8341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to store some Bitcoins? on: August 21, 2018, 08:15:23 AM
I wanted to ask this question and now I don't.Because I opened CoinMarketCap right now and found I had missed the best chance to get it. It's getting growing now and at a price of $11,075.80. Rush to buy!

After7 month most of us still struggling to find the answers. its says a lot about the market that no one can predict the price and nobody knows where is next bottom or ATH.
8342  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's all RED!!! This could really be the end. on: August 19, 2018, 03:58:46 PM
I always see new opportunities in the red market. my fav time to get in.
Big crash>Fair amount of new investment>Willing to lose all amount>Mouth watering reward
8343  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you still holding when market price falls abnormally? on: August 19, 2018, 05:55:11 AM
if I have a balance, maybe I will hold it.
because currently the price is falling down. if you sell it at this time it might lose a lot.

Correct! if someone has a balance then there is no need to sell in the current scenario if you don't want money immediately.
8344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hold Bitcoin for long time. on: August 19, 2018, 05:41:03 AM
yes it's true, by using the count we find BTC less profitable especially if we don't have 1 BTC will be more profitable like ethereum or other Altcoin. but currently many prefer to hold bitcoin because of its stability and also because it has a large marketcap.

The only reason people holding their bitcoins because everybody expecting big bull run soon like last year or they are targetting long hold and thinking that it can do wonder in next 5-10 years.
8345  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you still holding when market price falls abnormally? on: August 17, 2018, 06:33:09 PM
I like to know your stand against the current market price falls down that relatively almost in the danger zone for the crypto holders if they still hold their crypto it might be one day that they will going to lose all their money. My ideals is different i had to sell it though it means that i had to lose some of my money. Anyway i could invest again when market price recovers but not for now seeing crypto market looks so bad. Will you still hold?

I am currently in buying mode whenever my pocket allows me to. I already sold the majority of my holding during the bull run. having said that some of my ico investment are already crossed danger zone so had to average down with more money because I believe in those projects.

Warren Buffett: Fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.

very clever attitude, this is the way to get the things done. Generally speaking, it will give you great profits, might not be the case with all the projects, but I wish more traders would be like you

Thanks!
I like to believe that its smart attitude but I know that's not right in my case. I remember I got scared when all my portfolio got big overnight. that was a panic moment for me because I never invested in any stocks etc. before ( didn't have much money or knowledge tbh still don't have) and I was reasonably new in crypto space ( got in during China Fud)

The short story is I just got lucky. during that time all my crypto friends were criticising me when I told them that I sold everything now they cursing me as all friends do lol

8347  Local / India / Re: Which peer to peer exchange is good in india?? on: August 15, 2018, 03:38:51 PM
Actually, that's a case for all Indian p2p exchanges. had to wait more than 18-24 hours for trade on koinex loop. very low vol tbh hopefully it will change soon.
8348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: August 15, 2018, 01:34:23 PM
the possibility is very large. First, Steam Game even once received payments using Bitcoin, even though in the end they ended it because of the fluctuating bitcoin price.

Which steam game you are talking about here? care to mention the name? please. curious about that.
8349  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Hardware Wallet Can Hack Too! We are not safe then? on: August 15, 2018, 09:44:35 AM
Recently I have read several topics that their Trezor, Ledger wallet got compromised! They never ever take pictures of secret seed, they did not save phrase code in online. Then how their hardware wallet got compromised? Today this thread shocks me, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4869771.0 , What should we do now to secure our assets! I am really feeling not secure anymore. I did not take any pictures, did not save phrase code anywhere. But, still am I not safe? OMG!

Yes, you heard that right and unfortunately, that's true in some case. people bought hardwallet from the third person and got scammed. that's an only reason I use an offline computer and paper wallet along with ledger. I am not very tech savvy person so I am more paranoid about hacking and all that.
I choose longer road like dividing my portfolio in small % and saving in a different location. its lengthy process due to lots of password and seed etc but its working for me.
I even don't watch Porn anymore with my PC Cheesy just for safety sake.

buy another computer and through it do all the operations

100% agree with that. actually, I too use an offline computer as my bank. don't have a big portfolio but still better safe then sorry.
8350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin online payments on: August 10, 2018, 09:33:36 AM
When will the youtube and other websites start to pay us with bitcoin?

When masses start to exchange bitcoin in their day to day use instead of collecting them as a bar of gold. I already started using bitcoin as a currency. For ex: I accept bitcoin for my freelance services and gives my clients discounts if they chose to pay me with crypto.
Recently I enrolled in the online class worth $2000 and paid the first installment with Bitcoin.
8351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your attitude to this? on: August 10, 2018, 09:10:26 AM
Good afternoon. I would like to hear your opinion. I've been reading the forum sufficiently long, but I rarely write. I had one question. Why is the forum divided into 2 teams that angry with one another? The first support bitcoin and hate all altcoins. All of this for them is only garbage. Others like altcoins and do not understand what the problem have first.
I have a question for the first camp. Why?
Take for example Zilliqa, Tomocoin, NEO, DragonChain, etc. People who bought them in large quantities became richer. Why do you think this is garbage?
Bitcoin is a legend, but some altcoins are worth paying attention to, aren't they?

