored, but gambling is not like that it will change our mindset within few minutes.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [vDice.io]►Ethereum Blockchain Gambling►►**New & Awesome Version of Site on: June 20, 2017, 03:43:11 AM
Just hit 50,000 bets on the #Ethereum mainnet. #blockchain #gambling is getting warmed up. Look forward 10x more bets over next 18-months. Thanks for the support everyone.

It is a good achievement and surely it will improve over the time. But to happen that we should try to reduce the minimum bet amount and that will encourage many people to try this game and enjoy. Yes, you mentioned that it will happen but sooner the better. Thanks.
828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: June 19, 2017, 01:37:33 PM
if we compare the price between gold and bitcoin, i think bitcoin have a chance to be the next expensive investment in the future but unfortunately right now, from total populations in the world, its still only small people which is using bitcoin and the others still believe with gold and using gold as investment. but if they know about bitcoin, i am sure that they will be move from gold into bitcoin, and they will use bitcoin like us too.
Gold is a physical asset if the price drop the people will use it for other use. But the Bitcoin is not like that if the price drops then it is a big loss for investors. That is why the old people will not show interest on bitcoins. For gold, we see worldwide investors, and they will not think much about to invest in gold. But to invest on bitcoins, they take more time to reflect on this asset.
829  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: June 19, 2017, 01:33:32 PM
maybe one day in the future... but today too many people don't know about bitcoin & old people don't want hear nothing about new payment methods, so I think that 50 years min.

maybe this will happen like you said, but i think it would be better if bitcoin can walk beside the banks and bitcoin will be like a bridge between the internet and real life so people which have work to do in internet can withdraw and not paying the high fee to this. and the banks will work like usual so bitcoin and banks will make a good relations and good works to help people.

You are right the old people are not showing interest to digital money transfer. But now all the govt are making strict rules to do the only online transaction to track the record. So we don't need much time 50 years to implement bitcoin bank. Maybe within that, the BTC banks will appear in all over the world. This generation people entertain this digital currency then very soon we see those days.
830  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: June 19, 2017, 01:24:40 PM
Bitcoin is difficult to explain. I also felt difficulties in understanding bitcoin for the firs time. Let's share how to explain bitcoin to children of teenagers. In My country I can say 98% children don't know bitcoin. In fact, bitcoin can be future money. If the children not familiar with cryptocurrency or bitcoin, how can they face the digital era in the future.
Actually, explaining bitcoin to a teenager and children is very difficult. However, you can explain it slowly and step by step to make it understandable. Furthermore, I will use and show to them some blog or article that tackle about bitcoin.Lastly, tell to them if you use bitcoin you will gain much money and income and it think it will work.
I think it is not that much tough to explain young people's. Becasue they don't have any other tension means work pressure or something like that. If you tell them you can make money in bitcoins then definitely they will show interest o this topic. Actually, the elders will not show much interest because they think it is a time waste. And they tell reason like they don't have a chance to work on bitcoins.
831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: June 19, 2017, 01:19:50 PM
I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
Publicity is a great idea. It will surely help bitcoin to gain more attention and interest. It might also help people by giving them a brief idea about bitcoin and its benefits. But we all know that bitcoin is still not legalized in many countries. In fact, bitcoin is still not accepted by many countries and this will surely be a hindrance for bitcoin to be publicized through television advertisement. We can use social media (Facebook, Twitter and etc.) but I also think that a TV advertisement will be much helpful.

If ever that a TV advertisement will be allowed to be used in introducing bitcoin then that only means that crypto currencies are being recognized and accepted by many countries in this world.

Yes the social media advertisement are not enough to reach all people in this world. We need TV advertisement then only people will show interest on bitcoins. But it is not possible until the bitcoins become a legal currency in the country. So for this type of advertisement, we need more time. Maybe after 5 to 6 years, we may see an advertisement in the TV channels.
832  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long does a trade take? on: June 19, 2017, 12:52:57 PM
depend, for example im only holding bitcoins and i dont have a specific time to sell, this can be a trade too, but depends your personality, if you have experience with trading, if you can wait days to sell anything or you are compulsive.

Holding is not considered as trading. Because by the word itself, trading is exchanging goods to another goods which is opposite to the definition of holding. You will start trading once you stop holding. Holding is just a strategy used trading. Wink

Then from your point of view what is the exact meaning of trading. You will start to trade and buy any coin suppose if that coin price drop will you sell your coins or you will hold it until it gives some percentage of profit. What you will call for this process Trading or any other word. Holding is not considered as trading means how can you say that holding will be the strategy of trading.
833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 18, 2017, 06:41:15 PM
Any match fixing happened in this final game? I have doubt because India had great batting lineup and everyone is in good form, but still, they got all out for just 158 runs. Why I have this doubt means the top 5 batsmen got out for lazy batting. There is no necessary to bat fast in the beginning if any 2 batsman stand means they can able to chase this target. One more important thing is including me I think more than 90% of gamblers bet on India will win this cup both online and offline. I still not believe that India lost this match.
834  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin be created by Russia or China? on: June 18, 2017, 06:33:20 PM
Am suspecting China be behind the creation bitcoin and not Russia. During last year usa election, Trump accused China of currency manipulation and my mind go to bitcoin emediately. The world leaders own bitcoin was created to reduce the dominant of dollars.
Yeah China coming out with bitcoin what a joke. They were smart enough to invest in bitcoin and they made the mining hub of the world, they took the risk and they are reaping the profit, other than that it is originated from a common wealth country according to the language the author used in the white paper.
I also think that the Chinese are much more advanced in the development of crypto currency than other countries. And even Russia in this respect is very much inferior to the Chinese.
Maybe you are right Chinese are more intelligent, and they are a pro in technology wise. If you see the digital currency miners percentage all over the world, i think China will cover up to 70%. And rest of 30% people will come from all over the globe. So I also believe that Chinese maybe created this Bitcoin.
835  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: June 18, 2017, 06:29:06 PM
According to my friend preev.com, as of press time, the value of Bitcoin is standing at $2,351. Though I would say that this still considered as a feat, some are worried because it almost reached $2,800 again after the correction that happened days ago.

