And we know how powerful playing in homecourt, and the cheers of the crowd is. Anyway, I think that talent-wise, Ginebra and Dragons are not that far apart. If the crowd can boost the confidence of Ginebra in the game, it will be an even match.

Wait, what are you saying? you think that Bay Area is the favorite to win and Ginebra needs the crowd to win? man, sorry but I disagree with you, I think Ginebra has the upper hard, remember the last time they met? Ginebra won by a huge margine, same import, so I don't see anything new from them against Ginebra.

Based on the betting odds on their previous game, Ginebra was the underdog, so I think that would not change considering the fact that Bay Area are the number 1 team in the PBA. Maybe this series, Bay Area is the slight favorite, so for Ginebra backers, this is our chance to bet on Ginebra as the underdog.

Things might change because this is already the Finals. Maybe if we have the series betting odds, that would be better. Based on my research, here's the betting odds for game 1.

https://sports.msw.ph/en/sports/227-basketball/75477-philippines

This is from a local sportspook in the Philippines, they have an early odds, so we now have an idea if we still choose to bet on crypto sportsbook.

Thanks for providing us the betting odds in game 1, at least we already know what to expect from this game, if we have a series betting, these odds tell that Bay Area is the favorite to win, so hopefully, this will convince the bettors to take the Bay Area Dragon to win the series.

Question: does your local bookies requires a KYC?
822  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: (Boxing) Kazuto Ioka vs Joshua Boxing Match Begins 31 December 2022 on: December 23, 2022, 01:02:25 PM
I thought Joshua Franco is a Fiipino boxer, but according to https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/727368.. he is an American boxer.

So, I think have a little interest in this fight, but judging by their records, I'm rooting for Kazuto Ioka to win as the is the most experienced boxer.
Both are not a KO artist, so that does not excite me.

824  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: December 22, 2022, 10:38:24 AM
It is something that catches my attention, Pacquiao never ceases to amaze me, for me a true legend, it is a pity that he does not continue boxing professionally.

He did the right thing by retiring from the ring. He has achieved whatever he wanted. He wanted to defeat Floyd Mayweather Jr., but he couldn't achieve that in 2015. Even in 2019 he was able to defeat Keith Thurman. But his last fight against Yordenis Ugás ended in defeat and he decided to hang up his boots after that. The fight against DK Yoo this month was not a professional fight, but rather an exhibition match. It was a completely one-sided match, with predictable outcome. But I was surprised with the fact that Yoo lasted for full 6 rounds.

Manny does not feel 100% in that fight against Ugas because he can't move his foot, but of course, that's an excuse for those who does not believe in him.

If you make any reasons such as not being 100% healthy after lossing a fight, that will automatically considered as an excuse. That's one of the things I don't like hearing from any athlete. But don't get me wrong, I love watching Pacman fight.
That fight he had with Ugas, he wasn't really prepared for that, simply because he does not have enough time to study how Ugas fights. While on the other end, Ugas knew Pacman even before he was scheduled to replace Spence.
That's one of the main reasons why Pacquiao lost.

That's right, maybe that's the strategy of Spence so he could easily get the belt.

Because after Ugas won the fight, he then challenges Ugas and beat him easily. I don't really consider Spence as one of the greatest boxers in his era because he is not so willing to challenge and accept challenges from the champions, because if he would like to be the best, he should have fought Crawford a long time ago.
825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: December 22, 2022, 09:29:12 AM
To those of you who criticize the fight cancellation vs. Gesta.

Ryan Garcia has made the correct decision, I reckon. If he was to continue the fight against Gesta and also has to have some of his attention on the superfight against Tank Davis on May, this will certainly be more added pressure that he does not need. Would fans still want King Ry vs. Tank if Ryan Garcia does not give a good performance against Gesta? What if he lost vs. Gesta? There is also risk of injury.

These are risks that Ryan should avoid. Similar argument to Tank also, he should cancel his fight against Hector Luis Garcia. He might injure his left hand again.

I don't criticize his decision as I believe it will only result to a mismatch fight.

Garcia should focus on his big fight and that's why he is doing right now, if Davis will have a tuneup fight, that's his decision but I'm pretty sure he will not be at risk of losing that fight because their fight against Garcia is already destine to happen.
826  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 22, 2022, 08:58:55 AM
Warriors is tanking faster as I expected. They don't just lose but they got completely destroyed. First New York and now Brooklyn put ridiculously high numbers on their basket. Nets made almost 30 points gap in first quarter. That first half 91 points was the franchise record for Nets. In third period Nets slow down for obvious reasons and Warriors made the gap to just 21 points but it went up again after Patty Mills came in. Morris also scored with high percentage. Durant and other starters rested for last quarter.

