8301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a GOOD or BAD time to invest? on: March 26, 2021, 05:47:48 PM
If you are asking Good or Bad. A will say that it is not really great to start but of course, it's up to you then if you can carry over the risk. I know that some people do the same but I would suggest not to make a long-term holding this time. You probably know why as I've mentioned above.
It is good all of the time and when the investor is ready to buy. This question has always been asked and there's uncertainty for those people who ask this because they don't know if they should buy or not. But if somebody answers them that it's good then that might encourage them to invest but if somebody says that it's not, they won't invest just to be sure. When they're mentally prepared, I gues that should be the sign that they should invest.
8302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How the staking providers earn money ? on: March 26, 2021, 04:41:04 PM
I always wonder that what's the benefit of staking to the staking providers platform ? For sure they must be earning something big that's why they give us attractive APY but i want to know how does it help them to earn money ?
Most of us know about staking but very few may know this secret.
Just like the miners, they will be called validators and also earns from the transaction fee. But just as many stakers join the pool, the lesser rewards will come to the participants because rewards will be distributed. And if there are too many stakers, rewards will be decreased due to the large number of stakers. I want to get into it but calculating the risk and reward, I don't find it attractive.

Bulls acquired Vucevic and Aminu in exchange for Otto Porter, Wendell Carter, and 2 first-round picks.
I saw this news today and I wish to see the improvement after this trade. Bulls isn't strong as this season started and would like to see them go up in the rankings since this trade has been done.

8306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 25, 2021, 09:31:58 PM
Small gamblers gambles with small amount, hence, the fees are really needed to be small.
Small gamblers have no choice but to stop if they gamble but can't take the fees. There's no option but to exchange into altcoins that have a lesser fee.
But to do that, they have to transfer and they have to pay for the fee as well if that's bitcoin or ethereum.
8307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading, is it worth? on: March 25, 2021, 08:57:29 PM
And it ends up being an investor is a better choice than to day trade. I myself am an investor and found it better than day trading. But there were times that I did day trade and that seems to be a good day but many were bad days too.

Actually, myself as well a day trader who used to have trading volume of few hundred bitcoins on LBC but I am doing it more like fun and hobby than doing it to bring revenue which is supposed to fulfil my survival requirements. And I can also repeat that as a day trader you may face more bad days, even few hours can ruin all your profits of a month. Lips sealed
That's right, your long time profits can eventually be moved in day trading if you're not careful enough to protect it and will allow your own emotion to move you.
I think that's a better idea if you're having fun but you're also thinking of the good return as you trade but no pressure at all.
8308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: March 25, 2021, 08:15:42 PM
What a pain watching the game of Nets vs. Utah Jazz. The starting five for Nets wasn't that even strong to face the first 5 of Jazz.  Undecided
I guess that the Nets, they'll try to win the next game against the Pistons.
Wasn't able to watch the game, but I was checking the score during the first quarter and I said to myself that there's no way that the Jazz are going to lose this one, going to be a massacre.

Yes, they can move on and try to win against the Pistons to go back to the win column again, the question is whether Harden can play or not.
I guess I'm expecting too much from them and start to become neutral whenever they have matches. And also, there's handicap that some of them didn't play along with.
Yeah, moving and looking forward to the next match that they'll have on against Pistons.
8309  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the best ways to get your hands on Bitcoin without spending thousands? on: March 25, 2021, 07:33:40 PM
No need for you to determine and work for a whale because there are many clients or employers online that are willing to pay you for bitcoin with a service that you'll offer. 500 bitcoins, that's a lot. Why you didn't even write the recovery phrases or seeds?
In today's time, payment in bitcoin became lower in quantity because of the price but you should try any of those that has been suggested above.
8310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is this bull run going to be over? on: March 25, 2021, 10:19:30 AM
A lot are in green now, seems like a missed buying opportunity perhaps.  Do coinmarketcap on hour/day/week.

https://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/
Looking at the top 100, there is more blood that you can see there. But this doesn't mean that it's already the end of the bull run. Normal correction comes usually for us to have a better price which might come next. And another weekend is about to come and as usual, what many are expecting is that there's a possibility that it's going to be another drop even before it recovers.

There is always blood in coinmarketcap top, because only few altcoins managed to update ATH, while other are far away from reaching it.
But in general it does not matter if the market is green or red, everything depends on the price when person bought cryptocurrency.

I had few alts that were "green" most of the time and people were happy about it. But I remember buying this alt 2 years ago with the price 3 times higher than it is now...

