WOW, what a fake project. I was reading the announcement and there was scam written all over it. The way they will distribute their funds is fishy. I am very glad there are people like you trying to unmask these projects. Keep up the good work!
That's the ICO I spend long time to investigate ever. Very hard to download their whitepaper. Almost more than 5 hours spend to made total report  due to my internet slow lately  With trader like James White and his minimum 30% weekly they don't need other traders because they can simply follow Mr. James and make 30%, especially that poor Mr. Andrew with min. 1.5% daily.
Whoever can make 1500% annual doesn't need money from community. Obvious scam is obvious.
Most likely all picture are collected from internet and edited. |

How credible is this user? I don't know him, and don't use discord. I don't know also about him. But I don't trust new manager without escrow. That thread was started by privcy-manager. He hasn't responed to the (alledgedly) fake campaign. I had send PM to manager about this thread. |

This could potentially be abused by the project's competitors. Create a bunch of alts and spam post your competitor's ANN thread to get it trashed. So bumping thread should allow? I don't think it will happen very much. Everyone's busy with their own projects. I accept it might be hapoen 0.1% , it doesn't mean we should allow bumping ANN thread. On the other hand accoumt also will permaban those are related with bumping service. Bounty budget and the number of participants are negociated and agreed by the team and the bounty manager. Nobody's business, except them, how many participants should be allowed to participate. Budget details should publish from beginning. Should not change after end of ICO. Everyone has a different method to run his campaign. There is no one's business to intervene. That's why need guidelines or rules. The number of posts are usually required by the business. Can you force a bounty manager not to take a job because his client wants 25 posts per week? Clients are not allowed to decide about forum rules. Only admin can. I told you, that's why need guidelines from admin. |

Yes, it's look to me clear merit abuse. I am not sure DT will tag for it. Since this merit trade on local board, I don't know what is on the post. But I don't think they deserve such as amount for this kind of post.

I will call Fakebook instead of Facbook. However, only way to determine real team is live video. It could be any media. To be honest, most important thing is how they are trust worthy. Scammer can scam even they come on live video.
I never trust on LinkedIn also, because you can buy an account from fiverr for 20$. So What is the value of LinkedIn ?

In my observation, most of highly established people and most of merit sources are ONLY active here in meta (and in local sections) for finding high-quality posts. Your thought is wrong. Almost all local board have a merit source. And they are also meriting on others board also. Questions is about quality post. Even I am not a merit source but I visit Altcoin Discussion & Bitcoin Discussion board lately to help newbie. But problem is there isn't much quality post. Only a few local sections don't have sources now.

No doubts you are a human. All mother is good, but account sale are not good. A good mother son should know this. How you get account ? Obviously form others, but how you confirm that accounts are not stolen? Just say , your are good man but there isn't any guaranty that your account isn't hacked. So stolen account and hacked account sale are not allowed by son of good mother. |

Reports start out unhandled, and are then either marked good, marked bad, or no moderator ever handles them and they stay unhandled. When a report stays unhandled, this does not mean that no moderators were available to look at it; rather, it means that several moderators looked at it, but none of them was sure whether it should be acted upon or not. A report that stays unhandled can be thought of as "soft-bad", since no moderator positively thought that it warranted action. But problem is if local board has no moderator than it's very hard to determine that post are bad or good. I this that's why moderators leave them unhandled. First need assign moderators for local board. At least they can delete spam post. |

However this thread posted on long time ago. But I am not fan of KYC. This is a annoying word for me. Even for Bounty , Airdrop or ICO I don't like to submit KYC. I just try to avoid. I just come across here to help newbie for merit those are made constructive post. I would like to suggest all newbie for avoid mega thread. There is constructive post but no one will visit here.
Eventually I want to say don't submit your KYC only just for 5/10 $ award. It might be dengerous for you.

I think bypass isn't possible if CloudFlare is active. Because if you use CloudFlare than you have to change original DNS ( Domain Name Server) to CloudFlare DNS. So you must enter domain in order to visit website. If you want to skip than you have to deactive ClouFlare from Name Server. Both Tor and CloudFlare are being lazy, but i can accept with current condition since my main goal is to jump through censorship Yes it's little bit lazy but CloudFlare high security in low cost, especially for DDOS attack. I forget to mention there should be another domain (preferable .onion), but normally user only can see login page with input field signed message/PGP signature/certificate and register page which force copper membership.
To prevent spam, there should reCAPTCHA, but configured to allow JS-disabled browser to solve it.
Adding new subdomain will redirect you on main doamin. Once you click loging page than same thing will happen. But I think for reCAPTCHA problem could solve by CAPTCHA. For Example 9+2=? If use this kind of CAPTCHA I think Tor browser will not face problem. |