Knicks' 8 game winning streak end tonight but Nets have 7 game streak now. Let's see if they can pass this. It might be close for them as well as they will play with Bucks and Cavs back to back. It's hard to recover from that fixture.

You can’t just lose the best shooter of all time and expect your team to continue playing at the same level. Not having Stephen Curry is a massive loss and I expect it’s going to be rough in for the Warriors until he returns. They should still be able to beat the below .500 teams and hopefully can keep themselves in the playoff race for when they get Steph back.

That's very important, they should also win some games so they'll be able to have a decent standing when Curry returns. Right now, they are playing like a very bad team, they lose by a huge margin and you can tell they already loss their competitiveness.

Looks like Curry will not be able to come back anytime soon as per this article.

Steph Curry may be out till after the New Year
827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 21, 2022, 11:12:35 AM
Without an all-star beside Luka, he will never win a title. That's how NBA is right now. In order for a team to win, you need to have at least 2 all star player on the team. You expect them to be in the play-in tournament. I believe they might make a roster change or make some trades this season, and maybe that might change the tempo of the team. I expect them to be at the 5-8th spot. Slightly higher than your prediction.

Luka is the main man of the Mavericks, he is the Kobe Bryant of LA Lakers and Giannis of Bucks, so you can't really expect to win without him. Dallas IMO are better this season, though they have struggle this early but comes playoffs, Wood will be very useful as they have a good scorer inside unlike last season.

Well, that is true, we cannot deny that because the offense is more focus on him. He was like Lebron with the Cavaliers before, he cannot win a championship that's why he decided to joined Dwayne Wade and Bosh to form a big 3, and he was successful because he won multiple championships.

I guess that time will come for Luka if he feels frustrated with getting eliminated in the playoffs over and over again.

Very exciting game so far, though the Dragons are leading the game but I believe SMB will have another win to even the series. This will be a close game, those who take the spread should be confident that they will cover even if SMB will lose the game, as for me, I took a riskier bet, I have the SMB ML.

So you are saying that the Gesta fight will not happen?

I am not the one saying it, it is Ryan Garcia that stated that he is passing on Gesta : Ryan Garcia Explains Passing on Gesta: "It’s Not About Money, Easy Fights, I'm Focused On Tank

Thanks for sharing that article mate, since it's coming from Ryan Garcia, then this thread has no more purpose anymore. @OP, you can close this thread as this fight is canceled already since Garcia decided to skip this one and will only focus on Davis.
830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2022, 09:34:25 AM
Crazy night in Denver.
Crazy Nikola "Joker" Jokic putting in some numbers in his stats. Huge triple-double. 40 points, 27 rebounds, and 10 assists.
Most points in a triple-double record.
March 1968 Wilt Chamberlain 53/32/14. I am not even alive on that day yet.  Grin We just witnessed another record-breaking performance from the Joker.
Despite Jamal Murray having a rough time with his shooting, the Nuggets still won against the Charlotte Hornets. Good game.

Right, that numbers though, worthy of another MVP this season for Jokic?

And he seems to be getting better and better every season isn't it? Magic winning against a Tatum less Boston, 2-0 for Orlando now against the best team in the West. GSW with Jordan Poole 43 points carry the weight on his shoulder winning against Toronto on the road. T'Wolves big 150 points against the struggling Bulls. If someone has bet on the Over for this game, easy win in the middle of the 4th.

That would be his 3rd consecutive win if he will still get that MVP this season, and yet most of us still not think that Jokic is the best player in the world, isn't it the best gauge to determine if you are the best play or not?

I know we have our own basis, but we cannot deny that Jokic as a big man is very talented, and now that Murray is back, maybe they will have a longer journey in the playoffs, who knows they might win their first championship.
831  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: December 19, 2022, 07:58:51 AM
Just to let everyone knows that Ryan will not go to on a tune up fight before a Tank Davis clash.

He will rather have to wait for Davis to win against Hector Garcia then him waiting for the next 2-3 months next year. It could be a advantage or disadvantage for Ryan Garcia, advantage as he could focus and train just for Davis in that span of time. Or disadvantage because of ring rust  because it is close to a year without him fighting.

Yes, I also read this news earlier that Ryan Garcia will go directly against Gervonta Davis few months after the latter's tune-up fight. Don't know what happened in their camp for the sudden decision as they haven't disclosed some reasons why but I'm thinking that it may be risky for the young blood because Gesta is also dangerous, Ryan Garcia's chances to win the fight against the Filipino boxer is actually good but I think their main concern is that Ryan Garcia won't be leaving the ring unscathed which will result some delay of their preparations because he needed to rest first.