What I mean with that is the market is bleeding this time and I don't see those greens that he's saying. And if he said that he has missed the opportunity of buying.
This is the time for him to take time and start buying for himself. There's more to see to the market after it has went through bloody days because that's the time that it will recover.
Congratulations to you if you have alts that became 3x higher today.

8312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Got Tron unexpectedly through several transactions on: March 25, 2021, 08:42:26 AM
First time to see that and this isn't a dust attack because your wallet is from the exchanges which mean that there's probably an incentive that came only from two sources.
  • Exchange you use
  • Tron network itself

8314  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Bagong Crypto Trading Platform sa Pinas - BloomXapp on: March 25, 2021, 05:53:15 AM

8316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Considering huge transaction fees, what coins to support on new gambling site? on: March 24, 2021, 10:04:26 PM
I started using TRX, they have minimal commission and fast transactions... I came to this conclusion because I often transfer USDT TRC20, by the way, it would be convenient to use it as deposit too, because the gaming platforms use USDT ERC20 with high commission... Wink
Yes, TRX is fast in transactions and also can be considered as a good alternative. Those casinos that uses ERC20 for USDT can't stop the fee to stay at a higher rate.
The only solution is to use TRC20 if they want to minimize the fee if somebody wants to send USDT.
8317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin production on: March 24, 2021, 09:23:55 PM
for those who have large capital do not need to mine they only need to spend capital and buy bitcoins for assets and store them in their wallets
Yes, that's a way to accumulate but OP is asking about mining.

there was a way some time ago using a smartphone, but it was not optimal. smartphone power is not able to toil in large quantities of mining. this makes miners keep making mining machines with great power so that the results can be maximized. besides that, the consumption of mining power is indeed large, but it is commensurate with the results obtained from mining
It is bitcoin mining and you're only going to destroy your smartphone for doing that and you won't be able to mine with a smartphone. It's just those altcoins that have introduced mobile mining but you're not really mining for real.
8318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: "People who have invested on ETH soon will be poor", said CZ #BSC on: March 24, 2021, 08:19:40 PM
I was also disappointed with the Ethereum network which has very high gas fees, but the way CZ promotes BSC is not very good. I believe CZ
the smart guy with his success made Binance the number one exchange, and made the price of BNB go up quite significantly this year.
But writing tweets dropping Ethereum is not a good thing to do, there are still many creative ways that CZ can use to make ETH users switch
to using BSC without having to vilify Ethereum.
He's smart and that's why he's advertising in that way. BSC is going to be the next big thing based on his mindset since he owns the protocol and network.
But it's not too late for Ethereum devs to fix what they have to fix and that's about to happen very soon.
8319  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading, is it worth? on: March 24, 2021, 07:50:15 PM
Having the goal of 1% profit margin for the every trades you are making will let you to double your capital in just 100 trades which can be done in a day or two but the problem is we can't expect the price to be increasing always so when price drops you lose the profits of all the trades means it is worth but highly risky.
I find it hard to do that in a single day or even two. That's stressful and needed much mental awareness for you to do it. Knowing that most of the people are on their homes, there's a likely that you can fail in many of those trades which won't allow you to reach even a 1% profit for that single or for two days.
Yes, that is why day traders stuck in the same place where they begun their career for years while investors keep making profits and compounding them which is giving more profits than previous years.
And it ends up being an investor is a better choice than to day trade. I myself am an investor and found it better than day trading. But there were times that I did day trade and that seems to be a good day but many were bad days too.

We cannot make money always, and in day trading is hard to achieve that daily profit since we’re lucky sometimes and most of the time, we’re struggling to make profit and this is what makes day trading a lot more risky. Day Trading is profitable if you’ll just compute your transactions every month and if you’re consistent on doing analysis before you trade, don’t expect to always win.
There's no difference if you're going to compute it daily or monthly, I think that's only for the projection which may look higher if you do it monthly.
8320  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 24, 2021, 07:13:48 PM
If somebody has bought on $53k, he's in profit already. But OP is telling a fact that there could be a more pullback for the price before it finally recovers.
But so far, the price seems to be stable and it's like that we're going to see bitcoin recover and goes back near to $60k soon.

Trust me, if you want to see a good altcoin season, then it's necessary for BTC to either stabilize or get a good correction in order to get its dominance level settled down which is actually stopping major alts making a move. BTC can only be stabilized once it reaches a level that's suitable for everyone so no huge buys/sells will be there and no such 5-10% moves which will give boost to the prices of some good projects which have already done 10-50x but didn't hold there and dropped down under 50-80%.
As much as I want to see that season but bitcoin isn't reacting from that expectation. I've seen btc's dominance has dropped to 59% but later it has been back to 60%.
And although it has recovered a bit, I think we're about to see the next wave for correction.
