Probably Satoshi21 has been reading this thread, realised how illegal his actions were and realised how guilty deleting everything makes him look, too late now... I get the impression he's not a smart guy, he fucked up the contract and when he decided to scam he did it in such a way that it was: a) definitely illegal b) Didn't cash out with nearly as much as he could have. Imagine if he'd set up an LLC and paid himself a huge salary, telling eBTC holders he needed to sell some of his tokens for wages, he could have kept that going for months, kept the price stable and it wouldn't have been illegal. Instead he deletes his accounts and runs like a dumbass criminal, he's just retarded, can't believe I fell for this shit in the beginning, guess that makes me the bigger idiot.  this x100% at first i thought the dev was laughing at the beach. now i know he is sweating and panicking. lol. the lame, "i was hacked" bull didn't work. sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. it's embarrassing really. karma is a bit*h bro. it's coming. inbound. i've got my popcorn ready, lol. Yes, Satoshi can be tracked and by now someone in law enforcement probably knows who he is already, but prosecuting would depend on him still being in a country that cares (China doesn't for example), or in a country that has an extradition treaty with a country that cares.
But he did not doing anything wrong. He gave away free air(drop) with no value behind it besides a brainfart, and you all put a value at it and bought it.... I was very thankfull with my stack of free tokens and was happy to sell sell it as soon as the hype peaked. Looking forward to get the next free tokens I agree. Only problems is that some people bought it. That's only problem. |

My suggestion for the victims of this scam is to research the projects you put money into. Check if the developers have Linkedin profiles or legitimate biographies. Check what relationships developers have in business. Do your own due diligence. Don't let greed and hype overtake rationality.

Yes you are goddamn right, that goddamn Reddit was right, that fucking fud was right, those goddamn newbies were right! I sold it for around 350 usd bought it again at 2700 sathoshi now selling at much less price. When I sold it for 350$ I thought how idiot I am that selling at such low price. Now I realize that the really idiotic thing was buying this crap again. Bs anyway I will keep cursing myself for few days for this mistake. But life goes... I sold at 42c and got over a grand as soon as I saw the smart contract error. I was extremely lucky, so I don't have a right to be angry, but I still feel burned. I kept my mouth shut and just left the eBTC community quietly because I had a family member with eBTC (though I urged him to sell he wanted to hodl)and I liked the community that had grown around it and didn't want to cause dumping. I'm actually ashamed and embarrassed that I didn't shout from the rooftops how bad that "mistake" was. An Ethereum token as simple as eBTC takes no great skill to create, the fact that he fucked it up shows incompetence or malice. I want to see working tech from now on, stuff that's ready out of the box, no promises, no great ideas that sound implausible , just stuff that fucking works and is worth something, any sign of incompetence and I'm out. You know why I bought again? In starting there was some users who were saying that this coin gonna moon, only weak hands will sell it for some cents. Btw I loved your username, thanks for laugh. A lot has left with nothing. I think this is a great challenge for how strong this community will be.
It's up to us now if we will continue to believe and use ebtc to grow its value again.
The issue is...grow value and dev will make new coins from his contract. I would overtake the coin...but I'm Not sure if a token swap without dev is working Yes, if suppose ebtc rises then dev will create more and dump it. |

over, a long term scam... somebody earned from this coin, but most of the participants lost ... website down, twitter account deleted, telegram group deleted  )) This had so much potential, I cannot believe the dev is so dumb! Just the name alone has potential to be worth $10 for no reason, this is how world works, names are worth alot of money (Nike, Adidas, BMW, etc....). This dev is clearly some kid who doesn't understand how to pull a decent scam, experienced scam artist could easily make a promise date for coin swap solution, that would increase the price alot, and then run away.... what a retard!
