821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex minimum eth deposit on: May 03, 2018, 12:35:06 AM
0.05 ETH . Maybe deposit a little more than that to be sure (ex. 0.051), but don't send large amount at once for your first deposit. It would be safer to test first.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: May 02, 2018, 12:39:10 AM
Two questions, I want to get deeper into byteball, where can I get testnet coins?
You mean the testnet wallet where you will receive free bytes and get the chance to try the chatbots? Check the download links at https://byteball.org/testnet.html

And the second one, I heard there is still some kind of distribution, how to take a part in it?
The new distribution method they announced recently was: having a contribution to World Community Grid and you'll receive some Bytes based on that. Complete info can be found at https://medium.com/byteball/computing-for-good-again-3795336bdaed
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cannot connect to Metamask on: April 30, 2018, 06:21:16 PM
I always have problems with MEW, sometimes it doesnt connect and right now it never sends tokens.... i generate the transaction and click on send but nothing happens.... never.. really annoying
Try checking your browser's extensions. If you see a token extension enabled, disable it, then try connecting and sending a token again. I remember reading somewhere that it solved the log in issue, not sure with the sending of tokens though.
824  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: April 30, 2018, 12:10:19 PM
Coins.ph - please implement auto logout after 10mins inactivity.

This is very important security feature.

Otherwise user is wide open to connections without 2FA etc - if they forget to sign-out.

Thanks usukan
It would be a hassle for some. So, if coins will add it, I think it would be better not to be a default feature, but an option where the user will still the one to decide whether he will enable it or not.

Tbh, users are responsible to secure their wallets. Security features are available, users just have to enable it. If they didn't and forgot to sign out their account esp. when using a public computer, it's not coins.ph's fault anymore.
di ba nagaauto lock nman si coins.ph ag na lock mo ung cp mo or nag hibernate ka for certain period. tska kahit naka login ka nag ttaning sya ng 4 nunbers pincode  and kung hindi man nag aauto log out i agree na it is user's responsibility to secure its own wallet after used log out agad pde nman mag login anytime pag needed. user's have still the full cintrol ofctje security of wallet regardless of coins.ph may add more security features or not.
Sa app, oo nag auto lock sya. Sa tingin ko sa web browser yung tinutukoy ni usukan, sa pagkakaalam ko ay wala syang auto log out after ilang minutes ng inactivity.

826  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is there a way to find what exchange your token is listed? on: April 30, 2018, 07:44:27 AM
Most of the time exchanges are listed in their ANN threads (main post) here and also in their websites, that's the easiest imo. You can also check other sites alternative to coinmarketcap like cryptocompare, not so sure if it has a more updated list though since I didn't compare them.

Please heed the beginning of the question: "Instead of manually searching for the exchange, "
I did pay attention to that. Hmm
Do you mean you don't want to make any search at all? Like for example, you have the private key where your tokens are stored and when you open it to a wallet or interface like MEW you can see automatically where these tokens are listed (exchanges)?
827  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scam Alert] FriendlySignal selling Bitamain coupon is scammer on: April 30, 2018, 05:01:25 AM
You already posted this once https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3407757.0 and the account was already tagged.
I think that's enough for members to avoid dealing with him, why did you post it again?

Would be better to close this thread since the other one is still up.
828  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How to deposit at bittrex on: April 30, 2018, 04:20:02 AM
Just go to Settings > My Profile (on the right pane of the page) > Complete the form first
For a more detailed instruction, visit Creating a Bittrex Account and Performing Verification

If you passed the Basic Verification (which is the form afaik) then you're good to go, otherwise, you need to proceed to Enhanced Verification (ID and Selfie Verification). For others, Enhanced Verification takes only a few minutes, while some took days and months.

Read more of Why is it important to verify your identity? for the limits.

830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Render Payment (RPM) on HITBTC on: April 29, 2018, 02:56:29 PM
RPM had an airdrop in HitBTC[1]. Most likely you are one of the 100,000 active HitBTC account holders that's why you received RPM token.

831  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Please help my fund locked at Binance. on: April 28, 2018, 11:41:20 PM
I read several reddit threads like this having the same issue recently.

Btw, is your country supported by Binance SMS System? Check Supported SMS countries. If not, most probably that's the cause. If you're level 2 KYC verified in there, then you can try to reset your sms auth by yourself with just your email. Otherwise, you need to do the verification by sending photos as per instructed in How to Reset SMS Authentication.

