821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best way to keep track of the bounties you are participating in? on: February 17, 2018, 03:37:56 PM
You can try freeplane, xmind, or google spreadsheets. I am currently using xmind though as it serves a lot of functions. It's easy for me to keep track of myself too.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the price of bitcoin and alts at the end of this year? on: February 17, 2018, 06:11:17 AM
I believe it's going to be bigger than its last All Time Highs. More exposure to more people FOMOing into the crypto world and tadaaa. We got another set of weak hands but at least more money will be poured into the market.
823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptokitties-like Tron Dogs launched on: February 17, 2018, 04:57:36 AM
It will just be hyped value and value will diminish over time is you ask me. It should be good for short term but I doubt its long term potential. Consider it like a ripoff of Pokemon Go. Well, that's just my opinion.
824  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO vs Ethereum - which coin do you favour as a long term investment? on: February 17, 2018, 02:22:41 AM
I'll go for both to enjoy the best of both worlds. You'll never be wrong with choosing  both of them for long term in my honest opinion.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Chinese New Year Affect the Market?! on: February 16, 2018, 06:14:48 PM
I think yes as there might be whales who are news traders. They are people who make use of events to their advantage and people are very susceptible to these sorts.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on portfolio on: February 16, 2018, 01:55:17 PM
I think the largest one your portfolio should be Bitcoin and I personally don't believe on TRX for a long term hold. It seems as if the value comes from hype and dies or becomes stagnant in value.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you look for in Airdrops? on: February 16, 2018, 03:29:26 AM
I'll see if they put a ton of effort in it. It's most likely legit and ambitious if you see one. Never been wrong with looking at that aspect.
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs on: February 16, 2018, 01:53:31 AM
Hey,

with all these ICOs going on in parallel it seems impossible to stick out for a good one.

Reddit and this forum get flooded with announcements of new ICOs making it almost impossible to spot good ones.
Facebook blocked ICO advertising.
Google Adwords blocks use of word ICO in ads in certain countries already.
Twitter is drowning in ICO announcements.
Listing pages are popping up everywhere, too.

What are the ways you guys use to learn about new ICOs and how do you find out the good ones ?
True, it's quite annoying how many scam ICOs are there.

I try to validate the information presented and connect the dots. The first thing is to know if the team is really working on the project.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EtherBTC Airdrop sends weird link! Scam or not?! on: February 15, 2018, 06:08:39 AM
IMPORTANT: Just received email from EtherBTC Airdrop with weird link that brings me to MyEtherWallet, where I should unlock my wallet and send a tiny amount of ETH to Airdrop address.
Can it be a scam???
Please advice!
I think it's the same as the one I was phished with. The URL was similar to myetherwallet and  I was tired so didn't check the whole URL but it was a phishing site. Glad I was just starting back then. It's most likely the same as what I have encountered.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO U THINK AFTER CHINA NEW YEAR ALTER COIN WILL PUMP ? on: February 14, 2018, 02:09:54 AM
I think yes but maybe later on. Big players will be playing with the market still but hoping it will be rise sooner as I hold more than investing or trading as of this moment.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you would have 2 BTC, what would you spend it on? on: February 13, 2018, 02:51:17 PM
I'll keep 1 BTC then buy 1 ETH.

The rest will be invested on ICOs and some trades.

It's a good amount to diversify and HODL some at least.
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do? on: February 10, 2018, 10:39:48 PM
Start from reading a lot and understanding the basics. It really is just overwhelming at the beginning and once you get the flow then everything should be fine. You can now proceed to the more complicated side of things.
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's talk about World Changing Technology on: February 10, 2018, 03:12:26 PM
It's already being used and being developed. The crypto space is my bet. There is so much potential with this. This is indeed the future. I can imagine that most transactions are being done with crypto, wouldn't that world changing already.
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should you consider before investing in ICOs? on: February 10, 2018, 03:06:02 PM
I look first if it's legit. Next is if the team is huge. One of the most important is how ambitious the project is. Do read a lot and you will most likely just feel it if it's worth it.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we have an impact? on: February 09, 2018, 10:10:11 PM
We have a big impact here. Why would they bother to go here if it doesn't work anyways. This forum is very influential as most ICOs have their ANNs and Bounty Campaigns here. I always tell my friends to take good care of their bitcointalk accounts because it is very important.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advisors importance on: February 09, 2018, 03:25:54 PM
I truly believe that they are pretty significant. It increases the chance of a successful project of course. Plus, if they are well known then there is free publicity there.
837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A blessing in disguise... on: February 06, 2018, 11:50:15 AM
It really is. The panic sellers are expected as most of them only gets in when the hype comes.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if governments locked up/seized exchange wallets due to KYC and taxes? on: February 06, 2018, 01:16:27 AM
It's possible and that's actually pretty scary as it should have a huge effect on crypto. Value will drastically decrease, in my honest opinion.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Today's news: Chinese gov restricts Crypto again... on: February 05, 2018, 11:48:40 PM
Doesn't matter for those who look beyond. Again, this is the future we are talking about and no one can stop the crypto revolution. Development is getting faster and faster as more innovation is being presented and used.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This is what i buy during the crash. on: February 05, 2018, 11:37:22 PM

Hi Guys and Girls!

This is what i buy during the crash:
NEO - at 80 dollars - climbing up slowly, just lovely, holding is rewarded in GAS (which is also expensive)
LISK at 17 dollars -  news coming up soon!

What do you buy?

Cheers!

I think NEO is really worth it.

But where do you buy NEO so you can have GAS? And what is the minimum?

I'm holding a lot of coins/tokens and too lazy to sell them. My top favorites are VEN and QSP.