He could be very confident that he will win, when we say it's just a tuneup fight, he does not consider his opponent as a serious threat. The real threat here is Davis, that's why he wants to ensure that he is well-prepared for this big fight next year. Whoever wins this fight will surely make headlines, so I guess it would be nice if there's a rematch clause so we will witness another battle between the two.

Actually the tuneup fight of Ryan Garcia is not gonna happen anymore as according to the news, he wants to focus on Davis. I just knew it today, so that would increase the chance that this big fight will really happen next year. Tank Davis vs Ryan Garcia, one of the biggest fight next year, probably the biggest if the Spence vs Crawford is not going to happen.
832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Ryan Garcia vs Mercito Gesta (January) on: December 19, 2022, 07:14:56 AM

I don't know if their decision to cancel the tune-up fight will help Ryan Garcia's situation or not, it would be a good chance for him to prepare against his fight with Davis because this Gesta is also touted to be like Davis too, but less risky because the latter's career is already going down. Nonetheless, there's a particular reason why they didn't push through the tune-up fight.

And for me if Garcia will perform well in this fight he will gain more hypes in his career, not sure why he thinks that he doesn't need the tune-up against Gesta, just an opinion maybe his camp see something that might be a disadvantage to them, maybe in this fight he can be exposed by Gesta and Davis will be more ready for him.

Just my own cents, but whatever it is, those fans who wanted to see Garcia before the Davis fight will surely be curious why he did not want this fight to happen anymore.

We don't know their reasons but of course, they have something in consideration that we don't know about.
But this tune-up fight is a needed one to know where Garcia at with his preparation with Davis.
Anyway, if Garcia will directly fight Davis, I believe, Garcia will be the underdog on this match.
A long lay-off for me is not advisable as he will be needing a lot of preparations before the fight as you need to condition your body.

The reason is already cited in many articles, Garcia wanted to fight Davis directly and he has no time for tune up fight because he thinks that it will meddle with his strategy.  I do not think Garcia needed a tune up fight, he can have a sparring practice, and do his daily routine of preparation.  Besides fighting a different style boxer can mixed up your strategy to your focused target.  So I think Garcia made a right call in avoiding Gesta even though he thinks that Gesta is an easy fight.

So you are saying that the Gesta fight will not happen?

I think both Garcia and Davis have their own respective tune up fight before the big fight, but now Garcia choose not to have one? I'm surprise with this news if it's true because all the while, I thought he is preparing for Gesta to have an impressive win.
833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 18, 2022, 01:15:05 PM
Exciting game indeed and IMO, that was a good "no call" when three bodies were on the floor before Simon Enciso nailed that game-winning three, that's a perfect ending for an intense game and a good beginning for another beeracle in the making hehe.

Second game at the moment with Ginebra leading by 9 points so far, not close so far unlike the second game where no team have lead by 5-points until the third quarter.
That was an intense game and lucky for SMB to stay alive, they should do more better plays on their next game to tied the series, they are not done here yet and beeracle might be their motto for this semi-finals.

Ginebra looks more solid tonight, taking care of the 11 points lead but this is not over yet because we know Magnolia is capable of taking over the lead. Ginebra have to make sure their consistency here, and limit the key players of Magnolia, the crowd is getting more wild here.

It is over. 23 points lead by Barangay Ginebra. What we expected as a close game became a lopsided game in favor of BGSM. I think the loss of Paul Lee in the lineup throws the rhythm of Magnolia and gives way for Ginebra to take the game. Congratulations to the backers of Ginebra.

Ginebra is now 1 win away from the Commissioner's Cup Finals. I wonder what the odds will be next game. Ginebra totally dominated Magnolia today. Are we getting tempting odds for Magnolia next game?

That was really a huge factor as Paul Lee is their main scorer, without him, their offense is struggling and another problem is their import is very limited. Also, Barocca went down and seemed to have injured his ankle, so it's not a good news for Magnolia who are trying to even the series.

Congratulations Ginebra bettors, this was an easy game to watch, this should give us a good night sleep.  Grin

This is just a temporary drop for Binance and eventually makakarecover ito at gagawa ng new ATH, kaya wag tayo masyadong matakot at mag take lang ng risk malay naten maging worth it ang lahat.

835  Local / Pamilihan / Re: coins.ph incoming transaction rejected. on: December 18, 2022, 10:54:08 AM
Most probably due to less activity na rin cguro, pero dapat wag nalang sana nilang paki alaman yung account kasi wala namang bad record yung account ko eh, at very active nga since na create sya dati until last year.