That's how society and community work in general. For debater, its White and black, no one is wrong in their respective attitude and correct on every argument. That's what makes us human.

I try to pick midway Which is the Grey line. And selects sides according to my limited understanding.
8352  Local / India / Re: Is Binance to Start a Learning Journey in India? on: August 09, 2018, 03:34:52 PM
The world’s leading decentralized exchange, Binance unveiled it plans to set a local marketing team to start learning journey in India.

Recently, the exchange platform had organized a Global Meetup on 5th August 2018 in Hyderabad, India. In an interview with Crypto Kanoon, the local Indian media had lot more discussion on several topics which are most significant from an Indian perspective.

What you guys think about it??

For more info you can check here: https://coinpedia.org/news/binance-start-learning-journey-india/

WTF? Binance is NOT a decentralized exchange. https://bisq.network is.

That's how media misguide the masses by presenting the wrong info. they should really put "Decentralized" word in mid, not in the first line lol
8353  Local / India / Re: Which peer to peer exchange is good in india?? on: August 09, 2018, 03:27:15 PM
Like other mentioned that LocalBitcoins is very good. it's my go-to option for bitcoin trade. I like koinex loop too but volume is way too less.
8354  Local / Press & News from India / Re: Bitcoin ponzi king Amit Bhardwaj offers INR to victims on: August 09, 2018, 07:05:05 AM
Really.... Amit offering to pay back investors their initial investments in Indian rupees. What you think guys ? investors money back with current rate of Bitcoin lol  Grin

Everybody who owns black money that time used this portals pr schemes but it went horrific for the true investors as well.

those who have legit investments will be happy to have their money back (obviously something is better than nothing) but those whose money was illegal will stand aside MR. Bhardwaj. As indian govt is taking strict actions.

But all above it was disappointment for Indian users to involve in this ponzi schemes.
Such scams only bring bad reputation for Bitcoin in India.Peoples start to think bitcoin as ponzi scheme.

Unfortunately, that's true and people do think bitcoin/crypto as Ponzi scheme and they are entitled to think like that due to scams.
8355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN won't die, period. on: August 09, 2018, 06:50:03 AM
Believe it or not, the smart investor keeps accumulating price. more it goes down they will take new postions and keep filling their bags. so no dying situation here or in future.
8356  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: In-person trade in india? looking for 2000$ worth of bitcoin on: August 07, 2018, 02:05:43 PM
First, I will not suggest you to buy from someone online directly. but still, you want to buy then make sure he/she is trustable. make necessary steps like a phone call, meet up in real at public place etc

Or you can try safer option : https://localbitcoins.com/

Be safe and happy trading

8357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: "Money and travel, an interesting proposal" - HEOMAX TEAM on: August 07, 2018, 01:48:41 PM
"Money and travel, an interesting proposal"

With our work team of HeoMax, we are strengthening two important pillars in our lives, money and travel.
The plan is to participate in the chain of loans/loans in Blockchain, offering direct credits at a very low rate between crypts and with and with 70% of the proceeds, we can return it with a system of benefits for air ticket purchases, car rental and/or hotel room rental, using our Token (HEOM). The project is already quite advanced, and we are in the stage of its dissemination.
We are looking for people who are interested, even if you want to join the team as an external assistant. Our goal is always to benefit, not compete or desperately seek to win. I hope for a return or constructive criticism, any proposal adds to our project.

8358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Short term investing Bearish/Bullish on: August 05, 2018, 04:16:02 PM
I always try to invest with new fiat during the downtrend. it can be both long or short time. I entered into crypto space  Aug 2017 last year during China fud so i enjoyed bull run luckily. and don't have any experience investing during the bull run because I cashed out my 80% portfolio during that period. now accumulating and reinvesting slowly.

8360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Man sells house. Earns $20,000,000 from Bitcoins on: August 01, 2018, 06:10:36 AM
Damn! He took a very daring and smart move for sure, hopefully, we will brag about our stories after 2025 that how we bought btc when it was under $3000 Grin Grin Grin

The Chinese investor bought 100,000 bitcoins at $12,000 and the price fell to $6000

Its shitty situation for sure! but I doubt that its true event. but I do feel sad for those people who get in during bull run and bought ATH. at the same time, I sold at ATH so I am happy for myself (that kinda makes me a hypocrite)
