This user knowingly advertise(d) a scam (DiceBitco.in) in exchange for payments.
DiceBitco.in has scammed users by rigging the dice rolls, and have not compensated all users. DiceBitco.in is also suspected of stealing about 500 BTC from the bankroll.
This user is involved in the scam by continuing to advertise the site, despite fully knowing that it is a scam. This is a good sign that the user will scam for BTC if the opportunity arises. Do not trust.