If confused, just contact the support for guidance.

832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is MYETHERWALLET safe now.? on: April 28, 2018, 04:01:04 PM
MEW said yes, it is safe as long as you are visiting the correct site (see post on twitter).
I suggest you to type the URL manually plus don't forget to check the ssl in the URL bar, you should see the green MyEtherWallet Inc [US] in there.

Typing might lead to typo error which may turn out one of the phishing sites, so I think it's best to a folder to bookmark vital links like above and finally check the SSL in the URL bar. Whenever withdrawing, ensure to confirm the address couple of times before finally approving the transaction.
That's possible, but it doesn't really matter anyway. Regardless of what method you use to open MEW, as long as you double checked the URL and the SSL certificate, you can distinguish the phishing sites and avoid them.

Maldini07, since you're satisfied already with the answers you got, it would be better if you will lock this thread. Just scroll down and you'll see the lock topic link in the bottom left part of the page.

834  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Okex exchange, cannot deposit on: April 27, 2018, 04:30:30 PM
Cube (AUTO) is an ERC-20 token, right?
I have searched about the issue and found out that they suspended ERC-20 Tokens Deposit due to a smart contract bug - "BatchOverFlow". Don't worry they will resume it once it is fixed. For the complete info, check their announcement here: https://support.okex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003019292
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: April 27, 2018, 03:38:16 PM
I sent 7.2 gbyte from Bittrex to Cryptopie today. I still have no confirmation. Does anyone know what can happen ?

I'm also experiencing this problem. I also deposited in cryptopia last night and it still doesn't show in my balance up until now.

We should have insurance of our funds on Cryptopia, similar to flight delay insurance.
GBYTE wallet already on Maintenance status ("27-04-18 investigating Deposit issues"). Maybe and hopefully the problem will be sorted out after this investigation. Unlike in other exchanges, the deposit issue seems to occur frequently in Cryptopia, so imo it's better to make it the last option to use for GBYTE.
836  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Yobit.net has blocked my account. I cant access my coins. on: April 27, 2018, 11:07:54 AM
I will correct anything I have done wrong.

But this is too much.

Yobit.net has blocked my account. I cant access my coins.

PLEASE UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.

I'M VERY POOR.

I will correct anything I have done wrong.

But this is too much.

Yobit.net has blocked my account. I cant access my coins.

PLEASE UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT.
tominvisible1001, you having the same problem or intention with tillkollen doesn't mean that you can copy his post. It's plagiarism. That being said, you might end up losing your bitcointalk account as well just like your yobit account.

In addition, I don't think posting here, a thread from 2016, would be of any help anymore.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🔴 ICOBID PLATFORM RELEASED 🌟🔴 GREAT REWARD 🌟🔴 HOLDING FOR REVENUE SHARE on: April 27, 2018, 12:37:01 AM
You are telling that the project is dead but their is still trading is going and their are active investors. Actually developer is alone working so it gets late next week you will get good price
How sure are you that the price will get better next week? (Though if it is, that's because of the traders not of the development)

Yes, the dev is working alone, before, that's because he seems to don't want any help from the community. Some members offered some help, but he didn't show any interest. As of the moment, no one has any idea if the dev is still working, no updates, site and block explorers were all down already, he's not even showing up here anymore. No wonder why most holders/investors sold their tokens already.
838  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hitbtc on: April 26, 2018, 11:28:44 PM
Why does Hitbtc work so slowly?

I'm curious, have you solved your problem yet?
I'm more curious of what was his problem or does he really has a problem?

I read his main post all over again and thought that, he was just asking (maybe before using the site?) because he said "people keep talking about them being slow with transactions." If he was the one who encountered it, he won't mention other people's issue but his.
839  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Has MEW Address Bar Changed? on: April 26, 2018, 10:21:43 PM
Yes, MEW EV SSL certificate has been changed. It was officially announced on twitter last April 3 (see quote from twitter below).

We are now incorporated in California! Yey!!! nothing changed except the EV SSL certificate. Instead of MYETHERWALLET LLC now it will say MyEtherWallet Inc
840  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Liqui disgrace on: April 26, 2018, 08:50:40 PM
Withdrawal and support response to tickets are really an issue with Liqui for several users these days. In their ANN thread, you will see the same cases posted and have been solved mostly after a month or more. So, it might also take a little longer to get your money back just like in other users.

Flooding with tickets won't help imo, maybe that's why they closed yours because you have more than one ticket open for one issue.