I have read that the decline can partly be contributed to newcomers especially neophyte traders who still have to be well-versed on the market...and can easily be ignited to do panic selling once they can fell that anything can be wrong.

Against this backdrop...are you holding on to your Bitcoin or transferring it into another digital currency?
Situations like this to me, does not worth losing sleep over because volatility is part of bitcoin at this time and its normal for it to happen. Everything we hear about correction or adjustment, is just a term I believe coined by someone to give explanation to what is happening and not exactly what is going on. For me, I am not selling rather I am buying more because one thing is sure the price is recovering and its something that have happened in this past few hours.
Good keeping bitcoins for future use best idea. this is really confusing question hold or transferring BTC to another digital currency. If we can hold bitcoins for the long term, it will give good profit that is why people are saving bitcoins. And in another way, the other digital currencies are also becoming popular in the digjtal market if we convert our BTC to another digital currency it will give good profit. Both are worth so what to do now?
836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your favourite dice site for profit on: June 18, 2017, 06:24:38 PM
Simple poll vote to find out other peoples opinion on the most profitable dice sites
for me,primedice and fortunejack is the best, the have good server and we wool not find any trouble with connection, and of course they are provably fair, and so much bonus there,i love that. and for primedice, there so many giveaway, not bad for you who need free bitcoin for playing dice. and fortunejack grow bigger with jackpot and big prizes.

My dice game madness started from the primedice giveaways. In my opinion, it's actually the best dice gambling site right now. Bitsler and fortunejack is also good but primedice is better right now.
Never played on fortune jack dice game except for live black jack before.. Well primedice before had many bonuses and giveaways before i think 2015 they are giving a lots of bonuses and giveaways. the bonus before are high when the price is of bitcoin is pretty cheap. but right now they have low promotion right now but they are always giving bonuses every year. and until now they are still alive..
But its doesn't mean that primedice for me are one of the good dice game in present time unlike before.. i can't seen one of the dice game here like in yolodice which is one of the good dice game these months.
Fortunejack is a good site to play slot games. This site also gives you 1000 mBtc for 10 lucky users daily. I think no other site will give this type of offers in this present price rate.  And the beginning everyone will give you nice promotions and bonus once they become stable then slowly they will reduce all promotions. This is what now primedice is doing.
837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 18, 2017, 06:18:12 PM
I understand your point but honestly gambling is more associated with big losses than wins and the odds are, of course against you, otherwise the casino would not survive. Then again one does not have to stick to gambling to earn money. You can play the EV+ games and sports betting which are more profitable. Then also you can try bitcoin vs fiat trading which is much better than gambling in my opinion.

Of course it is much better in making profit but I dont have fun trading. Some people dont want to gamble but they enjoy trading. I am not different than them , I just have different preference . I want to enjoy as much fun as I can that is why I keep playing because I feel fun when I play and everyone has their own taste on this

Trading is not fun game mate, and one more thing trading is not a game like gambling, so it will not give you any entertainment. Only you can get knowledge from this trading. You will know how the market will work and it will help you to do fiat currency trading. Other than this don't expect anything from trading. You are looking for fun and entertainment then for you gambling is suitable.
838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: June 17, 2017, 06:17:40 PM
bitcoin for me don't need to advertise because bitcoin for now is already a popular digital currency even other alt-coin the ICO projects make there own move to promote there ICO projects.
I strongly agree with you that with the current BTC situation is well known and some of them have been made a basic income so that for me do not need to be advertised
Don't think that everyone in this world knows bitcoin and we don't need any advertisement, according to my knowledge only 20 to 30% of people know about his Bitcoin. Rest of the 70% people still they don't know what Bitcoin is. Where the country is strong in technology there most of the people know. But in other countries, most of the people don't know. So we need TV advertisement to give proper knowledge to all people in the world.
839  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: June 17, 2017, 06:08:51 PM
Bitcoin in 2017? Probable cases would be the dramatical change of the value of bitcoin, become more developed and more successful. It will also be known in all asian countries. There will also out numbered investors who will invest and sell bitcoins as well, to get more profit. Maybe one of those will hapoen this year, just wait and see.
Yes, it was big dramatic changes happened in bitcoin this year. I though this year end the may cross $2000, so if I save some coins, i can make some money. But the beginning of the year only the price crossed $2k I was so happy when the price hit to $2k. Now my thoughts are changed within complete this year the price will cross $4k or $5k.
840  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: June 16, 2017, 06:29:29 PM
Of course, bitcoin have a great future. Even now, bitcoin is now really popular than before. I know bitcoin is really a great opportunity for the others ro earn a money. Bitcoin will never die .
Yes Bitcoin must have a bright future, to seeing this coin growth every day there is new coins are entering this cryptocurrency world. If the bitcoin lost reputation, then all altcoins life will be gone. And lots of people are invested on this bitcoin, so it will never die, and in future, it may become a legal currency in all over the world.
