No, I don't frequent any local boards. There is no local board for my country. Although there is pin post but I don't like to reply due to lots of spammer. I don't like to mention my native community. Reason is, as you know I have exposed lots of corruption like bounty cheater, scammer, spammers, Plagiarizer and merit abuser. Few user also got permaban. some of them are also from my native community. If I reply on my native post, obviously they will try to abuse me by bad language. And I am sure most of member will beg for merits. I already saw happening with few members. Personally I don't like corruption even offline, so no excuse even they are from my native community. That's why I really hide from my native community. I like prevent corruption from this forum, whoever and whatever. I will never bother on my native community. I want to continue my work like I did from beginning. I really want to help whole community what is possible by me. Although I haven't contribute much but I will try my best.

There is lots of different with guest user and ban user. One of most common thing that guest are not able to visit all board. Like Investigation, I think there are more. Others different already described by pugman.

Copy paste could not be by mistake. Stolen contant from others isn't mistake. It's a criminal work. Already lot of hole for spammer. I don't think theymos need to compromised with plagiarism.

I am little bit late on this discussion . Since I am new on this forum, I just aware story about aTriz. Whatever did by aTriz account obviously wrong. You lied before, now no one will accept your true even me. Usually you can't expect second chance from community. Community is like a glass. If you broke once it can't be repair. You are the one who responsible damage your career. As well you self admitted that you are owner of aTriz account so your current account also will effect by your previous record.

Very interesting how LoyceV find out your previous account.

Eventually I want to say, there is no doubts Zapo has been doing great job by spam free signature campaign. But for me, I will not excuse for your previous record.

This isn't only plagiarism, this is different case. I have remember correctly, I was report same case on your mentioned post. But he wasn't ban. Although its not enough reason for ban but he has broken others rules also by posting on a row.

Don't worry about keep clean, I will lock or move this thread on Archival after take action.  Basically I send pm to moderators this kind of case. But this time I haven't got answer from them. But this user still spamming, that's why I open this thread instead of posting this thread.

Investors are really discourage lately to invest on ICO's due lots of scam. Most of concept are similar as well. Lots of ICO skip with funds. Rest are dropped price after listing on exchange. To be honest it's better to avoid ICO now. If investors never get back their money than how they will invest on others ICO. If some one got scamed, obviously he will discourage from invest on ICO. Scammers are responsible for that. But nothing we can do with scammers. However we should be careful before invest our money on ICO. Don't let scammers to scam us easily. Try your best to deeply investigate a ICO.