Pero good thing na nag sha-share tayo dito ng mga bad at good experience natin sa Coins, pra narin maging aware yung mga kasamahan natin dito sa community.

Correct me if I'm wrong, pero dba may gambling din ang Yobit?  May dice at yung prang horse racing.

Other offers came before that, from the Middle East and the United States, but Pacquiao chose the one close to home.

https://www.philstar.com/sports/2018/04/04/1802646/manny-pacquiao-lucas-matthysse-title-clash-kuala-lumpur

But I do agree that Manny can draw crowds anywhere he fights, and with Saudi interested on having him in the Middle East, for sure there will be a lot of crowds going to watch th fight live.

I read a rumor before that a rich man from Saudi would be willing to pay Marquez a big amount of money if they will again fight with Pacman and choose the venue to their country, but Marquez still didn't get tempted, he still wants to preserve his big win over Manny, so this time, people would already see Pacman fight although it's just an exhibition fight.
837  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 18, 2022, 09:28:23 AM
Not a good start for SMB, they are playing a do or die game and yet they allow the Bay Area to dictate the game early. Maybe it's still too early as it's in the 2nd quarter, but the score is already 19-31, or 12 points lead by the Bay Area. Good thing Ross is playing, maybe he can help his team to win.
I thought at least in the first quarter the SMB will do good, I place bet when they're around 17-17 then it jump to 24 and now it's 19-31? I haven't watched PBA in few months or just watching it casually sometimes I thought that the SMB is still the top teams in the PBA. I haven't heard this Bay Arena before, was this a new team?

Well, don't you worry because SMB were able to come back in the game and it's now a close game. The first half has already ended, Bay Area only leading by 4 points, it's very manageable, so they need to have a big run in the 3rd quarter so they'll not fall short in the last quarter of the game.

This time, Scott has a good production with his precise shooting, 13 points so far from 6-8 Shooting.
838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 17, 2022, 02:34:52 PM
In game 1 the odds for Ginebra and Magnolia is almost even, game2 the Kings were the slight underdog and with them losing game 2 I think the odds in game 3 will be attractive if you are backing Ginebra.

I watched that last match between Ginebra and Magnolia, there weren't any Ginebra team members, they should have acted on television, all they were doing was acting as if they were hit but they weren't, you'll be annoyed by Tenorio's acting, hehehe.

If it's not acting as if it's a foul, then the opposing players will throw a ball or make a move to hurt it, that's bad.

It's a very close game, that would have been 2-0 if Paul did not get the ball. It's almost a turnover, it's just that Paul Lee was lucky enough to get the ball and since he is clutch, he shot the ball without panicking. Well, whatever happened, it's already a 1-1 series, and this is a very exciting series. In game 3, Ginebra is still 2.01, I guess that's a good odds.

I'll prefer to bet ginebra in the next game tomorrow and for sure they will win. And about the odds maybe ginbera will be the favorite here. As we all know that this both teams are SMB teams so they will wait the SMB and the dragons if who will win that two once the SMB will loss then they will choose from Genibra and magnolia teams can fight dragons. But if SMB will win the semifinals then for sure ginebra will win against magnolia. Just my opinion .

I'm not sure they will win but I trust them they will win tomorrow. Sunday is the best day for Ginebra's game as they have the crowd to support them, the fans understand that it's a must-win game for Ginebra, or else they will be facing a do-or-die game in game 4, so I'm with you mate, let's get the Gin Kings to win.

Dami palang laro bukas.

Atlanta Hawks ML @ 2.20 vs Charlotte Hornets
Brooklyn Nets -1.5 @ 1.91 vs Toronto Raptors

Congrats brad, naging easy win lang, kahit on the road pa, parang mis match ang nangyari.

840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 17, 2022, 01:00:32 PM
I personally think it's an end of an era with Warriors and they should think to trade some players if they still want Curry to be a on his top level for next year , because this year seems already like a lost one for them.
It's too early to conclude, let's see first what they can do this season.
If they'll qualify in the playoffs, that would change everything as they are very dangerous in the playoffs, and who knows, they might win a championship again.

Then, we have Nets , who are kinda looks unstoppable in the last games , right ? Last night , VanFleet was simply on a godlike level but even with that , they couldn't even push the game to OT because Irving , like it or not , he is still one of the greatest in the current NBA era.
Nets are usually good in the regular season, but they have to prove that they are a good team by getting in the NBA championship, once they'll do that, I think that will prove they have already the right chemistry and a championship caliber team.

My team Bulls ...another game of massive disappointment and I don't think they have the passion anymore to fight for play-offs spots Sad. Such a sad day for me when I look on Bulls.

They really look bad now, 3 losing streak... they need to start winning games.
